Pros: Cheap comes with two and car jack

Cons: Idk if its a problem on my end or not but usb not connecting to my pc both cords dont work one was DOA the other gets error message wall AND car jack dont work im starting to think that its the quality of the cords.

Other Thoughts: Very disapointed that newegg would agrigate such poor quality really hope there is a return policy .

Pros: This Is A Wonderful Webcam, I'd Say This Is One Of The Best Webcams On The Market. I Give It An A++, I'm Very Happy With The LifeCam HD-6000.

Cons: The Only One Is The Auto Focus Goes Crazy Sometimes, So Just Turn Auto Focus Off.

Other Thoughts: I bought this webcam to update my old one that's about 5 years old. I've been told sound levels are very low even when at 100% and that the image quality is no better than the one I use to use. The USB cord is extremely short, but since it's for laptops, that's understandable. Ease of use is great and it's very easy to adjust.

Pros: * Portable device - the camera itself is approximately a cubic inch
* 180 degree lateral rotation - allows for panning without detaching camera from mount
*Image resolution - streams a true 720p image (used VLC to open device feed)
* Mount - clamps securely to notebook frame or alt item of similar dimensions
* Low-light performance - functions well

Cons: * Latency - approximately two-second delay in updating live video stream (again, while open in VLC)
* Autofocus - not as constant with my device as with others', but if the image shifts, device requires a few seconds to process image alterations
* Color rendering - colors tend to be slightly washed out

Other Thoughts: As noted by other reviewers, this device has a short USB cord (approximately 2 feet long) intended for use with notebooks. Alternative uses will require a USB extension cable. Newegg carries them for little additional money; please consider purchasing one at the same and not penalizing the camera for a personal oversight. Desktop mounting may be problematic due to thicker monitor bezels; consider an alternate solution.

Pros: Purchased as a replacement for a webcam that could not be updated to Windows 8. W8 would not recognize and install drivers for the camera. This one was on sale and now I am able to Skype on office computer. Great choice if you are looking for a webcam that will work with W8. Great price.

Pros: Great video quality, impressive in low-light.

Cons: AUTOFOCUS. Refocuses approximately every 15-30 seconds. (Can be turned off)

Other Thoughts: Great little camera for mounting on laptop, or very thin monitor.

Pros: Fantastic quality and low light sensitivity.

Cons: Auto focus is just horrible, but it can be turned off and then everything is fine.

Other Thoughts: Bought a couple after liking the HD-5000. There are great to laptops. Have a nice swivel, and much better than any built in camera I have seen.
Auto focus is horrible, almost every movement it slowly goes blurry and comes back, even worse than the 5000 which only does it once in a while, but once it is turned off it is perfect.
Best of all, at night it gets a fantastic image, I turned off the lights and it still got a great image just from the light coming off the screen.

Pros: I is clear as HD

Cons: USB cable is too short. Less than two feet. It is not good enough for desktop tower under the desk. Cable length is not mentioned in the product detail.

Pros: Very decent image quality. HD 720p widescreen skyping when the connection speed allows.
Now what I really like is that in normal mode it does not generate too much traffic. In comparison a better Logitech HD cam even in normal mode once in a while overwhelms a standard Bell Canada connection and the other side reports image freezing. This one is more traffic friendly and in non-HD mode it ensures a flawless conference call.
With our internet speeds HD happens ad calendas graecas, but when it does it competes with the image quality of much more expensive webcams. Skype controls it well, no driver/compatibility issues.

Cons: Autofocus is a definite flaw. It seems that the cam autofocuses every min or so and this translates for a 2 sec. blur every now and then. Annoying, but not a deal breaker for me. For $20, I can live with that flaw.

Other Thoughts: Remember it is a laptop camera, attaching it to a regular screen might be challenging.
