2 out of 5 eggsWhat you expect from Logitech

Pros: The controller looks decent and is a decent price. works with most games that I have played with it.

Cons: It is not very ergonomic, after playing a game for more than an hour my hands start to hurts from where the triggers pop out. As mentioned in the pros is that it works with "most" games, but not all, I had issues getting it to work with "Batman Arkham City" and a few other games. I have used the controller for a year and decided I just was not happy with it so I decided to get a XBOX 360 controller and would not go back if you paid me to.

4 out of 5 eggsCould be better

Pros: Nice feeling controller, Programmable

Cons: buttons stick after a while, after 3 months the up button and the 'b' button were starting to stick.

Other Thoughts: I did use it a lot during those 3 months, but it should be much more durable

3 out of 5 eggsIts okay

Pros: It works, its cheaper than what works better, and can be used for older games

Cons: buttons are stiff, and the analog sticks don't read properly.

Other Thoughts: There's better stuff out there.

5 out of 5 eggsBest bang for the buck

Pros: It's a pretty decent controller, Being a Logitech-lover I had to try it out. It feels alot fuller then a PS3 controller, Even the triggers have a little longer pull to them, Which I personally love.. And come on, It's Logitech! Whats not to like about it?! <3!

Cons: D pad takes a little getting use to, But other then that I have no complaints.

Other Thoughts: Although this is strictly a personal preference, I would have loved the analog sticks to be positioned like an XBox 360 controller, I feel like I have much more control when the analogs are not so close together.

2 out of 5 eggsDon't buy it for PS3!

Pros: Pros? It looks (like) a ps3 controller. Controls work pretty good, and I like the layout. It's black, and not bright translucent red or something.

Cons: DOES NOT WORK WITH PS3 . If u have 4.41 firmware, then this guy won't do the trick. Sorry gamers. No PS button function, and no start button for some games like burnout paradise. Kind of a cheap feel to it. Doesn't work as well as an OEM Sony controller. Yes, I bout one of these for my gaming PC as well as my PS3, and thought it would work. Nope. No dice. Another thing is logitechs software for remapping controls on PC. It sucks!

Other Thoughts: Won't buy another Logitech product. They need to support a wide variety of platforms now, (not just windows) ; so they really need to step up to the plate and play ball.

5 out of 5 eggswish PS3 controllers felt like this

Pros: Quality built, good logitech utility, responsive buttons, comfortable

Cons: cable is not long enough to sit on the couch

Other Thoughts: I use these for playing emulator & arcade style games on the computer. I wish our PS3 controllers felt this comfortable, and the D-Pad is so much better on the logitech. Too bad they are not wireless...

3 out of 5 eggsFrustrating Xinput installation

Pros: Lots of buttons laid out in a familiar pattern. Dual analog sticks that work well in my opinion.

Cons: Windows 7 refused to recognize the controller in Xinput mode. The controller showed up as an unknown device initially. When I tried to fix this by installing the driver, Windows said the device did not need a driver. After MUCH poking I installed the windows common controller driver (xbox controller driver). Then, I forced Windows to use that driver for this device. After that, everything worked in Xinput mode.

4 out of 5 eggsQuality Controller

Pros: Relatively cheap substitute for a 360 controller; comfortable. In D-input mode buttons can be programmed with macros or keyboard buttons for games that don't normally support controllers. In X-input mode functions just like a 360 controller would, with the Logitech button working as the X-button.

Cons: No Rumble; Analog triggers feel stiffer than a 360 or ps3 controller does.

Other Thoughts: Despite what another review on here says, the analog triggers (L2/R2) are in fact pressure sensitive but only when the controller is being used in X-input mode. Which makes sense because if your playing a game in D-input it's because the game doesn't normally support an analog controller and probably doesn't support pressure sensitivity anyways.

4 out of 5 eggsyou get what you pay for

Pros: Good layout, kinda comfortable

Cons: Feels kinda cheap, buttons not pressure sensitive, joysticks have square holes, joysticks do not move "smoothly",

Other Thoughts: Bought it at target needing a pc gaming controller. It might be right for you but not for me. Personally I wanted something like an xbox 360 controller but was unaware of the pc adapter. Logitech is a pay what you get for company and I likely won't pay any less than 40$ for my next controller (or just keep my xbox adapter)
