2 out of 5 eggsLasted for three weeks.

Pros: Decent sound and lightweight.

Cons: Uncomfortable with more than 45 minutes of wearing.
I knocked them off my table by accident, which is 4 feet off the ground, and the mic snapped off (on carpet). How they managed to do that still confounds me.

Other Thoughts: Learned my lesson and bought a better headset from Newegg and have had it since.

4 out of 5 eggsBetter than you think...

Pros: I've been wearing this headset for about 6 years now. I've gone through maybe 6 pairs of them. When my current one breaks, I'll buy another.

They are VERY comfortable. It takes maybe one session to break them in but then they just fit. You wont find a better behind the neck headset than these.

Cons: Sound quality isnt amazing. But then, real audiophiles aren't using headsets anyway. This headset is a great choice for ventrilo/skype and some casual movie/game/music listening.

Microphone quality is exceptional, I'm heard clearly without any static interference or echo.

3 out of 5 eggsOkay, but flawed

Pros: Lightweight, it's got a good fit for people with average or small heads. Pretty durable and the noise canceling is above average.

Cons: Muddy base response, mic makes a white noise broadcast when muted or unmuted. Don't use if you have a big head - literally :)

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend this headset to people who don't use the mute that much and don't have big hat sizes (and who knows what hat size they have, anyways...)

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: Long cord. The shape of the "over-ear" is perfect. Sound is fine, it works well for the price.

Cons: Mute switch doesn't always turn back on, has to be wiggled.
The frame, that goes around behind the head is VERY flexible, and it feels like its going to twist/snap/break each time i take them off.

Pros: Cheap.
Good sound quality.

Other Thoughts: These made my ears hurt so much, I couldn't wear them for more than five minutes :(

3 out of 5 eggsmmm

Pros: The microphone is as good as the one on my PC350 (not really but it is of very good quality, which surprised me because of the price) which I accidentally broke and purchased these to replace it for the time being!

Cons: If you have a tiny head you will love how well the earphones fit you.

Other Thoughts: The guy on the box looks silly.

1 out of 5 eggsBuy something else.

Pros: The cord is long. I can easily go to the other side of my room and touch the opposite wall. Also, they're sort of comfortable I guess maybe.

Cons: The mic hardly picks up anything. And it doesn't help that its not very long either, or maybe I just have a big head. Its also only pseudo-adjustable, and I had to keep cupping it to my face when I spoke, until the front end (receiver) eventually snapped off. Makes OK headphones, but its a terrible headset. Not worth 50 bucks.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth half of what I paid.

Pros: Long cord. Volume switch and mic off switch are well placed and include a clip to prevent the annoying load on one side of your head.

Cons: Everything else. I expected quality and great sound out of the Sennheiser name. I got neither in this headset. It is uncomfortable, the band is not adjustable and the earpiece covers are abrasive and irritating. The sound is HORRIBLE. The bass is almost in audible, other than disrupting the mid and high ranges when it hits. The mic is at a fixed short length and hardly pics up any noise. I have all the inputs maxed and I have to cup the mic and my mouth to be heard on vent.

Other Thoughts: I was very disappointed with these. I expected Sennheiser quality, and I paid for it, but what I received feels like a $15 Logitec headset. I intentionally avoided those products and paid 4 times as much for these. I wish I had not. After 10 years of using Sennheiser equipment for both concerts (I previously worked as an audio engineer) and my personal computer, I may never buy another Sennheiser product.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Worth It

Pros: Lightweight and decently comfortable.

Easy to use.

Newegg quickly and efficiently helped me through the returning process.

Cons: The headphone quality is no better than a $5 pair of earphones. Both music and PC video game sounds are decent at best.

The microphone quality is terrible. You might sound alright in a ventrillo server, but don't plan on talking loud, laughing, or recording anything with this microphone.

The overall physical build of this headset is boring and unsturdy. Certainly not up to par with other headsets in its price range.

Other Thoughts: The problem isn't that this is a terrible headset, the problem is that it is being sold for $34.99 (the fact that the "original price" is $49.99 is mind blowing to me). If I paid $20 for this headset I still wouldn't have been too satisfied. Please don't waste your money. I will be re-buying the Razer Piranha that I used to own (it's more money, but definitely worth it IMO).

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Great sound range and little or no background noise picked up in mic. The best mic i have ever used with my pc (L4D). Light weight. not uncomfortable.

Cons: Long wire (i use these with my laptop).

Other Thoughts: I recently bought a HP dv7 with a bluray player and i needed good headphones to keep-up. perfect match.
