4 out of 5 eggsGood design, bad parts & pricing

Pros: * Very comfortable
* Great battery life, used it for at least 250 hours by now and it's still going strong (and I'm using performance mode, have yet to try the alternative)
* A good amount of extra mouse buttons

Cons: * Overpriced
* Not as 'durable' (or well built) as they make it seem
* Not what I consider a gaming mouse

Other Thoughts: It's a great mouse, I was weary about purchasing it as I had heard terrible things about the sensors/functionality of wireless so called "gaming" mice. Currently, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It's done (most of) what was advertised. My issues lie within the product pricing/marketing and the quality of the materials.

As you can plainly see I still gave the product 4/5 Eggs but the reason I'm so critical about it is because it's not what I'd consider a gaming mouse, even if you can change the DPI. The way it's designed is very comfortable but it's not at all practical for gamers as I came to soon realize when I tested the mouse with games like CS:GO, DOTA2, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - the mouse is not made to be clicked rapidly! Sure, it works, but it's very inefficient. I think this mouse is much more suitable for an average gamer, perhaps on playing a more relaxed MMO or something of that sort. I've opted to purchased the Logitech G502 to compare the two for gaming (I know who the clear winner is already) but I've decided to make use of this model and all of it's extra mouse-buttons for spreadsheeting as I work in finance.

Overall, I'd definitely consider this mouse if you MUST have a wireless mouse because that's ultimately the reason I ended up purchasing this one. In terms of wireless mice, it's great. In terms of "gaming mice" well, not so much. I also think the standard price ($100CAD currently, then taxes, and shipping) is way to expensive for this product - wait until it's got a great sale going on and then pick it up.

As of the time of this review (8/24/2015) I've yet to experience the double click syndrome but I've got 3 Anywhere MX from Logitech that ALL have that lovely issue after only 1 - 3 months of use. Hoping this holds up much better.

5 out of 5 eggsbest mouse ive ever owned

Pros: this mouse is super comfortable and fits my hand like a glove. i can play for hours without my hands getting soar. very comfortable and the buttons are positioned nicely. the Logitech software is easy to work with and changeing and setting macros is very easy. battery life is incredible for a wireless gaming mouse

Cons: non really. if it had just 1 more button it would be perfect

Other Thoughts: i went from a razer naga hex to this mouse because i have large hands and they were getting soar from almost cupping my hands over this. this mouse conforms to my hand almost. I use it mostly for guild wars 2 and have all of my skills on my mouse. making it so i only have to use the keyboard for WASD.

1 out of 5 eggsOk while it worked, but problems with Logitech

Pros: Great while it worked
Good battery life
Good size for a large hand

Cons: Buttons failing after 9 months
Software is buggy and it will often not hold profiles. They will need to be re-opened and re-saved ... many times.

Logitech's customer support, or lack of

Other Thoughts: Logitech - wow!

Remember phone support at Logitech? It's now been eliminated. Note that on this products description, and all of Logitech's items, it still includes the phone support # under warranty info. If you phone that now, it is a recorded message telling you that phone support is no longer available, and that you need to use the ticket system at the site.

You can't contact anyone - not even an email - unless you have a registered product at the site. But the registration process often fails at the site with error messages that "Something went wrong", and you have no way of then contacting them other than begging for help at their support forum.

After finally getting into the site I was told to expect a reply in 24 - 48 hours. 5 days later ... a reply requesting info. I supplied it and have heard nothing since. 12 days since submitting my ticket.

12 days ... 3 additional requests for help by me

This used to be a decent company. Now they are competing with the bottom for legendary poor customer support.

Pray you have nothing go wrong.

4 out of 5 eggsCould easily be 5 stars for you

Pros: - Extremely comfortable
- Great button placement, satisfying to press
- Thumb rest is really nice
- Weight "feels good" (see cons)
- Nice build quality

Cons: - My mouse wheel button broke after ~6 months
- It's a bit too heavy. What I mean by this is not that it's laborious to move, but because of the weight it is very difficult to move very short distances without jerking the mouse (static friction, etc). I think this is probably just a limitation of wireless mice in general, as they are heavier than their wired counterparts.
- The two buttons to the left of the left mouse button are awkwardly placed.
- The mouse wheel is a smooth scroll, which isn't really my thing.

Other Thoughts: I used this mouse for Dota 2 and found it to be amazing for it. But more recently I've decided that the accuracy is just leaving something to be desired, and am now trying the g502, it's wired cousin. If you are a casual to semi-serious gamer and want a wireless mouse, I *highly* recommend this one. It's accurate, but not extremely accurate. On the other hand, it is extremely comfortable, satisfying to hold and does have amazing buttons and button placement. If you have larger hands and prioritize comfort and utility over raw precision (not to say that this mouse is especially imprecise), then this is the mouse for you.

Reference: I have largish hands (a bit above average in width and closer to average in length for my height, which is 6'0).

I use the mouse on endurance mode and don't have complaints about the battery. It's neither a pro nor a con.

2 out of 5 eggsdisappointed Logitech fan

Pros: Reported battery life.

Cons: really wanted to like this mouse. I have 4 g700/s mice and thought that since I really only use one profile, this would be an adequate replacement. The programming capabilities of this mouse leave a lot to be desired. The tilt of the wheel cannot be programmed. The rise of the mouse is less than the G 700 series.

Additionally, this mouse does not have a clutch on the wheel which is not a deal breaker for me but could be for some.

All in all, I was very disappointed. Both of mine went back to Newegg this morning.

5 out of 5 eggsLogitech G602

Pros: -battery life
-size, shape, and weight
-sturdiness
-build quality
-button placement

Cons: -software needed for maximum customization
-glider pad edges attract dust
-medium dpi range (max 2500)
-button placement

Other Thoughts: The dpi is completely acceptable for single monitor setups, but dual monitor users might find the need to pick up and readjust the mouse. The middle lower and back lower thumb keys are extremely easy to use for my hand size, while the others are a bit less convenient in comparison. They are still very easy to use and offer nice feedback. Overall wonderful mouse for gaming and working.

3 out of 5 eggsNot good for gaming

Pros: Feels good in the hand
6 thumb buttons ?
Simple DPI adjustment
Portable
Power Usage is acceptable

Cons: Misses about 10-15% of button clicks.

Other Thoughts: I thought, "maybe wireless performance has become reliable by 2015."

It may have been.

But this mouse does not report a large number of clicks.

I might say it could be acceptable for single player use just for its comfort factor in my average-sized hands.

But it is useless for multiplayer and online gaming. This is not a competitive mouse at all.

I have it about 4-5 feet from its receptor dongle, with no barriers for signal.

3 out of 5 eggsWheel stopped working after 5 months

Pros: Big, 6 buttons near the thumb, insanely long battery life (over two weeks on single charge, im a video editor and gamer), nice DPI range.

Cons: Wheel became unresponsive after 3-4 months, and then stopped working altogether after 5 months. If you have a glass coated table, the receiver MUST be positioned on the table (using the supplied cable), or you will get erratic cursor movement.

Other Thoughts: For the price, I expected much better durability.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat gaming mouse until it fails

Pros: The battery last forever. This doesn't come with the cons most wireless mouse come with. Very responsive with no input lag. Solid construction. You can change from 6 different dpi settings, which are all customizable in the software, on the go with the 2 buttons next to the left click. The software works great for customizing different profiles for games that you can import/export to a save file.

Cons: I bought my first one a little over a year ago and now I'm getting ready to replace the 3rd one. On all 3 the middle click on the scroll wheel went out. Only 2 out of the 6 buttons on the side of the mouse are comfortably reachable. Rechargeable batteries do not last long. The software is designed to auto-detect when you start a game and switch to the profile you have set for that game, but I have never been able to get that to work.
