Logitech M500 910-002810 Black Tilt Wheel Wired Mouse - OEM

Pros: It was cheap and I bought it to replace a G500 which also had a bad button after 2 years of use.

Cons: Left click button switch failure. Cannot use the mouse anymore as it constantly double clicks when I just want to single click or select text. Common failure mode for Logitech mice. The cynic in me thinks Newegg was discounting them because they knew this was a bad batch of mice. I'll go hassel Logitech for a replacement. PITA warranty claim incoming.

Other Thoughts: Logitech used to be a high quality device maker. They have cut too many corners lately and they deserve the bad reviews. Newegg should return low quality merchandise to the manufacturer instead of just discounting it to get rid of stock. I feel sorry for anyone who paid full price. I paid $26.99.

Pros: Works like a mouse, nothing flashy about it, but it worked just like I needed it to.

Pros: I use the mouse alot and the Logitech M500 is a joy to use. It fits the hand good and tracks good and clicks good.

Other Thoughts: The M500 mouse is recommended as Logitech makes about the best stuff for kybrd and mouse. Go out and get one from newegg now cuz you won't regret it.

Pros: This is a great mouse for a great price. It's very comfortable in your hand and it works great. The variable scrolling button is very useful and works good. The wire is more than long enough, in fact I still have the original tie.

Cons: Some times you can hit the forward or back button on the side, but you could change them to do different things.

Pros: Owned this mouse years ago, clicking was responsive, the feel of the mouse was great, second best mouse i've owned, only beaten by my new M.M.O.7

Cons: After a little less than a year of use, i turned on my computer one morning and the mouse didn't work, it just stopped, tried in 2 other computers and same problem, but that was just a freak thing.

Other Thoughts: Despite the failure, i loved this mouse

Pros: Price is good for the advertised functionalities. Tracking precision is acceptable for almost every task besides pro-gaming.

Cons: Have you ever tried navigating ANYTHING in your computer without a working scroll wheel? It will drive you insane. The mere act of having to go to the scroll bar and manually click to drag it around is enough to flag your mouse as unusable. Unusable = 1egg

Other Thoughts: I've done some tests. The results lead me to believe the problem is software/firmware. The scroll wheel is likely to work when no logitech software is present, but it stops responding after installing the logitech software package that enables all the functionalities.

Pros: - very comfortable for big hands
- buttons are very well placed
- button have good feedback
- responsive

Cons: No cons, I like this mouse very much

Other Thoughts: This mouse has a lot of good features and is easy to use. I use it for everything from gaming to web browsing. The extra buttons make work faster, and all of the buttons are easy to press, but give a satisfying amount of resistance too.

Pros: Mouse with scroll wheel, back and forward buttons.

Cons: won't get me coffee...

Pros: Ergonomic design, buttons don't require too much force (unlike the Microsoft Comfort Moues 4500's middle click). Hyperscroll and incremental scroll switching is easy. Not that heavy either.

Cons: Hyperscroll is too sensitive sometimes, starts scrolling in another direction when left. Incremental scroll doesn't have a lot of resistance against inertia so if you scroll fast, even that will keep scrolling for a bit of time.

Other Thoughts: I was expecting a very hard middle click so I was pleasantly surprised.
