5 out of 5 eggsawesome compared to holding phone

Pros: Light weight and comfortable, what more can you need.

mic twist so it can be worn on left or right side of face.

Cons: like any cord, after a week or so it starts to twist itself, just unplug and straighten out. then your good to go.

Other Thoughts: i use it with a panasonic kx-dt343 and it works perfectly.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the price, some complain of sound quality

Pros: Cheap, enjoy the 1 ear design. Cord is a nice length. Light.

Cons: Some people say I'm too quiet. Could be the phone system I'm plugged into. Still usable.

Other Thoughts: Wasn't expecting the Rolls Royce of headsets. It's for work, so I don't have to love it. Usable. If someone says I'm too quiet, I just switch to a different phone, head/handset.

5 out of 5 eggs2 Years Later!!!

Pros: -People on the other line say my microphone is loud enough (not too loud)
-Sturdy, but light
-Comfortable (2 hour conference calls no problem)
-Fits my massive head
-After two years, it still looks and operates as new (including the earpiece padding)

Cons: Nada.

Other Thoughts: I've used this headset every weekday for over two years with absolutely no problems. My job is mostly web development (computer-related) and it's essential that my hands are free while I talk.

I'm not a health freak, but it's nice to know I'm not using Bluetooth all the time right next to my head. I've tried a Bluetooth unit in the past, but those are a pain. This headset has held up real well.

TIP: I have my cell phone sitting on a grippy pad on the edge of my desk. The Panasonic headset hangs from the opposite side of the ear (no hooks required). When I unplug the headset at the end of the day, I simply lift the headset up and slide the 2.5mm jack under the headset. Again, no rigging required! :)

BOTTOM LINE: Highly recommended headset. I would say this is the best headset out there in this price range. (It's dropped $1 in the past two years, but it looks like Newegg added the $0.99 shipping.)

5 out of 5 eggsGood headset

Pros: Slips on easily, ear piece is comfortable, cord length reasonable for use with my desk phone.

Cons: It could have had something to mute the mic.

Other Thoughts: This is not a PC headset, it works great with my AT&T 2-line desk phone.

Pros: Works better then the LG cell phone's speaker/ear piece.

Cons: It wasn't free - drat!!

Other Thoughts: I have had very good luck with most Panasonic products (vs SONY, which for me, die within days)

4 out of 5 eggsVery good sound

Pros: Inexpensive. Good sound quality and people can hear me very well. I also bought the KX-TCA92 at the same time to compare. I'm using this one more as the speaker seems to be a bit louder. I think the mute/volume switch may take a little off the top. Besides it's not very useful as I keep turned up all the way and do you really need a mute button?

Cons: A little clunky and has a big mic on the end of the boom. Old style. But maybe that's why the sound is good. Not the most comfortable. Wouldn't want to wear it for hours.

Other Thoughts: As usual, Newegg delivers. For New Yorkers it's the best and fastest way to get stuff. No need for next day Fedex.

5 out of 5 eggsWill not work with PC

Pros: Looks great, I'm sure it works great too, but... see cons.

Cons: Only has one 3.5mm jack. This item is for use with cordless phones only. Cannot be used as a VOIP headset. Not for PC use.

Other Thoughts: I should have read the description better. Don't make the mistake I did.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat, affordable headset

Pros: Affordable and it works.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Works great with Vodavi digital executive phones. You can save hundreds of dollars (per phone)over vendor recommended/supplied headsets with this Panasonic.
