3 out of 5 eggsGreat bluetooth mouse, but takes getting used to

Pros: Bluetooth without the dongles, small and light without the worry of possibly clogging up a mechanically spinning wheel.

Cons: The middle click is basically a track pad with a haptic vibrator under it. It tracks up and down with pretty low sensitivity, horizontal less so. The concept is nice, but it feels as if it needs some more polishing.

To tack on, the haptic feed back feels strange at times; and a bit pricey for the new feature.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a microsoft surface which I don't really use; still keep it for the bluetooth-dongleless capability it offers.

I purchased this at another vendor (brick and mortar).

2 out of 5 eggsMicrosoft L2 Touch Mouse

Pros: Easy to connect, works on most surfaces

Cons: Glitchy touch features. Don't really get the haptic feedback, sort of prevents you from scrolling quickly or more than a click at a time. This was the feature that sold this mouse for me, and I was incredibly disappointed with the actual product.

5 out of 5 eggsReally Nice

Pros: First Bluetooth mouse I've ever owned that just works across all devices consistently. Added to Surface RT in a snap

Cons: Could be a little smaller ;-)

4 out of 5 eggsLike it!

Pros: Tracks well on everything I have tried and doesn't loose connection. Has a little more weight to it but gives it kind of a solid feel. The touch is cool and haven't had any problems getting use to that.

Cons: Could be just a bit bigger.

4 out of 5 eggslove the haptic feedback

Pros: I love the haptic feedback, and so far the mouse has proven to track well. The flicks are a really cool feature, kind of what Logitech tries to do with it's free spinning wheels, but much more consistent and usable

Cons: I'm really not a fan of the shape and size, though. It's just too small for someone with large hands, especially since it's both difficult to grip and use the touch strip with a claw grip. I too noticed that middle clicking is inconsistent, but then I noticed that if you click on the top or bottom of the strip, it scrolls up/down. You have to click in approximately the middle third to register a middle click, and while I'm still missing occasionally, not very often now.

4 out of 5 eggsNot Bad

Pros: This mouse connects very easily and maintains connection very well. The pointer movement on the screen is smooth.

The haptic feedback on the scroll wheel is actually nice, it "clicks" on each "wheel" turn and if you tap the strip after a good flick, scrolling stops instantly.

Cons: I use the middle button as the third mouse button. Mostly used in the web browser to open links and close tabs. There are times when it doesn't respond when I click.

4 out of 5 eggsOK

Pros: Comfortable to use. Bluetooth connection. Seems to track well. Uses AAs.

Cons: No forward/back. Doesn't do anything special in Windows 8 (maybe not con really, but I kind of expected it to do something since it's being released so close)

Other Thoughts: It's nice overall except for one big thing. There are no forward or back buttons. You can reprogram the middle button to do one of those, but there are no buttons for it, and it is not possible to, as I thought it would be, program the touch area to recognize flicks as forward and back. I almost wanted to give it 3 stars, but it seems nice otherwise.
