waste for me
- Pros: Look well made, stick together because of magnets.
- Cons: Thought it said it came with a cable extension, mine didn't so it's quite short. Actually from my mp3 player in my pocket, they are to short to run through my shirt. What's really bad though, is that for me, they are not sport head phones at all. Basically like the first reviewer said for him, if I move my head, look down, walk, etc. etc. they fall out. I tried both sizes of the cushions, one is way to big for my ear and won't go in, the other just pops out if I do anything. Because of this, and them not being able to actually stay in my ear, the sound is pretty low and you don't get any bass.
- Other Thoughts: For the price, I hoped they would at the very least stay in my ear while I jogged, this is something they can not do for me. However if I push them into my ear and hold them with my hands they sound good, move my hands and they just pop out...
No problems so far....
- Pros: Good midrange and treble performance. Good, comfortable fit for me [of course, YMMV]. Wire hasn't split yet.... yet. Possibly the best sounding earbud I've used, albeit not as good as my Grado SR60's at 3 times the price or my Senn HD580's at 10 times the price, but these are for a portable/walking around, where the other two would NOT work. The buds are heavy which may help keep them in place for me. The magnets keep the cord tidy when out of ear.
- Cons: Something about the green material of the cord seems to make it want to stay in the coiled shape that they were shipped in. It's been 5 days and it STILL won't straighten. This is compared to my MX450's [which these were intended to replace] which straightened the second they were removed from the spool they shipped on. Somewhat less efficient than other earbuds I've used, but still get PLENTY loud on a Creative MP3 player [again, YMMV].
- Other Thoughts: I'll update as these get some wear, but otherwise, they sound MUCH better than any other MX series earbud and better than the highly touted AKG K14P's which I also bought recently on impulse.
well.......
- Pros: Sounded good for a short time.
- Cons: Fell apart the green insulation around the wires split everywhere like they were not made right.
