3 out of 5 eggsclunky scroll wheel

Pros: nice in the hands, tracking is above average.

Cons: Logitech has tried to incorporate way to much into its scroll wheel on this mouse, the result is a clunky scroll wheel and an inconsistent click from it. In several mmog's I play the scroll click is used for acquiring targets, and on this mouse it misclicks at least half the time. Also the scroll wheel feels very cumbersome.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: So far I've had this mouse model at two employers and it's what I use at home. Never had any issues whatsoever. Tilt wheel is a very nice feature.

I just bought a second one so I can game on my laptops because touchpads just don't cut it.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Mouse gets better with age as your hand juices gradually smoothens out the surface.

The two buttons on the side don't do anything useful on Mac but that probably isn't the mouse's fault.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent mouse

Pros: I had this mouse for my previous computer which I had for 4 years and decided to get this one again for my new build. Excellent mouse with plenty of options, very comfortable in the hand and even gets some light gaming done. Highly recommended

Cons: the scroll wheel feels a tiny bit too loose (too easy to scroll) but it's a minor issue.

3 out of 5 eggsMediocre mouse based on prior Logitech products

Pros: Ergonomic, sturdy

Cons: Surface texture is rough, uncomfortable, click is too "light" for me, lots of unintended clicks; it has no weight to it allowing little precision movements.

Other Thoughts: Make it a bit heavier for more precise movement and coat it with something that feels more pleasant.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: Very comfortable!! Fits my hand perfectly (Big hands). Laser is sensitive and the mouse isn't cluttered with tons of macro buttons... The scroll wheel has a good bearing, i love spinning it >.< Favorite mouse so far, which isn't easy since i loved my Logitech mx518. Easily worth $30

Cons: Doesn't increase my hash rate for crypto-mining

Other Thoughts: Logitech makes a great mouse

5 out of 5 eggsGood for roughly 1 year

Pros: Smooth speedy scrolling and able to be locked for a normal scroll feel
- laser
- corded (no dieing batteries in the middle of a game)
- perfect number of buttons
- design feels comfy in my hand and has well balanced weight.

Cons: No cons at first but as other reviewers reported; the left mouse button fails after roughly over 1 year of use and the laser tracks very sporadically.

A little bit of time after those symptoms begin to appear. The mouse just dies completely and can't be recognized by the computer.

Other Thoughts: Logitech support is amazing as is usual. I'm on my third one of these that they've sent. It always ends up the same after the year of use is up.

Logitech doesn't even ask for the old one. They just send you a brand spanking new mouse in the packaging with almost with no questions asked.

My 3 year warranty is over in a few months. If it fails again (don't doubt this at this point) I'll have to buy a brand new mouse. Because of the support and the fact it is one of the few corded laser mice with a comfy design I give it 5 stars.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for what it is.

Pros: -It works
-DURABLE. I've had mine long enough to forget exactly how long ago I bought it. I use it every day, thing has been a workhorse.
-ergonomic, not too small
-scroll click thing. You press this button and it takes away the clicks from the scroll wheel, allowing you to scroll freely and quietly.
-Laser, not optical. works on nearly any non-clear or non-reflective surface.

Cons: -1000dpi. This is a bit of a subjective con, some people don't want 8000dpi. Granted, this is not an $80 mouse, so you shouldn't expect high-end performance. If you're not OCD about specs like dpi, you just need an everyday mouse (i.e. 1-2hrs of gaming a day, 3-4 more hrs of other miscellaneous use) that won't peeter out on you 6 months in, go for it.

Other Thoughts: Recently started having trouble with my left-click button and my laser. sometimes it won't point straight up and down. It's had food and beverage spilled on it a number of times over the years and has been fine until now but I'm getting ready to retire it. It's just time. Like I said, got my money's worth, overall the product exceeded my expectations for how little I spent on it.
I didn't buy it at newegg, but if I were buying it today, I would.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Best mouse I have ever had. I went to other stores to buy 60 dollar mice, and none had the same feel or usefulness need.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: thumb buttons!!!!!!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic mouse, best multi purpose mouse for the price IMO

Pros: -It's a laser mouse, so it works on most surfaces more reliably than a optical mouse.
-It has a tilt wheel(which you can change the function of with the software)
-You can "unlock" the wheel so it scrolls smoothly for fast scrolling, or just so it doesn't click.
-Forward and Back buttons on the side which you can also configure for different uses.
-Feels comfortable to hold
-Durable
-Long cord

Me and my roommate often joke about how we have the best mouse ever, I feel like it's just the perfect mouse for the price. If I had to, I would buy it again.

Cons: The ONLY con I can think of is that the middle click can be tricky, but I learned you just push the wheel forward and that seems to work best for me. Otherwise you end up tilting it instead. It's not so much of a con, it's no an issue

Other Thoughts: You will not be disappointed with this mouse

1 out of 5 eggsLow quality and bad sesign

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Badly designed and cheaply made. The scroll wheel feels like already broken, and creates very unsettling feeling of a lose part.
The mouse is extremely over sensitive on movements, and even the slightest move results in it jumping from one end of the desktop to the other. Even after lowering the settings in Windows the result it unpleasant.
The ergonomic design is worse than in older Logitech models such as MX500.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the money.
