3 out of 5 eggsNot high fidelity, but functional

Pros: Comfortable, functional enough for VOIP. Bluetooth / MiniTRX switch means I can switch seamlessly to my phone and back. I saw one reviewer mention that his did not come with the mini dongle, but mine was in the compartment on the left earpiece.

Cons: After two months, I've learned that Intel speed-step may reduce the power and/or bandwidth to the USB port, which in turn reduces the wireless bandwidth to the headset, resulting in crackling from one or both sides.
Cramming the dongle into a USB3 port actually fixed it for me.

Other Thoughts: Most of these were probably returned for the crackling issue, which is a limitation of the medium, not an actual hardware problem. I assume they're not actually checking the batteries, so beware. Yours may have a similarly short charging life.
Since they're using Lithium packs, it's probably unwise to use them unplugged unless you really need to.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Could not find out!

Cons: Will not charge. Has "QC checked" tag, what did they check? From looking at other reviews on the net, this is a common problem.

Other Thoughts: Normally I think that Logitech is a trustworthy brand, but this one has me wondering.

5 out of 5 eggs6 Months and going strong

Pros: I have had this headset for 6 months now. I use them for gaming and webinar meetings. I am 50 yrs old (and yes I do game a lot with my kids). My right ear has some hearing loss, probably form all the concerts I went to as kid, and was worried that this head set would let to much outside noise in. Not the case. Sound is good. The mic picks up really well and stows way nicely. The range is great. When I am on a Go to Meeting conference I can wonder the house and garage and still talk. It folds up so takes less room on my desk. The battery life will let me play hours on end before needing to recharge. They are not the sturdiest but I have not had anything break on it. For the money, I would recommend this headset.

Cons: The foam ear pads are a little scratchy. Does let outside noise in but if you need to hear what is going on in the room while listen then this is an asset. Not good music quality sound but good for online meetings, Team Speak / Raid Call use.

Other Thoughts: For me, these are a great middle ground headset. Not expensive but work for online gaming and meetings. Great if you are in a group gaming and need to talk to each other but not through the headsets.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome but...

Pros: The heads very versitile, i can connect it to my ps3, my computer, etc etc. Bluetooth, Wireless USB. Onboard volume, play pause, mic mute. Folding. Really nice

Cons: After having it for a couple of months. Im starting to have trouble with the right speaker. It goes on and off like the wiring is messed up. While the left sounds perfect. I wish i knew how to get this fixed.

Other Thoughts: Its awesome and its my favorite headset i got. Just the sound being weird.

2 out of 5 eggsCan't Complain with the Price...

Pros: ~ Wireless
~ Cheap and Easy to setup
~ Seems durable

Cons: ~ Right side speaker sounds like static sometimes.
~ The microphone does not have a "Mic Boost" function, making me sound low to people on VoIP. Logitech provides no software to correct the problem.
~ The headset does not alert me when the battery is low (normally the headset speakers beep to notify of low battery status.)
~ The seller / vendor / Logitech never notified me that the NANO RECEIVER was stored inside the compartment on the outside of the left speaker.
~ Storage compartment for NANO RECEIVER is hard to get open.

Other Thoughts: For $50, I got what I expected. It works, which is surprising, but not at the function I would like it to be at.

In the future I will invest on a much better headset. For those who are low on money and need a quick replacement headset, this would be an OPTION. I wouldn't recommend it though.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Headset, but test them first

Pros: Lightweight, decent sound quality, ingenious mic boom. Good wireless range (in dongle mode) usually gives me 40' or so, and some of my users have gotten twice that range.

Cons: Switching between bluetooth and dongle

Other Thoughts: I have now bought 8 of these for my techs because I need them to be able to work and talk on the phone at the same time. This was easier (and cheaper) to implement with a softphone solution than it would have been to buy a plantronics wireless headset to hook up to a deskphone. My techs love that they can switch from music to a call seamlessly. These are really lightweight, so we can wear them all day if we need to. They don't do a lot as far as noise cancellation, but for the price, I didn't expect them to. The boom mic is connected to the earpiece in a solid connector, so it will reduce the chance of a short in the wire. Also, the mic will fold up and out of sight, so you don't look like a dork when you're not using it on the phone. I also really love that it will bluetooth connect to my cellphone, so I can use it at home or at work or while i'm walking around the building. My only recommendation is to test these refurb units as soon as you get them. Of the 8 that I've purchased, I've had to RMA 4 of them (3 originally, and one of the RMA'd ones had to be RMA'd also). NewEgg was really good to work with on the RMAs, however, so I would strongly recommend these.

4 out of 5 eggsRefurbished, Good Headphones

Pros: Received as advertised, refurbished in wrapping. Contrary to other reviews, my unit came with everything (battery, usb adapter).
Controls work great.
Good sound, not great, but for wireless its really good.
Pairs with my iphone 5 well

Cons: No instructions, had to go to Logitech website for manual instructions and install drivers for PC (Windows 7).
Microphone not the best quality but passable and clear, may need to adjust volume input to increase sound output.

Other Thoughts: I usually don't wear over the ear headphones, I'm more partial towards ear buds but I wanted wireless headphones for the gym and for working on homework away from my PC.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not buy unless you want to waste money

Pros: What Pros it didn't come with a Nano Receiver for USB

Cons: Complete waste of Money without a receiver of any kind. Useless for PC cell phone etc ande saying it has a nanoreceiver in the Detail tab is false advertising.

Other Thoughts: Complete waste of $50.00

4 out of 5 eggsGood headset

Pros: Works great with my phone and laptop Bluetooth card. USB works alright.

Cons: The USB range could be better. Bluetooth has longer range. Also would be nice if Mic could be used on the left ear.
