Pros: HD good motion capture great light and color best webcam I've owned good software i don't understand why other have had issues

Cons: I don't get product designers. After making such a good product they leave out simple and important features How difficult is is to give it tilt and swivel?

Cons: There can be slight lag at times, but it usually records fast movement with no problem.

Pros: inexpensive 720p camera.

Cons: Vertical lines. I bought my camera, and right away i noticed the lines, but didn't think much of it at the time, I needed an HD webcam and i had a limited budget. This fit the bill.
Even with latest drivers, and playing with the exposure and gain as people on the net have suggested, I still get the vertical lines.
Some suggest it may be CMOS interference.

All i know is I'm really wishing I spent the extra $10 for a different brand.

This isn't so much a con, as something that should be considered, The 3MP it advertises is "software enhanced" Which essentially means.. "software resized"
It's like taking a 1.2MP picture and artifically resizing it to meet 3MP resolutions. It doesn't make it clearer or anything like that, just bigger.
And i say it's not exactly a con, because it mentions it does that, so if you read the details, you'll know that's what you're getting.
So any 1.2MP camera that can do 30FPS will work just fine with the right software.

Other Thoughts: I didn't buy mine at newegg, but rather at a local retailer that had them on sale.
And i know it's not exactly good for newegg for a low review on a product, but I just have to warn other people. It's a common problem. Most people, like me, don't really think much of it until later, when what was originally just "abnormal" turns into "annoyance."
Friends and family on the receiving end all see the lines. Even comment on them from time to time. Nothing like being told "you need a new webcam" 1 month after buying just that.

Pros: Very high quality and easy to set up. Can easily be mounted on a laptop or desktop monitor. Very low price for everything you get.

Cons: Only con is after initial installation with software provided I couldn't launch the webcam software normally. I had to go into the folder it was installed in and run the application as admin once. After that everything worked fine. This is a non-issue as well.

For anyone that may experience this the directory for the "launcher_main" is

I wouldn't worry about this happening however.

Other Thoughts: Good for chatting in skype, tinychat, omegle, and other disturbing websites that you want a webcam for as well.

Pros: Beautiful picture and sound quality for the price. Newegg got it to me the very next day. Love them!

Cons: No teleportation option...bummer.

Pros: Its HD.

Cons: Software was a big pain to setup in windows. Bad blurry motion.

Other Thoughts: I suppose with this being an HD cam I was expecting more, and was quite disappointing. VERY bad motion blur, and took forever to get it to even be seen by my pc. Mac setup however was a snap. Overall I don't think its worth the price they are asking.

Pros: The quality of the video is very good. Not full HD, but 720p is still very good looking. It's also widescreen, which is very nice for a webcam! I've done countless skype calls since I've owned it and it was worth every penny.

Cons: Nothing bad to say, it's a solid webcam and it gets the job done. I knew exactly what i was getting

Other Thoughts: My only thought is that I actually bought this webcam from another store on sale for $19.99 so I'm unsure on why newegg is charging a decent amount more for it. However, i still would have bought it with neweggs price if i never had found it for cheaper.

Pros: beautiful clear picture but after a while........

Cons: after about the first week it developed faint vertical lines. Took back, got another, same thing. Don't usually write reviews and I didn't buy it here, but as Newegg is probably my favorite place to shop, I should warn y'all...there is a reason it's so cheap...just spend the extra dough and get the C525 or even the 920 but just not this one...seriously

Other Thoughts: Go online and look up c270 vertical lines....7,620 results, mostly from forums with dozens of posts with the problem...
