What more do you need?
- Pros: It does EXACTLY what it needs to do, it's thirty bucks for the retail version, it's got perfectly usable resolution, and there's practically nothing that more expensive mice have that I even vaguely need, except for the grip of some gaming mice I've looked at.
- Cons: To stretch for one thing, it's a little light. Barely, though, I don't notice it for most things.
- Other Thoughts: Your mileage MAY vary, but for my money, you can't get a better mouse at this price.
What a Tragedy
- Pros: This mouse was one of the first ones I bought when I built my first system way back in 2000 or so when the Egg was still mostly coming in to its own. I loved it so much simply for the left button being back in a browser, and the scroll wheel and the durability of the whole thing. After 5 years, it finally started to give up. I would plug it in, but it would immediately lose connection on many different computers. I think it was a cable issue, myself. This mouse is by far my favorite mouse and very form fitting and comfortable.
- Cons: None. Customizable if you're into that and easy to use.
- Other Thoughts: What a Tragedy they're phasing these out. I've been looking over and over for one and just simply figured they were gone forever. My brother was over for the holiday weekend and my hopes brightened as he was sporting one for his work computer. Alas, he couldn't get his hands on one, since it's not his property. My hopes were dashed again. How lucky of me to be browsing Microsoft mice and come across this beauty. I ordered 3 so hopefully if USB sticks around, or PS/2 ports I will be good to go for some time. Thanks so much Newegg and to MS if you guys are still making them. Glad someone has them to sell! Woo hoo!
Love this mouse
- Pros: I have owned three of these mice over the past seven years and have them on all my computers. Nice customizable buttons and very reliable
- Cons: Microsoft is phasing this mouse out so get it while you can
