5 out of 5 eggsNice Mouse!

Pros: Very nice mouse, large enough for my hand, blue track is awesome, just perfect.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Hopefully it lasts for at least 3 yrs.

2 out of 5 eggsScroll wheel destroys the mouse

Pros: great shape and size, tracks smooth and precisely, under $30

Cons: scroll wheel doesn't register occasional movement when scrolling, such as the first tick of the wheel, which is a design flaw and can't be fixed with drivers.

this is a deadly problem when switching weapons in a game, for example. it's also annoying when simply surfing web pages or scrolling through a PDF.

that is really the only flaw with the mouse, but it's a huge downer to an otherwise great mouse.

Other Thoughts: considering everything Microsoft got right with this mouse, it's surprising they messed up one of the simplest components (the magnet that registers movement in the scroll wheel)

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect

Pros: -Shaped perfectly for right handers
-nice size
-side button position and click feeling and depth

Cons: -Scroll wheel button is really sensitive/light/shallow (i have accidentally clicked it by mistake, but it doesn't happen enough to hate the mouse)
-Scroll wheel has a moderate click feeling while scrolling that seems to be a hybird of the old style scroll wheels that clicked into place and the new ones that have a smooth scroll wheel

Other Thoughts: The Microsoft intellipoint 3.0 mouse was the mouse i was trying to replace, this mouse comes close but falls short because of the annoying scroll wheel and because of the lack of clicks while scrolling as to have a nice solid feel to it

-Haven't tested the blue Track technology but i never really had problems with my old mouse tracking anyways, and it just seems like a gimmick

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: The two extra buttons makes this a significant improvement over the standard Microsoft mouse.

Cons: - The back and forward buttons are a bit cushiony
- There is a very noticeable ~0.250 ms delay on the middle mouse button

Other Thoughts: Would be perfect if the middle mouse button didn't have such a delay.

Pros: Ergonomic design. BlueTrack is great!

Cons: Slightly overpriced.

Other Thoughts: I wonder how long this mouse will last? Average mouse life for me is ~3 years.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse

Pros: Great Mouse! I get no lag in the scroll wheel... I was worried by the reviews but my mouse has no lag on the wheel.

Cons: I haven't found any cons.

Other Thoughts: This mouse also has a great feel to it.... No wonder they call it a comfort mouse....It's truly lives up to it's name!

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: The Microsoft Comfort series mice are great. I owned several of the 3000 versions and finally got one of these. These mice have been the best for me. I've used many different mice, logitech, razer, cyborg, etc. gaming mice, mmo mice, wireless mice, bluetooth etc.

nothing compares to the simplicity of these comfort series. they track great, have great feedback, nice mouse wheels. everything you could ask for.

Cons: side buttons are a little too far back for my thumb

Other Thoughts: been using these comfort series for sooo long. everytime i try something else i end up returning it and sticking to these.

5 out of 5 eggsStandard Mouse

Pros: This mouse delivers what it advertises,
5 buttons, 2 on the side, left/right mouse and scroll click.
Blue track laser instead of the old red one.
Comfortable, simple, responsive.
There is no delay on the scroll click and I have no issues scrolling, the people who left reviews like that must have a defect.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: If you want a standard mouse, this is it. For work or w/e.
