Pros: These earphones have great sound quality with awesome bass and fit comfortable.

Cons: I've replaced them twice. The sound on one headphone goes-out and on my last pair the headphone broke open due to low quality adhesive.

Other Thoughts: Earphones are of great sound quality for their price; however, more emphasis should be placed on the structure of the product as it is fragile and easily prone to damage.

Pros: Decent sound across a wide spectrum of music genres.

Cons: Diminished bass response. Tends to get clogged easily with ear wax. I bought thes primarily for airplane travel and after 3 years of infrequent and light use, the metL portion of the miniplug separated from the rubber section of the connector housing. Definitely not the durability I expected at this price point.

3 out of 5 eggsExceptional! When they were $15...

Pros: These are great headphone! They do very well at keeping noise out, they're comfortable, great price point of $15 in 2011 (!!).

Cons: I bought these in 2011 for $15 at Newegg. That was a great price, and I would likely pay up to $20-25 for them. But seeing them at $52 kind of appalls me... They aren't THAT exceptional, and that's my reason for the reduction in eggs.
For what it's worth, under $25, they would get a 5-egg from me.

1 out of 5 eggsNope

Pros: Sounded great when I got them.

Cons: Any time I moved even slightly all I could hear was cord noise. When I used these I needed to stay perfectly still the entire time or else I would not be able to hear what I was listening to over the cord noise.

Also, within a couple months one of the ear buds started operating at a fraction of the volume of the other.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Inexpensive earbuds that sound quite good! I'm no audiophile, but I have no complaints regarding the sound. They do a nice job blocking environmental noise, and are comfortable to wear.

Cons: Movement in the cable can sometimes cause a bit of an annoying noise in your ear when wearing. However, this is a minor complaint. It's not loud, but it's noticeable.

4 out of 5 eggsWorked great for approx 2 years

Pros: Durable
Nice clear sound

Cons: Cord is prone to tangling easily, I wish they came with a small case. Some cord noise.

Other Thoughts: I bought these in Sept of 2011 and used them exclusively for listening to Dubstep and Heavy Metal during workouts. The left earbud started to go out after approx 2 years. I tried to be careful with them and run the cord under my shirt during workouts but they would still get caught fairly often on a weight or machine and get pulled out of my ear. They were stored in my gym bag with clothes and shoes and got tangled in there often. Considering the somewhat heavy abuse I feel they held up pretty well. I always thought they had a nice balanced sound, I listened to almost exclusively base heavy music with them felt they did a nice job. Some reviews commented on cord noise, and I can confirm it is present, however I never really thought it was too much of a distraction. Perhaps because of my music choice? Would buy again IF they went on sale.

3 out of 5 eggsLasted a year so far

Pros: At the time, the cost was reasonable (less than $20) and they take up no space so that I could carry them anywhere and are available for my smartphone or tablet.

Cons: My con has to do with the current price ($60). I could never pay anything close to this for even the best earbuds in the world because they are at constant risk of being damaged, especially the way that I transport them - loose in my bag and coiled up. Wires as thin as these are always tangled up by the time I unwind them again and a momentary snag while I remove them is all it would take to disconnect one or the other side permanently. I can't believe it hasn't happened yet, although I haven't used them very often despite carrying them around 100% of the time.

Other Thoughts: Those who are willing to transport these "safely" would have a lot less to worry about.

2 out of 5 eggsUnderwhelming

Pros: Didn't cost much. Worked out of the box.

Cons: After not that much use the wires are starting to crack in multiple places. Just started, but it is multiplying. Seems it must have a built in 'end-of-life' self-destruct switch that just turned on.

Got good use out of them for a while, but now I can see copper.

Other Thoughts: A tiny amount of extra plastic seems like it would have been worth it, to avoid this problem.
