Pros: The sound is acceptable when listening through the headphones

Cons: The microphone is HORRIBLE, sounds like a barely coming in AM radio station. It is so quiet, you have to boost the gain settings in windows very high so you can be heard, but that just magnifies the horrible microphone.

Other Thoughts: I CAN NOT believe Logitech would put their name on such a horrible product. My daughter has a more expensive USB logitech headset and sounds fine.

5 out of 5 eggsMost comfortable & affordable headset around

Pros: 1) Inexpensive
2) Lightweight
3) Unobtrusive
4) Low-temp / low-profile

Cons: Nil

Other Thoughts: Sound is not as robust as say a Turtle Beach set or a more top-of-the-line, feature-full (virtual surround-sound) headset, but some folks like myself just like a good set of stereo headphones that don't make my ears sweat after 15 mins of use

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality mic and sound

Pros: Very nice noise cancellation and it never cancels my voice out. The sound quality of the speakers is very nice (especially for listening to music). It's comfortable for long conversations over skype and other video chats. It is a very good headset for so small a price, and overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Cons: no cons for this product

5 out of 5 eggsGood Headset for VOIP

Pros: Good, clear and lightweight. I have purchased over a dozen for our company employees to use for meetings, music and VOIP softphones. Long cord, volume control with rigid Mic, seems prety sturdy and none have broken in a year.

Cons: None for the price

Other Thoughts: Have standardized on this model for our company. Use with laptops and PC's equally well. Has 3.5mm connectors which are convenient as you can use an adapter to use with tablets and phones. I use a Y adapter to combine the signal to use with my Droid and Motorola tablet for phone calls and mobile meetings.

4 out of 5 eggsNice little gaming headset

Pros: Great price, very inexpensive.

Sound quality is more than good enough for gaming/chatting.

Mic performs well and sound-quality is good.

Boom mic swivels for left or right side usage.

Adjustable headband moves easily, but not so easily that it's accidentally adjusted in error.

Comfortable, even during longer gaming sessions.

Foam earpads don't trap heat/moisture against your head.

In-line volume and Mute work well.

Cord is adequately long, color-coded analog connectors are easy to connect.

Very attractively styled.

Well-packaged to avoid damage in-transit.

Cons: The cord could definitely use an alligator-style strain-relief clip. There is a small pen-style clip on the back of the inline volume control node, but this can only be clipped to fabric edges, such as a neckband or thin waistband. An alligator-style clip would allow you to clip the cord to any fabric or thin object to help manage the cord slack comfortably.

Foam earpads will likely wear out before the mic or speakers fail, but this is to be expected for a headset in this price range.

The unit feels a little loose on users with smaller heads, so it may not be a good choice for smaller children. Most adults should not notice any issues with this, however.

Other Thoughts: The wife finally agreed to try an MMO with me, and against all odds, she actually enjoys it! "Star Wars: The Old Republic" FTW!

Anyhow, in order for us to play together from different rooms, she needed an inexpensive headset, and this one seemed to fit the bill. After trying it, she has no complaints other than it feels a bit loose on her head, but she does have a pretty small head for an adult.

If you need a good and inexpensive headset, add this to your list, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: very comfortable. small and light. do not feel like they will break quickly under normal use

Cons: weak microphone, even for a Logitech headset. It might be time to move on to a new brand for cheap headsets.

5 out of 5 eggsScratch the last Review

Pros: Works great and has over 1 year with no complaints. Fits great on your had, really light and doesn't squeeze your ears. If you wear glasses you'll love them.

Cons: None unless you are an airhead like me. I thought the Mic died and tried everything. Turns out that I had it on Hardware Mute right on the physical volume control.

Other Thoughts: I'm an idiot, I'm keeping my current pair, I don't need another.

4 out of 5 eggsA year at best

Pros: The Mic is clear and the headset is comfortable if you wear glasses, you can barely feel it on your ears and the sound quality is great.

Cons: The mic lasted me a little over a year and then died for some reason. My computer still picks up sound when I tap my finger against the mic but that's probably just the vibration being picked up. So these are now just headphones with slowly deteriorating sound Quality.

Other Thoughts: I'll probably buy another set since they were only 20 bucks. They worked well when they were working.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for price

Pros: Very light, speakers are comfortable.
Microphone is pretty good
Volume is loud enough, I never kept it at 100%.

Cons: As mentioned, they are light, and probably somewhat flimsy.
Mic switch doesn't actually mute the mic, just makes it very very quiet. Not a big problem though.

Other Thoughts: I used these as a stand-in for another set I had that broke, and was pleasantly surprised with how good they were.
