2 out of 5 eggsNot a Nano Receiver

Pros: Works.

Cons: Got this for my netbook to replace an earlier Microsoft mouse that I lost. The USB receiver protrudes quite a bit more than my old nano receiver, making it unsuitable for a netbook that gets stowed in a backpack or carry-on. I returned it. YMMV.

4 out of 5 eggsA nice general purpose mouse

Pros: The mouse shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition. The mouse came with two Duracell batteries which was a pleasant surprise. The most important thing to me was the mouse size. This mouse is almost the same size was the Microsoft Basic corded mouse which I have used for years and years so it feels just right in my hand.

Cons: The left mouse button is a little hard to click. It works just fine and with time it may loosen up, but it is just a little stiffer than what I would like.

Other Thoughts: This mouse has a strap that fits under the batteries so that you can simply pull the strip to remove the batteries. That is a nice extra. There is a molded recessed area on the bottom of the mouse to store the nano receiver which is very handy.

The installation was very easy. You put in the batteries, turn the mouse on, and plug in the nano receiver. That is it. My computer immediately identified the receiver and configured the mouse.

I do not think that anyone looking for a wireless mouse would be disappointed with this mouse. I would recommend it to anyone.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: Good response from the mouse, works as a wireless mouse should. Has a nice small usb connector unlike some of the LG ones that have cords with a wireless receiver on the end that you have to stick on your desk to get a signal.

Cons: Not free?

4 out of 5 eggsDecent wireless mouse

Pros: No disconnection or range problems, sleek black color, nearly full sized and comfortable. Also has improved range over previous Microsoft mice I've worked with in the past.

Cons: Not quite as precise or fast as the Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0 I was previously using. Occasionally mouse pointer will go a bit jerky for no reason, although it's not as maddening as it sounds. I may try using a different USB port to keep it away from other devices to eliminate this issue completely later, as currently it's connector is in a port flush with other USB devices.

Other Thoughts: Not bad at all considering the price, although it should not be subject to interference like this. I found that going into Control Panel and under the mouse settings making the pointer faster helped greatly. although there are still occasional issues.

3 out of 5 eggsFew issues

Pros: Works, no disconnects

Cons: Doesn't track well on carpet that my logitech MX518 had no trouble with. Not always terribly smooth even when a mousepad is used.

Other Thoughts: Newegg claims it uses 1x AA but there is space inside for 2x AAs. It actually works with either battery installed, weird.
