2 out of 5 eggsVery Flaky

Pros: The size

Cons: It is very temperamental especially when it is cold. I am getting annoyed with this pad. I always buy Logitech and have always been satisfied with their products but this item is just annoying.

5 out of 5 eggsGood For HTPC

Pros: Works great for HTPC use as suggested by other reviewers. Its 20 bucks, I just set it on the arm of my couch.

Cons: Mouse contact area is small and needs some getting use to.

4 out of 5 eggsGood idea, Not so good implementation

Pros: Works as advertised. Great for Home theater. The Logitech original price has come way down which makes it easy to try out and if you don't like it you can just stop using it without taking a big hit.

Cons: The clicker bars (buttons) are on the bottom edge of the device making it awkward to use... they should be on the top edge. In fact since there is plenty of room, they could have put them on both the top and the bottom giving you a choice.

Other Thoughts: When is someone going to come up with a mini keyboard to go with home theatre machines using imaginative mouses or should I say mice where the most you type is an internet address?

5 out of 5 eggsIt Works!

Pros: It seems to work just fine with Windows 7/8. I'm not sure about all the multi-touch gestures since I only use a couple but it's doing what I want.

Cons: I don't like the placement of the buttons, I wish the right button was smaller because I'm constantly hitting it instead of the left button, but this is a problem with me and how I place me hand.

I wish it were a little heavier too, but again that is just me

4 out of 5 eggsNone Better

Pros: For Windows 7, if you want a Touchpad, what are the options? For $25.00, I don't see how this can be beat. It works smoothly, looks sleek, feels solid, good distance, and does what it is supposed to. I wish it was 8 x 11 :)

Cons: None so far.

4 out of 5 eggsRelly nice for HTPC.

Pros: Saw this on sale and took a chance as no others had reviewed it, but for $20 refurbished, had to take a chance. This thing is great - tracks accurately from across the room, supports 2 finger scrolling, nice feel and weight to unit as well. I've been looking for a solution for the HTPC input; tried and done away with several other options with on board keyboards and track pads, but they all felt flimsy or were awkward to handle. Now using the on board keyboard to type (which really, you don't need to do too much with an HTPC) and the cursor movement is steady and precise. Love it.

Cons: Wish it was a LITTLE bit bigger. I'd give 4.5 start is it were an option.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper Way to Navigate Windows

Pros: I received the pad without any directions so I went to Logitech's web site and downloaded the software to connect it up to my Windows 7 machine. The mini receiver located in the battery compartment gave me some pause, but after I found it, plugged it into an available USB 2.0 port and installed the software for it I got on their site, all was well. I like the large (5 inch) pad area, and expect I'll use it most of the time from now on. It has right and left buttons built in AND you can tap the pad and it is like pressing the "go to" left button. Quite impressive for the money. It is solidly built and has enough weight to keep it in place on my desk. In my opinion a definite buy!

Cons: A little work on Logitech's web site for the downloaded driver, but that was no real problem.
