5 out of 5 eggsStill have mine, hope to never have to stop using

Pros: Customizable weight, two different grips, both of which feel awesome. Works for any grip type.

Laser functions amazingly well. Tracking is great.

Dual action scroll wheel, can be smooth or standard ratchet action

Cons: Cord gets weird knots than can catch on things

Other Thoughts: My favorite mouse, I almost want to buy several to keep as backups even with the elevated prices.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for 3 years

Pros: * Adjustable speed settings.
* Long cable
* Adjustable grip via covers
* Adjustable weight via adding or removing included weights

Cons: * Cable began fraying and coming apart quickly after about 6 months.
* Cable twisted within its casing and created knots that were difficult to get out (ended up just leaving knots as they were)
* Adjustable speed settings are right under the left mouse button, which occasionally leads to accidentally changing the settings.
* After three years it constantly disconnects and reconnects causing me to have to wait for it to completely realize that it was connected the whole time. I tried to ignore this but eventually it got so bad that I have had to switch to a six year old fifteen dollar mouse I had lying around.

Other Thoughts: I really like this mouse and actually came here to purchase another, but it is no longer in stock and the prices from other online retailers and resellers are ridiculously high, within the 150 or higher range. So it seems it is good-bye old friend until I find something that will suitably replace it.
It is very disappointing that a ~70 dollar mouse stopped working effectively while the cheap mice I got are still functioning just fine.

2 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Non-slip grip
Easy DPI switch under Mouse 1

Cons: Fit wasn't good
The changeable covers weren't tight to the body, making it feel cheap--every time I picked it up the cover would come first, then the body, which just made it feel like it had loose pieces.
Thumb buttons were too inset and hard to use during heat of battle.
Right click stopped working randomly.
The braided mouse cord was stiff and came with many kinks which would get caught on things.

Other Thoughts: Overall I was extremely disappointed in this mouse considering the price of around 70usd. I ended up not using except as a backup mouse, hardly used at all, yet the right mouse button still started losing inputs after less than a month when my main mouse died and I started using this constantly.

2 out of 5 eggsLogitech G9X Poor DPI perception.

Pros: Great weight, Speed, and a lot of settings. Was nice addition to my G510 Keyboard. However its not apart of it anymore. I liked it for COJ.

Cons: I had this unique functioned mouse since Feb 2010, It worked fairly well. I hardly used the weights when I got it how i needed it. I find the cursor disappears a lot, a possible malfunction or a setting that I could not find to set. I really didn't like the slow, medium and fast setting because I would often hit it during gameplay and in BOP2 it would mess my shooting up.

Other Thoughts: Lastly is the fact that it didn't last very long, it was the shortest lifespan of a mouse I have yet to own even over a HP mouse that I have to use now on my super machine.

2 out of 5 eggsNice while it lasted

Pros: -Customizable weights
-Different shell materials option
-Dual mode middle mouse wheel was nice when switching between work (VFX artist) and gaming
-LED color profile change based on open programs
-Comfortable feel in hand when using

Cons: -Left mouse button randomly double clicks when used now after 2 years which is the shortest lifespan of a mouse for me, longest was an old MS USB mouse I got about 10 years ago that is currently what I replaced my G9x with until I get a newer one

Other Thoughts: -Shortest lifespan of a mouse that I've ever owned (2 years), longest was 10 years and it's currently in use right now with no issues
-Nice having the option of a free spinning mouse wheel and a click locked mouse wheel
-Cool to have LED color change based on current open program/game and have the same color tied in with my G510 keyboard LEDs
-Customizable weights really didn't seem to make much difference to me since I removed them all and it still felt kinda heavy

5 out of 5 AWESOME

Pros: I love this thing. No really... so much that I bought one for one of my friends cause I felt like he needed one in his life.
Not that i recommend this... but I've even dropped it a few times (I didn't always game at my desk, I used to sofa constant moving of my mouse / keyboard) and it still works great. BUT I wouldn't go throwing it around.... I'm sure it'd break at some point.

Cons: None. No really.... I haven't found one. I actually wish that i had another one in case it does take a giant poop on my hopes and dreams some day and dies.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Highly customizable, Reacts very well to even the slightest movements. Even being able to customize the led coloring to match my keyboard is a cool, nonessential, treat. The material the mouse is made out of is very pleasing and easy to grip. I've really enjoyed the gaming time with this mouse so far, 10/10 would click again

Came quickly as per usual with newegg. As always pleased with neweggs shipping!

Cons: No big complaints so far, wish there were more dpi settings but thats pretty much it.

Other Thoughts: at $80 (the price I bought the mouse at) I believe i got an amazing deal. This mouse is one of the best out on the market. $150 for a mouse is a little highly priced imo, but seeing as you are going to be holding the mouse for hundreds of hours the extra cash will be worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing mouse!

Pros: Everything a out this mouse is amazing. The option if having different profiles for different situations is genius. With the weights that come with the mouse allowed me to choose what feels best. Plus, the 2 mouse covers are great. I personally like the rough one because the mouse doesn't slip while gaming.

Cons: After about 1 month if use, the mouse covers got a bit loose on the mouse and would really annoy me. I just took a little piece of tape and put it under the mouse cover and I have no problems 2 years later.

Other Thoughts: This mouse is $180?!?!? When I bought it in 2012 it was $80. Hmm idk but don't let the price drive you away, it's the best house I have ever owned.

4 out of 5 eggsA Gamer's Workhorse

Pros: - Adjustable weights.
- Adjustable dpi on the fly
- Plug it in, and it works right away.
- Sleek Software

Cons: -Not enough mappable keys.

Other Thoughts: I've been using this mouse for a while, in tandem with the MX Revolution. They're both great for what they do. After all this time (2 years) of gaming, not one fault has come up.

One note, though. Though all of the keys can be remapped, only two are usable as macro keys. For MMO gaming, or piloting, that may not be enough. They could have added more buttons to the mouse to keep it competitive with say...Razer. But it's only a small gripe.
