5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!!

Pros: Bought these as refurbs for just under twenty dollars. Couldn't be more pleased!!

Works as advertised. Great range, charges fast, charge lasts many hours when in use. Also holds a charge for a long time when not in use. Mic sound quality is fine according to people that have listened to my voice while talking on these headphones.

Music sounds very decent IMO. These are not hi-fidelity headphones, so don't buy them if that's what you expect for a music listening experience.

Use the links provided earlier to find the pairing instructions and manual.

Cons: none for me

2 out of 5 eggsTin Cans and String would be an upgrade

Pros: Battery life is good.

Cons: I find it hard to believe these are Logitechs. Everything else I've gotten from them has been at least mediocre in quality. And, these are supposedly made to work along side Apple products?

Sound quality is terrible.
Build quality is just... just awful.
I hope whoever designed these feels bad.

Other Thoughts: Paring isn't too hard. Just hold the mute and volume + buttons for a few seconds and it enters paring mode.

4 out of 5 eggsGood product

Pros: - Compatible with my tablet (Nexus 7), phone (Galaxy Nexus) and Windows 7/Linux (Kubuntu) machines.
- Good sound quality for the price point.
- Has wide enough range to enjoy media without being tethered to one spot.
- Microphone seems decent enough for teleconferencing
- Buttons are in convenient locations
- Uses same type charging cable as my phone and tablet (micro usb), so there is no need for additional cables cluttering up my workspace.
- So far battery life seems to be acceptable.

Cons: The headset would not connect 'out of the plastic bag'. Found that it needed to be reset before it could be discoverable again. Since (for me at least) it did not come with any instructions and I was unable to locate any online, it took a while to get working (see Other thoughts). Since each device has its own method of doing things, having some documentation is vital. Before locating the correct method, I spent some time holding down buttons for n-seconds. Because of this I subtracted one egg.

Other Thoughts: Luckily I found a review on another site which mentioned how to reset the headset so that it would work. If the headset is not discoverable and the power button is blinking green slowly, it needs to be reset. To reset the headset, hold down both the mic mute button and the volume up button for a few seconds. Once this was done, the power light began to blink green more rapidly and it instantly became visible to my computers and mobile devices. From that point on it has performed flawlessly.

1 out of 5 eggsNightmare

Pros: Low power consumption

Cons: Extremely uncomfortable
Extremely pour range
Extremely unreliable

Other Thoughts: You may or may not be able to get these to work on a windows pc; microsoft has left the headset audio up to the bluetooth transceiver manufacturer to provide. I couldn't get them to work on any of my devices at all so I can't be much help. I guess I really enjoy getting ripped off since there is no rma refund on these.

2 out of 5 eggsHard to pair. Good as headphones, bad as headset.

Pros: The stereo playback is great. Headset is comfortable and the battery lasts ages. Lightweight. Easy to charge. Microphone is plenty loud.

Cons: It's incredibly hard to get this to pair with your PC. No instructions included means you'll need the internet to pair it.
Headset mode means your audio gets switched to mono, meaning if you want to use this for calls, teamspeak, or anything requiring the microphone, the audio quality is awful.
The microphone input quality is also poor.

Other Thoughts: Using these as anything other than wireless headphones is pretty difficult to do properly. You get what you pay for.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech quality at a great price

Pros: I ordered three of these headsets in total. Each one works just fine.
Headsets seem to hold a decent charge that lasts for several days of on and off use. While it is true that the headsets do not come with any pairing instructions, the info can be found with a Google search.

To set up the headset for pairing: Make sure unit has a charge. Turn unit on. Hold the volume up button and the mic mute button at the same time (aprox 4-5 seconds) until the green light starts to rapidly flash. Now the headset will be discoverable. Easy as that.

Cons: None so far.

1 out of 5 eggsJunk so far...

Pros: None

Cons: Christmas gift that did not work right out of the bag (no box, no instructions, etc...) Guess this is what I get for buying a refurb as a gift. My bad...

Other Thoughts: Came in a bag with USB charging cord only. No instructions on charging, pairing, etc... Don't waste you money on these.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat for the price

Pros: The rechargeable battery built-in that you charge via USB cable is very convenient. The headphones are very comfortable. I got Windows to recognize and use them via another reviewer's instructions.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggsNot Overall Bad

Pros: Cheap, functional headset. Skype was pretty clear and the others could hear me well. Worked well throughout most of my apartment.

Cons: No documentation with headset. Without link from previous reviewer would have been nigh impossible to figure out how to pair. A little on the small side for my big head, so if your head is bigger these will fit snugly.

Other Thoughts: Not a bad overall headset for the price when I need wireless. USB cord could be a bit longer and more flexible for charging when wearing, but when I need to do that i wear the wired headset. It paired with both a Windows 8 PC and a MacBook Pro.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat headset, once it connects

Pros: Long battery life.
Great Sound Quality.
Comfortable.
Folds up nice and small.
Works very easy with Android phones.

Cons: Mic is not "swappable" to the left side.
Extremely difficult to connect in Windows 7.

Other Thoughts: Lenovo/IBM's bluetooth drivers for Windows 7 64-bit DO NOT WORK. I wasted three hours fighting with them, only to delete them completely (reboot!) and download the freely available Broadcom drivers (Google BTW_6.2.0.9700.)

Furthermore, Windows 7 Bluetooth operation to actually make the headset available as an audio device remains hidden from even the most technical users. I've been doing this for over 20 years and never would have considered needing to "control" a simple headset just to get it to show up in audio devices.

Once the Bluetooth software has been installed and you have paired the headset (hold mute and the volume up button "+" on the right earpiece), Windows will now see the device in "Show Bluetooth Devices." To ACTUALLY USE the headset, you must right-click on the device and select "properties", click on the "services" tab and then make sure all options are checked. It might look like Windows has frozen, just give it time to start the services that were stopped.

Finally, you must right-click on the device in the "Show Bluetooth Devices" screen and select "control." In there you will see a "connect" button to click on. Click it! Once the headset connects, the BT software should popup to let you know the Logitech Headset has connected. (You only need to do this once per computer. From there on out, the headset automatically connects without issue.)

Only now will you see the headset listed in your audio devices, as well as any program that lets you select the audio device. This includes Google Voice, which works perfectly. (Go look in the "chat" settings.)
