Microsoft L2 Comfort Mouse 4500 4FD-00025 5 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB Wired BlueTrack Mouse

Pros: Comfortable. BlueTrack Technology.

Cons: Doesn't work with most KVM's. Especially if it's Windows 7. Known Microsoft hardware issue.

Other Thoughts: Really want to like this mouse. . It replaced a trusty Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 that finally wore out but it won't work with my Belkin or Raritan KVMs. Pass on this if you use it with a KVM.

Pros: works on win7

Cons: complete fail on vista.

Other Thoughts: Microsoft mouse does not work on Microsoft operating system!!!!

Pros: Great software.

Cons: The wheel button click is too stiff and loud. Needs to be like the old Optical Wheel Mouse.

Other Thoughts: Can't stand the had, loud center button click.

Pros: This is for the above model mouse which is basically the same. 5 buttons how did I not use one sooner. I like the scroll wheel, it has no 'ratchet' feel but just enough resistance so that it doesn't zoom the page up or down. The black lower part has a wonderful grip applied so it isn't as slippery.

Cons: Don't really have a con, but the 4th and 5th buttons are on the left hand/right hand side so you'd might need to accustomize to using those if the 5 button you used were on the left side
