2 out of 5 eggsNot Durable

Pros: Good sounding and Comfortable.

Cons: Plastic parts. My pair broke at the beginning of April and I only had them since November. Don't buy if you have a big head.

1 out of 5 eggsNever buying a Logitech headset again

Pros: FIts me better than my old G930 (which had tons of issues) even with my massive ears, cable is nice and long, mesh covers are comfier than pleather in warmer weather.

Cons: Bugs. So. Many. Bugs.

Other Thoughts: When the mic gain was set to anything approaching audible, it had serious static. When I managed to fix that by messing with the mic settings, there was still more bugs: the directionality/noise cancelling was terrible (could pick up my roommate from across the room when it was set to normal levels for my speaking and an inch from my face [which my g930 never did]), it caused all sound to randomly stop playing when in usb mode while certain programs were running, so I tried just using the 3.5mm. Lo and behold, the loud mic static was back! And the only way to get rid of it this time wasn't muting the mic on the cable, oh no, that didn't work the first time or this time, you just had to turn the inline volume down and just live with the lowered max volume, cause messing with settings didn't work. After all my issues with my g930 and now the g430 I'm probably never buying a logitech headset ever again.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat comfort for price

Pros: light weight
surround is pretty good
comfortable ear cups
in-lin volume and mute controls

Cons: mic not detachable
no in-line play/pause or answer/hangup

Other Thoughts: The headset itself is very light compared to other circumaural headsets I've tried. Their really comfortable and the quality is not bad for the price. I've been using mine for a couple of weeks now at my office to listen to music and take calls from my ip phone and haven't had any issues wearing them for hours at a time. I had to tweak my equilizer setting a bit before a got the best sound.

1 out of 5 eggstrash

Pros: Sound is good mike is flexible

Cons: I purchased this headset on 8/10/2014 it failed on 5/10/2015

The part of the headset that holds the earphones started to crack about two months before they failed, I wrapped them tightly in electrical taoe to try and keep them together the cracking was caused by putting the headset on and off.

Poor design poor materials.

Other Thoughts: If you are willing to baby these and only remove them by the head band portion they might last a year, but I would still advise you to seek a headset elsewhere.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat! But...

Pros: Great sound. Long (excessively) cable. Separate mic and headphone cord. Volume and mute button on clip. Looks nice. Fits my tiny head. Sounds great for music, even better than my $100 "studio" headset.

Cons: Must use the USB adapter or similar adapter to achieve full potential. I can't tell where the individual audio channels are except when I know the specific sounds corresponding to each channel.

Other Thoughts: This headset requires a decent audio output device and a decent DAC (as well as high quality audio source). Sure, a phone or MP3 player is compatible in stereo. Sure a standard 3.5mm audio output from a laptop or PC would work, but you'd be loosing some sound quality by not using the USB adapter. Overall GREAT buy.

2 out of 5 eggsOh Snap! my headset snapped apart.

Pros: They sound good, and the mic works fine.

Cons: The plastic arm on the side of one of the ear cuffs broke in 2 places with only the pressure of me holding them. So it's rather a poor design, or cheap materials holding it together. Now I got a piece of it rattling around in the right ear, and held together by duct tape for the time being. I've owned these since about may 2014, Its sorta funny that I got this one cause the cable is nicely braided so it doesnt snap like my previous one, and now it just snaps apart for no reason. So if you want a headset the holds together for maybe a year, then here ya go. ::rattle rattle rattle::

5 out of 5 eggsQuality per price

Pros: I wear glasses and still doesn't hurt my ears. Quality microphone. Best for it's price range.

Cons: It hurts the top of the head after a while but after that long it's time for a short break anyway

Other Thoughts: not really sure what to think about the Logitech gaming software that goes with this. All of my Logitech products in the past never lasted more than 8 months. I am taking super good care of this one to try to make it last.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat upgrade from Turtle beach!

Pros: Was a little iffy at first because of the pricepoint, by that I mean its only $60 and I could have easily spent it on another headset but I didnt. This one has fantastic surround sound! I can hear everything needed in my games. Although its ok for music, could be better and I'm saying this after using DFX audio enhancer. Another thing I was impressed with was fitment and noise cancellation! It is an amazing budget headset and I would highly reccomend to others!

Cons: Doesnt have tremendous bass, but with DFX Audio Enhancer that pretty much fixes that! Its enough to where it isnt overwhelming.

4 out of 5 eggsGood headset for the price!

Pros: - Good support for any size of head (I have a really big one)
- Earpads are not crushing your ears, they are the type that goes around your ears
- Great surround sound in game, for music and on Skype

Cons: - They loose an egg because there is a problem of connection, often due to the USB dongle (only in chat rooms).
