5 out of 5 eggs$360? HAHAHAH

Pros: These headphones are great, they are light and they isolate outside sound extremely well.

Cons: If you pay $360 you are getting ripped off, bigtime. Its pretty absurd what Newegg will do to the mark up. They can be had for $170 elsewhere.

Other Thoughts: good cans. bad price.

1 out of 5 eggsGood in name only,....

Pros: It came in a really nice box.
I liked the cord, it seemed more substantial and less flimsy than other cords on other headphones I've used. It is shorter, but of a bigger gauge; giving the impression you are getting better sound.

Cons: Sennheiser was a name I've heard over many the years; I'd heard it was used in studios; so I got the impression these would be light, comfortable and really good sound.
It's one out of three. The sound is good. But they are not light, and they are most definitely not comfortable.
I'm a woman, 5'3", about 120 lbs. I have a normal size head.
After about 3-4 hours of use, I went online and requested an RMA from NewEgg. I hadn't had them for even 24 hrs. before I wanted to get rid of them.

Other Thoughts: These Sennheiser headphones should be declared a torture device.

After I received my RMA, I then went online and bought the big-name headphones I'm not allowed to name here. They start with a "B" rhyme with "toes".
The "toes" fit **over the ears**, they don't clamp down (hard) **on top** of them. I'll never buy anything but "toes" ever again!

Finally, NewEgg customer service was excellent. I don't have a problem with NewEgg I think they are GREAT!! It's not their fault, although I think they should seriously consider not carrying such a dreadful set of headphones. I seriously doubt I'm not the only person who has experienced Sennheiser in the same way.

4 out of 5 eggsVery nice

Pros: Sounds very good as promised. I'm not an audiophile but these do sound very good. Simple yet effective construction. Very very good sound isolation. I do not like high bass levels, and these are perfect for my taste. Feels very light on the head & travel friendly. Highly adjustable with regard to head sizes.

Cons: The cord goes from the right side of the headphone and becomes very inconvenient since i'm right handed (like most people), these get in my way of moving my mouse. As far as I can see, although the cord is unpluggable from the ear pieces, the right and left channels cannot be swapped since the right channel cord is always on the short end of the headphone (very hard to describe without seeing a picture, but take my word for it).

The good sound isolation comes at a cost of high clamping pressure on your ears, which is actually uncomfortable during the first 10 minutes, but something i can get used to after that, until my ears starts to feel sore after 30 minutes or so.

As mentioned by someone else, these do not come with the standard pleather pads that can be installed on the ear pieces.

Other Thoughts: Very good for the money when it was on sale @ Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Price, Great Phones

Pros: - Great Flat Sound
- Good passive Noise Canceling
- Easy to replace cables (should they get destroyed)
- Unique split headband
- Great NewEgg deal and fast shipping

Cons: - No soft earpads (a $12 cost from the Manufacturer)

Other Thoughts: NewEgg sells a special version of these that DO NOT come with the replacement velour/soft earpads. Anywhere you look these up (notably, the product page this page links to), those are listed as part of the package. Instead, these are a special edition that come with a zipper case, which is nicer than the cheap bag they are supposed to come with. So before you buy, weigh which is more important to you (more comfortable replacement earpads or a carrying case). I would have preferred (and expected) the earpads, but to each his own.
