Pros: It arrived on time

Cons: Did not work. Useless right out of the box.

Other Thoughts: Received it in original packaging, looked undamaged. Upon opening and putting battery in I noticed there was a rattling noise inside the mouse. Something is broken and it will not track on any surface. Mouse buttons work but no tracking at all. This mouse looks and feels like a very low quality device compared to other Logitech mouses I have used.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Good battery life.

AA battery and not aaa. A lithium battery runs forever almost.

Nice wheel feel with actual notches between each 'click'.

Cons: Sloppy feel to it and way to sensitive too.

First mouse i've ever had to turn down the pointer speed in windows... games... everywhere else.

2 out of 5 eggsbasic wireless mouse

Pros: -works with Logitech unify system
-wireless
-simple AA battery

Cons: -accuracy and sensitivity is less than the previous usb mouse I used. Seems jerky at times.
-feel is very odd. The mouse is smaller than the generic wired mouse. I have to curve my hand around to push the buttons and use a scroll. After about 15 minutes my hand feels like a claw

5 out of 5 eggsCant Be Beat

Pros: Very Reliable, Same batt 6 months now and I love it. My first wireless anything , and it set itself up with no problem in a couple of seconds.

Cons: I had bought 2 of these Refurbed, 1 works Great, and the other one is fine Except its picky about the surface, I use an old envelope taped to the desk and it works great. Pads I tried no go.

Other Thoughts: At the time there were other comments about the surface pickiness, but for a refurb at a low price, its not a problem.
A little experimenting and you get it going. I dont say how much I paid cause I know how it feels to hear about a lower price.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse

Pros: This mouse is a good size, fits to your hand well. Got mine on sale somewhere else for around $20.

Cons: Could be a bit bigger, then again it's only a M310. Logitech logo on the back side of the mouse tends to ware off after a few months of use.

Other Thoughts: It says battery will last 12 months, not for me though. Replaced the battery about every 6 months. Then again the batteries may have been bad and keeping it on overnight accidentally. Using this mouse 24/7 will drop the battery down to 6 months.

3 out of 5 eggsGive me a good old laser mouse over this optical one.

Pros: Light, ergonomic, good battery life.

Cons: Very picky about the surface you use it on. Shiny surfaces, black surfaces both cause annoying tracking errors.

2 out of 5 eggsDied in less than a year

Pros: It worked fine, most of the time.

Cons: 1) Interference problems in large classrooms (100+ students).
2) Short life (disposable battery outlasted the mouse). I was very careful to put it away in my backpack after every use, so it wasn't physical damage.

Other Thoughts: Cheapest mice are the way to go.
This is the second Logitech wireless mouse that died on me. That's too bad, because now I'll only buy the cheapest mice from Logitech. The next time a mouse dies on me, I can just salvage the battery and trash the rest. And I won't have to deal with the so-called customer service. If I want a quality mouse, I'm probably going to find a gaming mouse that is not from Logitech or the dominant OS maker

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: We have several of these all of which function well and have had no problems with them so far. The storage compartment for the small dongle is very convenient.

Cons: None.

2 out of 5 eggsToo sensitive

Pros: Good battery life
Small dongle
Good feel

Cons: Too sensitive: Difficult to select and move text and objects; Playing cards like solitaire, freecell is frustrating as it over reacts to selections and clicks.

Other Thoughts: For awhile I thought the oversensitivity was a quirk of win7 64. Then I tried a microsoft mouse and the problem went away.
It's hard to describe this problem, but it's really irritating. I went to Logitech's site, but downloads failed to improve it as did changes in mouse settings and suggested removal of USB3 devices that might interfere. Found other comments about this problem on the net...and I'm sure that there were many I didn't find because I didn't use search terms in the frustrated user's description.
Suffice to say, I will never own another Logitech mouse and would recommend anyone purchasing one have a clear hassle-free path to returning it.
