Pros: -Decent battery life -Small and easily portable -Comfortable -Very responsive and quickly identified by the computerh -On off switch allows for safe storage without risk of battery loss
Cons: -Would be nice to have side buttons on both the left and right instead of just the left
Other Thoughts: I decided to wait and review this mouse when it ran out of its first set of batteries. I purchased this unit on 7/17/09 and I have used it daily for 4-8 hours per day. The batteries just died today on 9/2/2009. As an FYI, the red battery indicator light means you have about 60 minutes left of use.

Pros: Comfortable in the hand, good travel size, paired effortlessly with Windows XP on my Asus 1005HA, responsive, good tracking.
Cons: I wasn't expecting a box, but I was expecting instructions. What you get is a mouse, a pair of batteries, and some bubble wrap. No pouch, no software, and no manuals.
The back button works, but it is in an awkward position, and doesn't make a good 'click' sound when you press it. So far, I usually wind up clicking more times than I intended to, but I suspect I'll get used to it over time.
Other Thoughts: I searched the Microsoft web site for a user manual, but all they have is a technical specifications sheet. If you have never installed a blue tooth mouse before, getting the computer to recognize the device could be a bit tricky.
To pair: install the batteries, turn the mouse on, press and hold the blue tooth button until the led is blinking red and green. Enable blue tooth on your computer (on the Asus, it's done from the blue tooth icon on the task bar), add a new device (ditto), and choose the mouse. You shouldn't need a pass code, but if prompted, enter 0000.
Once paired, you can turn the mouse and/or the computer off, and they find each other without any problems they next time you turn them on.
Give me a mouse over a track pad any day!

Pros: This works well when it works and is compact .
Cons: I wish the mouse wasn't so cheaply made. The internal battery holders broke off rather quickly and now I have to stuff something inside the battery compartment to keep the batteries from falling out and disconnecting.

Pros: Comfortable, responsive when working.
Cons: Using this with a new toshiba laptop with built-in BT and a desktop pc with an AZIO BT USB dongle (great at everything by the way). I have had nothing but connection problems. After sleep or restart it has to be re-paired, after few minutes of inactivity it goes to sleep, if you don't tap quickly it never gets found again. Some times it can be discovered but can't pair. Sometimes it pairs but the buttons don't work. Do a search for microsoft notebook 5000 pairing or drivers, people have been futzing with this thing for years.
Other Thoughts: I really know my stuff and I usually can get things working, I am happy to traul forums to find that one thing that makes something work or work better. But with this mouse it either works or it doesn't. Using Toshiba, Microsoft or even a 3rd/3rd party BT stack doesn't fix the problems. Installing ms mouseworks or trying the fixes proposed online about inf files and xp drivers can't resolve the problems. I plan on returning this.

Pros: Bluetooth vs. some stupid dongle using up a USB port on my laptop.
Cons: None really
Other Thoughts: The first week or so I was very unhappy, the mouse seemed to be losing it's connection frequently and often it wouldn't work properly until I rebooted the laptop. But the problem was actually Windows shutting down the Bluetooth adapter to save power. Once I disabled that the mouse has worked flawlessly.
