Pros: Wow!! What a good picture it's got a good mic on it too.
Its got a cover you can flip over the cam so you can keep the dust out if you wish. It looks like an eyelid when partially rolled down. (It's looking at you!!)
Cons: The back ground shows I need to clean my room some more. Hmmmm.......
Maybe I should wear something a little nicer too. Hmmmm....
Other Thoughts: It worked straight out of the box for me. I got it for skype and I/M and it has a really good quality picture. Not like the old one I had before in standard res. This webcam gives Hi-Res right out of the box complete with software you can use ( I didn't).

Pros: good fidelity, easy to set up (xp pro os), 30 minutes after opening the package I was looking at and talking to my grandchildren in Texas.

Pros: Outstanding web cam!!! First cam I owned (never had the need for one) but since my wife now travels with her netbook we starting using Skype. Great video and sound!
Cons: None!
Other Thoughts: Great video and mic pick up. Love the mounting bracket that came with it. It has a rubber mounting surface and I have it sitting on top for a 32' LCD so I don't worry about sratches. I installed the drivers only for the device and not all the other software. With free shipping and $20 rebate I just could pass up.

Pros: Camera returns relatively sharp image for its price range. Auto-face tracking is a nifty gimmick(digital zoom to simulate face tracking - webcam does NOT have a motor and is stationary)
Cons: Software is a bit buggy, on Win7 64bit, the avatar face thing throws exception.
Other Thoughts: Great deal, for the quality, would definitely keep in mind for any hobby projects involving webcams.

Pros: High quality video, built in mic, integrated lens cover. I love this thing!
Cons: I have not yet been able to figure out the mount. It sits on top of my monitor without any problems, but I'm not sure how to make it very secure.
Other Thoughts: I only installed the drivers on Windows 7. Skype picked it up immediately. The field of view seems to be much larger than the camera built into my laptop and the video quality is much higher also. I have only had this one day but am very pleased with this product!
