5 out of 5 eggsGood Budget Headset

Pros: Excellent sound quality

Plug and play

Cons: Fixed position mic, mic only moves up and down

4 out of 5 eggsG230 decent quality for price

Pros: The fold up mic with semi-bendable frame to move mic closer to mouth is nice. I personally prefer the behind the head wrap around like the old G330's, but they (logitech) discontinued production of them a little while ago. As far as the over the head design of this headset goes, its good as they put a nice pad on it so it shouldn't dent your head too much :P. Pretty good sound from speakers overall but not a high end unit, very good for online gaming. I really like the inline volume and mute control on the nice long cord. Overall, good bang for the buck.

Cons: Because of the over the head design, after a few hours of wearing, I start to feel the pinch of them around the base of my ears. I have played with the adjustment that they have and you have to keep them at a certain point so they don't fall off, but I suspect all other over the head designs would have the same attributes.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat buy

Pros: -Fantastic sound quality. Crisp highs and booming lows.
-Looks slick. Fits my red-themed desk.
-CABLE MANAGEMENT! It comes pre-managed but allowed for your own adjustments. No more wires all over my desk, no more stepping on the headphone cable!
-Beautiful braided cables that are definitely durable.
-Comfortable fit. A bit tight at first, but break it took less than a day to break them in.
-Cancels noise well. Unless you're blasting, they won't bleed sound. At all.

Cons: -Painfully quiet mic. I have maxxed out all boost and volume settings and still have to have it an inch from my face just to get decent volume. The quality of the sound itself is great., though.

Other Thoughts: Gives the illusion of being a much more pricey headset with its good build quality and decent sound. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible for the price

Pros: This is better than my more expensive Corsair 1500 headset.

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: The pads are comfortable and won't deteriorate like the letherette styled pads. I got this for a clients entry level gaming system and I was blown away at the audio quality.

2 out of 5 eggsVery thoroughly disappointed

Pros: Sound quality coming out the headphones was pretty good. Nothing I can complain about. However...

Cons: Oh jeez where do I begin...
1) The ear cups are uncomfortable to wear with glasses. They make a squeaky sound if they shift around. That being said....
2) Why is this thing shifting around? No matter what position the cups are in, it's moving around a lot.
3) The microphone is picking up sounds from the headphones themselves. WHAT. If I am not mistaken, no headset should ever do that. The reason I get a headset is to be able to speak to teammates in games without them hearing game or other sounds coming from my system. This completely defeats the purpose of using a gaming headset.
4) When the mic is active, people listening to me speak can hear a very audible, repeated clicking noise. Of course this can get annoying to them.

Poor quality and design choices were made when crafting this headset. I do not recommend this at all.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent Headset

Pros: This headset is tight fitting, not so much it hurts, but can be uncomfortable at times. The noise cancellation is great, but often causes me to yell into the microphone when excited, because I can't hear my own voice. The braided cord is flexible and comfy. The sound itself is above average, but sounds faded on high amounts of tenner or bass. I would recommend this product for the reasonable price.

Cons: The mic is very quiet. I had to go in to my computer settings and turn my mic all the way up manually, and do the same on skype. With these settings I am audible to others, but just slightly on the quiet side still.

Other Thoughts: I took away an egg because of how quiet the microphone is, but can be partially resolved by manual adjustment. The second egg, I took away due to the uncomfortable fitting around the ears, after 2+ hours of use.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech Quality

Pros: These are the same audio quality of the G35s and G930s. Work great with the Sound Blaster Z.

They are comfortable and cool during long play!

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsGood Buy.

Pros: For those who want noise canceling headset, the ear muffs do a quite good job. They wont fully cancel background noise but I think its good enough.

Cons: People with big heads might have an issue, I have mine stretched to the max just to fit my head, but they do so I lucked out. One egg off.

Other Thoughts: I've went through a lot of headsets, eventually they broke after a year or so, and i think they are made that way so they brake just to make consumers buy more. This is a decent buy for $46.99 just to get something quick and that works for gaming and day to day usage.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Quality, Poor design

Pros: Headset itself was good, sound quality was definitely above par. I had no issues with the Mic and the quality was excellent.

It was fairly comfortable, i had no issues with ears hurting after 4-5 hours of use even.

Cons: The design is okay, it's a little flimsy with the headphone swivel. So definitely handle with care when taking on and off.

The wires on the end after the split for headphones and microphone are weak, and can easily pull the wiring out if headset cable is pulled too hard.

Other Thoughts: As with any wired headset, be very careful with the wire, if pulled you may not have a working headphone or mic.
