2 out of 5 eggsStarted falling apart after a couple months

Pros: Cheap, Logitech (or at least I thought that was a pro...)

Cons: Fall apart quickly even with minimal use. The wire that runs across the plastic headband came out and is now flopping around all over the place. The best I can do to manage it is to electrical tape it back to the headband and hope for the best here forward.

Other Thoughts: They sound ok but are not anything like what you want for games, etc. They might make a chat headset but nothing more.

1 out of 5 eggsNot good

Pros: Light weight and low cost, that's about it.

Cons: The mute function on the control unit just stopped working after almost a month of light use. It is always on when I set it to mute!
I see there are other people here who have the same problem as mine! so I guess this model really have problem with the mute funtion!

Other Thoughts: Need to look for something else! It's cheap but it is not reliable!

5 out of 5 eggsNo surprises

Pros: Lightweight, comfortable, good quality sound for the money

Cons: Needs a clip for the volume/mic control.

Other Thoughts: I've bought many low cost headphones. I seem to always come back to logitech. Over time as with all things today, quality seems to go out the window in favor of costs. Logitech seems to maintain a higher level of quality while still keeping the cost low.

2 out of 5 eggsSounds ok, Mute doesn't work

Pros: Cheap, sounds good, fits comfortably.

Cons: One of the main reasons I bought these (I bought 3 sets) was for the mute switch. Both my wife and I work from home and use voip teleconferencing, so figured having a switch on the headset cable would be great. Opened 2 of the packages and gave it a test and neither one has a functioning mute switch.
I can only imagine the hilarity of being on a conference call and thinking you are on mute when you are not...

3 out of 5 eggsdisappointed

Pros: it isn't doa, everything works

Cons: mic on the right side is a bad idea.. maybe it's good for leftys but idk, not too comfortable

Other Thoughts: main reason i bought this was because i thought the mic was on the left earpiece (as shown in some pictures).. decided to go with the logitech g330 headset, it is much better but almost double the price.. would not recommend this headset if you prefer to have the mic on your headsets on the left side

5 out of 5 eggsBetter then people suggest

Pros: I have used these things for TWO years. Used them for Skype, Listening to music and even for headphones with a guitar amp.
I have stepped on them, thrown them and even got 'em wet and they still worked.

Cons: One of the speakers are finally crapping out on me after I fell asleep on them and damaged the wire.

Other Thoughts: If they can handle a Jackson kelly with a Peavey Vypyr 15 turned to high gain crunching gain (I'm talking Metallica tones) at high volume, not to mention a Fender P bass, they can't be that bad.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat

Pros: Good quality sound, good mic, good price. I like the behind-the-ear style

Cons: A bit hard feeling, but not uncomfortable.
A little heavy.

Other Thoughts: The jack connectors + usb adapter is a great form factor because you can plug it into any computer or device

4 out of 5 eggsMediocre - Good for the price

Pros: Good sound quality, does distort a lot at high volume. Definitely a good headset for gaming considering the very low price tag.

Can hear footsteps easily. Listening to mid volume music is not an earsore.

Very comfortable. Doesn't squeeze my abnormally large head at all, and the foam pads cushion the ear well. The
band connecting the speakers rests on top of the head well.

Cons: Mic is, and forever will be broken. A lot of bass distorts the sound at around 50% volume and full volume on the headset. It doesn't irritate me that much because it isn't exactly a high price headset.

My friend got the same headset as a replacement to the one he gave to me. The mic wasn't broken and he said the sound quality isn't very good. I'm stuck using a boom mic on teamspeak, but I don't use it very often so I can't complain.

Other Thoughts: Had this headset for six months and the sound quality is still good - The mic was dead when I recieved it from a friend, though.

The wire on the head band sometimes comes out of the groove that holds it. I don't know what caused it but a quick lap of electrical tape in three spots solved the problem.
