2 out of 5 eggsNot A Retail Item.

Pros: None compared to other available devices.

Cons: This is not a retail item. I got the mouse in a cardboard box that looks like it should be packaged with a PC system. There's no way to know if the item is actually new. There's no literature with the item. I know what Logitech sells retail because I have another mouse (B100).

Other Thoughts: Not particularly honest of Newegg to be selling things like this with no details in the advertising.

5 out of 5 eggsNot Bad for the Price

Pros: Cost. Very inexpensive, yet it does what I need it to do.

Cons: Very light weight. (compared to my old mouse) But..I'm already getting used to it.

Other Thoughts: For 13 dollars I'm happy. I just plugged it in and I was good to go. There's no snazzy bells and whistles, it's just a basic mouse. But if you're like me and that's all you need, you can't lose for that price. I'm happy with it.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Mouse

Pros: Inexpensive and it works good. Has a good look and feel. Having both the USB connector and PS2 adapter is a big plus.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought this mouse as a throw down mouse to use when I am working on friends machines and it has served me well. You never know when you will need a PS2 mouse to test out the mouse port.

3 out of 5 eggsLogitech B120 Wired

Pros: Light, 800dpi

Cons: Middle mouse button difficult to press down, Not precise.

Other Thoughts: The mouse is light and has 800dpi, that's a plus. By the way, the cord is not thick as others have suggested.

This is my first Logitech mouse, and my last. It takes some effort to press the middle button down and you must use the software for the extra button functionality.

It's darn near impossible to draw straight lines with this mouse without lots of 'jitter' in the pointer. That kills this mouse for me, and from doing much searching, it seems to be a big problem for all Logitech mice.

As someone who needs to edit photos, I need precision and I can't get that from this mouse. I decided to go Logitech because I was tired of the failure rate of the left click on Microsoft mice, but at least the Microsoft mice were accurate.

Can't win for losing.

4 out of 5 eggsReally like it, with only one complaint

Pros: Great basic mouse + tilt as a bonus. Good feel and accuracy, tracks respectably well on surfaces it probably shouldn't (ie: blankets, fabric, pant leg, etc). Still supports PS/2 operation, which is always a plus for me.

Cons: I can't get the tilt wheel (tilt left/right) to rebind reliably at all in most applications (in Win7 64bit anyway). Wouldn't be a problem except finding information on logitech's website - specifically a FAQ or anything specific on the B120 gives no real information about it except that it exists. Setpoint software doesn't really clear anything up either - does it really support the B120? Or are you choosing the M110 black? Are they the same mice? Who knows? There's no technical info either, other than a marketing bullet-point that says 800dpi.

Other Thoughts: I really hate to dock an egg for this mouse. Honestly the mouse itself is great. And my problem with the tilt wheel not working as forward/back (SeaMonkey, Firefox) might also be the application's fault. Internet Explorer works fine with the tilt wheel with this mouse. Other logitech mice I have with forward/back work fine with both Seamonkey and IE. So is SetPoint not correctly "remapping" the tilt right/left to forward/back? Or does Internet Explorer also just interpret tilt left/right along with the "traditional" forward/back as such? I have no idea... I only nitpick cause I really like this mouse, and never expected something so simple like this to not work.

I've sent feedback to Logitech a few times on this, since it seems such a simple thing to fix or add as a feature, but no response over two months. Oh well... I wonder if the RX250 has this problem also?

2 out of 5 eggsMiddle Button Died 6 Months In

Pros: Good while it lasted. I had reviewed this shortly after I got it and given it 4 stars (it lost one for the thick, stiff cord)

Cons: -thick cord
-middle button died after about 6 months. Scroll and horizontal scroll still work, but the middle button function does not.

Other Thoughts: I have generally been quite happy with Logitech mice and keyboards in the past. Hopefully this is just a fluke

4 out of 5 eggsBang for the Buck

Pros: One of the best Bang for the Buck mice on the market. 800 dpi for an entry-level model. Stylish look too. Smooth scroll mechanism. The buttons are all one solid piece, and the clicking noise level is just right on all the buttons.

Cons: I realize it's just a entry-level model, and it is great Bang for the Buck. I have to take one egg off due to the lack of a molded thumb rest. It lacks an ergonomic design, and the only reason I can see is because the manufacturer wants to up-sell their more expensive mice. It's just plastic molding, no reason not to have a thumb rest.

Other Thoughts: Another review said the cord is thick. It's actually thin, and much thinner than my Logitech MX518 gaming mouse. Flexibility of the cable is fine too. I just bought this for a second computer which I needed to replace a ball mouse with an optical one.
