4 out of 5 eggsExcellent but a little heavy

Pros: Technically excellent - response, precision etc. Recharges very quickly. Can be turned off for long periods of non-use. Software is easy to use and install. Still very reliable after almost 9 months now.

Cons: Heavier than I like. I prefer to lightly push my mouse around but with this one, I have to give a little more, and this is using an x-trac pad. Cleaning the feet helps a lot; which I do often.

Other Thoughts: I was originally going to return it after having used an MS cordless one. However, this one had so many more convenient features that I kept it and have grown to love it. Battery life is ridiculously good - I've left it off the cradle for a week of heavy use and it would've probably gone longer.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Mouse Yet.. BUY IT..

Pros: I play battlefield 2 and I could say there is no better mouse. It comes with a charger so after it dies just throw it on it and go get a meal. It also fits your hand perfectly.

Cons: NONE. To tell you the truth the worst thing I found after having it a little under a year is that the mx laser logo on the back is a little faded.

Other Thoughts: This mouse is overall the best mouse, but many manufactors have stopped making it because of the cheap price and the fact that it comes with a docking station.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech MX1000 Wireless Laser

Pros: Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery - I love this feature, no more trips to Wal-Mart late at night for batteries. Laser precision 20X more accurate than Optical. Programmable buttons.

Cons: None that I know of.

Other Thoughts: At first I thought the mouse was acting up, but you need to set your Receiver/Charger about 3 feet away from mouse usage; so I keep mine towards the bottom of my desk.

4 out of 5 eggsSo far.....So good

Pros: It works! For all the fairweather review I've read on this product, I connected it with skepticism. So far, so good! After twiddling with the Setpoint settings (using the latest Setpoint v.3.10) I found that I was able to coze in with the mouse. The scroll wheel isn't as smooth as the Intelliexplorer 2.0, but nothing's perfect.

Cons: None so far. Maybe the forward button (located next to the application switching button) is hard to reach for my medium-to-large hands.

Other Thoughts: Lets talk 6 months from now. So far I have been a Microsoft mouse junkie, let's see if Logitech can persuade me to make the leap of faith to their "side".

5 out of 5 eggsBest Mouse for MMO's

Pros: All the buttons. I can't find another mouse that has as many buttons. I was so disappointed to hear the Logitech discontinued this product. I bought a second one just in the nick of time.

Cons: Only Con is sometimes you have to jiggle the mouse(when charging) to get it to charge properly.

Other Thoughts: This is the best mouse I ever owned. I just wish you could still get them :-( Soooooooo sad!!!

5 out of 5 eggsA+ Mouse

Pros: This mouse is pinpoint accurate and doesn't mess up any. Battery life is amazing, it can last up to more than a week for my use. The extra buttons are conveniently placed and programmable with the software. Wireless Laser is very very nice.

Cons: The base is kind of cheaply done. I have to put a piece of paper in it so that the mouse can charge right. Kind of annoying.

Other Thoughts: This mouse was worth the xx dollars I paid for it over a year ago and I haven't been disappointed. The only drawback was the base thing, but It's fixed with the right MacGuyver moves.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse!

Pros: Great mouse with great accuracy. Lots of buttons which is great for gaming. The ergo design has a great feel to it, and I like the weight of it also.

Cons: I wish this model had the battery packs! I bought it before the gaming version came out, but the last time I checked the gaming version had fewer buttons. So until this one dies I'm sticking with it.

Other Thoughts: Depending on what's going on I game for 10-20 or so hours a week. The battery life has been pretty decent, under normal usage it can last up to two weeks. If I have a crazy gaming week/weekend I will chew up the battery pretty quickly. Nothing like being in a dungeon raid and realizing that you forgot to throw it on the charger the night before! Anyway, good solid mouse.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome mouse

Pros: This has been the best mouse I have ever used. The battery life on this mouse is amazing. It lasts about 3 weeks before I have to charge it and even then it is only down 2 bars. I do lots of gaming and it is able to keep up.

Cons: Once in a great while it might mess up and lose the signal, but all you need to do is push the reset button on the bottom of the mouse and it should work just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech Wins

Pros: It's really nice to not have the cords in the way anymore. The battery life in this is incredible. I usually forget to put it back in its cradle and can go for about three days without losing complete charge (and those are 12+ hour days at the computer). Also, it recharges in the cradle very quickly.

Cons: Having some problems with the middle mouse button in some programs (Autocad, 3dsmax) being able to pan, but I think it just needs some tweaking in the software on my end. Other than that, it's perfect.

Other Thoughts: Very comfortable and a very good design. Highly recommended

4 out of 5 eggsmx 1000

Pros: excellent, for ~ 6 months.

Cons: i went through 2 in the last year. both of them had MOUSE2 problems almost from the get-go (zoom on Counter-Strike). tha's an easy fix as i switched to MOUSE5.

HOWEVER, both of them had MOUSE1 die after 5-6 months. and i only average ~ 4 hrs/wk on CS.

Other Thoughts: i'm a huge Logitech fan, but this is getting expensive.
