4 out of 5 eggsGood for the basics

Pros: Comfortable, lightweight, customizable ear coverings, good for everyday computer use

Cons: wired- flimsy wiring might bend and cause canceling of sound in headphones over time as it did mine, not good for transporting, white-noise in the background while speaking

Other Thoughts: For it's price it is worthwhile. Though for any gamer out there that seeks something with more noise cancelation, it is not ideal. It is otherwise good for basic communication and mostly computer listening.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Great audio quality,
Fits well onto the back of head,
Adjustable sound volume and ability to mute/unmute mic right there on the cord.
Good investment.
Also comes with "vanity plates" to put on the ear peices
in red, black, blue and bronze to match your pc i suppose
Btw the blue looks lovely.

Cons: None to think of

2 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Mic never worked right, right out of the box. Sound has been going out the past few weeks. I've only had it 5 months or so. The cord seems to be shorting out. From what I've read today, this seems to be a common problem.

Other Thoughts: I had one of these a few years ago and it worked like a champ, not this one. Looks like Logitech's quality has taken a nose dive. Don't waste your money on this.

1 out of 5 eggsLogitech Has Gone Cheap

Pros: Light, Adjustable Microphone, Can wear for hours and forget they are there. Longest Corded Headset i have ever owned.

Cons: Cheap and got cheaper. The cord and more importantly the volume control piece on the cord seem to have been made cheaper and cheaper over the last few years. The cord will wear out at the control piece and you will either start getting noise or losing sound.

Other Thoughts: Have about 4 of these that no longer work right, over the last 10 years i have bought 6-7 of these, the last 3 i purchased were all in a 8 month time frame, and they all had the exact same issue. The cord at the Volume control would start messing up. Attempts to contact Logitech or return the product all ended in failure. The last one i got from Walmart, it lasted 2 weeks and i lost sound in the right ear piece.
When i tried to return it i was told that Walmart no longer accepted return on those products and i would have to contact the manufacturer, which got me nowhere, not even a E-mail.

1 out of 5 eggsOnce again

Pros: zilch...wait...the headphones work i guess

Cons: the microphone worked coming out of the box, if your partners enjoyed microphone ring. after a week of use the microphone doesn't even work except to ring extremely loud...and i mean extreme!!

never will i buy anything from this brand name again, and i will recommend against it every single time.

Other Thoughts: this is not newegg, this is logitech. they are horrible.

2 out of 5 eggsAweful

Pros: Cheap
Works for a quick fix.
Got them onsale at wally world
Color customization
Mic seems to catch MY voice just fine (22 m haven't tested with higher frequencies).
Long cord.
The mic CAN pick up my computer fans humming a good 5 ft away in addition to the ceiling fan.
Works really well for cheap mic (as long as you adjust the input levels) + speakers combo

Cons: The cord is very thin and weak. Because of this the sound cuts out if you move around.
They cut into your ears similar to the ear shaped buds. Not a big deal if you're used to them.
Pain in the neck to clean and put the foam back on.

Volume control is on the side and any type of movement seems to adjust it.

reason behind 2 eggs
I can't listen to a single song without losing some quality if not all the sound for some time

Other Thoughts: Save an extra 10$ of your allowance and get a better set. Earbuds with mic attached similar to handsfree phone headsets, they provide more comfort and better sound cancellation from their fitted design or a circumaural (ear muffs) one. Creative has one that has a removable mic with tons of reviews and a good rating for like 35$.

After my ears being in pain after 2 hours of use, I place them around my neck like a drapped towel and lift the mic. Gives easy access for a quick mute by pushing it away or bringing it closer. Don't have to find that volume controller either. It does have a clip but it's not practical because if you need to get up from the computer you have to remove the headset and the clip.

Sorry Logitech but you aren't impressing me as of late.

1 out of 5 eggsFailed

Pros: Decent sound quality, Microphone worked good, and i liked the variety of colors.

Cons: After about 5 Months of use, it started getting cracking noises in the speakers, and 2 days later they completely died. i was very upset about this, had to go buy a new headset all together, and now those ones died to!

1 out of 5 eggsOkay microphone

Pros: - The microphone sounds good
-ooo different colors

Cons: Ouch these things are uncomfortable for any length of time
I never use the headphone part of these because it hurts too much to keep these on. Who thought these were a good idea?

Other Thoughts: Ouch.

2 out of 5 eggsCan you hear me now?

Pros: Color changeable! Woot!

Cons: The cord somehow shorted out after just a couple months of use. At first it was just a slight short in one ear, and then both ears took turns going out for hours at a time. The sound would come back painfully loud in one ear and then both would go out completely.

Other Thoughts: When I bought this headset I spent about $40... Even at $24.99 it's not worth the money if you have to buy a new one every two months.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fits smaller ears perfectly (I'm a woman), sound quality decent for the price. Also this type of behind the head wiring is really light in the summer and not hard on hairstyles. ;)

Cons: Variable quality. Every time I bought them new the mic would break really easily.

Other Thoughts: Usually bought them refurbished at $8, those would last 8-10 months before being unusable, which was a GREAT deal. Wouldn't buy them new.
