5 out of 5 eggsGood earphones

Pros: Very good earphones. Nice selections of ear cushions - i tried out a bunch of them and found one that fits perfect. Sound quality is awesome, build quality is excellent. I use it for my PC as well for my ipod and sandisk and I only have good things to say about it.

Cons: The bulged design doesn't let it fit flush so when I'm sleeping with them on, they get knocked out easily and sometimes is uncomfortable.

Other Thoughts: Nice product, moderately priced definitely recommended.

4 out of 5 eggsGood value

Pros: Nice price to quality ratio
Good passive noise cancelling

Cons: Could be better but for the price I do not expect much more

Other Thoughts: I go through a few pairs of ear buds every year. These seem to hold up better than most.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Loud Anymore

Pros: Good the first 3 weeks

Cons: I saw that someone else said that one earbud deteriorated in sound after a while, well this happened to my pair! I have a zune and i dont crank up past 15 out of a range of 20 on the volume. The use to have real good volume and noise isolated very well, unfortunately now you have to crank up to the max to get some audible tone out of these things!! Im disappointed in them. And they fell off from time to time.

Cons: Horrible noise when the cable moves...Really, this is the first time that I found this issue in a earbud.

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Cheap, sturdy cord

Cons: Low quality buds, too bassy

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend because the left ear significantly deteriorated in quality after about a week of use, compared to the right bud.

3 out of 5 eggsAverage

Pros: They were $9.00. They do a good job of isolating external sound. I would give them a 4 for this. Music clarity is good, 4 on this also.

Cons: These are basically worth 3 eggs. They are really average headphones, good for $9.00 not worth more. The base is tinny, the sound weak and lacking depth and foundation with a poor resolution over the range of frequencies. All of it on par with headphones worth less than $20. If I had paid full price and shipping, I would be mad. I compared them with a $15 pair of Sony in-ear headphones and the in-ear Sansa headphones that came with my Fuze. I tried them with everything from blues to hard rock to symphonic music with a lot of base, piano, violin etc. I played music I like and am very familiar with, switching headphones without any additional adjustment. Really these are average headphones that let one down on the base and depth of sound. Surprisingly, the headphones that came with my Fuze blow most sub-$60 headphones away. This was no exception. I used my Fuze with 320kbs or better mp3s for comparison.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal!

Pros: Sound great, which is most important. However, a pleasant surprise is the good length line to jack has characteristic of not tangling-up while remaining very flexible. sound good enough to use with my synths for sound design and not have something covering my whole ear in order to get isolation from noise. On an MP3 player, found did not need the volume as loud, saving charge on lithium battery. Bought two at the great deal here so will give second pair to my mother for her MP3 Audio Bible giving her for Christmas this year. Stayed in my ears while on my elliptical machine but that is very low-impact so a runner would give better review there but as long as I use a q-tip before using these, the silicone fits in ear and is very comfy, remaining in even when working up a sweat!

Cons: None that are in regard to product. I would like to see more things I want/need with the Made In USA label, of which, these are made in China. Does not mean it's a bad product at all; am trying to purchase American Made and it's proving very hard to do as a sociological experiment.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely buy these again knowing the quality of them and by the way, both mine came in color BLACK, not blue, which was even better.

5 out of 5 eggsGood value

Pros: Sounds are pretty decent, I expect them to get better as they're broken in more.
Bass isn't as good as my MDR-XB40EXs, but those were actually built for extra bass, so I can't complain there.
It creates a nice seal so outside sound is actually isolated when the earphones are put on.

Cons: Rubbing on the wire creates noise when the earphones are on.
It's also hard to keep the wires as straight as possible; they tend to curl up a bit when straightened out from my phone in my pocket to my ears.
After a while, the tight seal that the earphones make kinda hurts the ears a bit.

Other Thoughts: Definitely a nice set of earphones when they're on sale, but otherwise I'd spend a little more for the MDRs. Just my preference though.

Worth it if you're upgrading from lower-end earphones or just looking for something that you can toss around.
