Pros: The sound is excellent, especially at this price point.
Cons: I wear a 7 3/8 hat, and these phones were too tight for me. After about 30 minutes-hour, my ears would start aching like crazy--very painful.
Other Thoughts: If you have wear a hat in the 6 range, give these a whirl.

Can take a beating!

Pros: I Ski for a living, and I cant even count the times I've landed, droped, steped on or crashed head first with these things blasting my ear-drums,... They still sound great and some how havent broke. For the $$$ I would incourage anyone to give these a try.
Cons: The ear phone ajustments up and down will become loose after time due to the fact that the internal connections are plastic on plastic, but what do you expect for that kinda green?
Other Thoughts: These babys can handle most MP3 players at max volume without distorting, FYI.

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Reasonably good quality, good history with Sennheiser brand, clever fit adjustment
Cons: As mentioned by the previous reviewer, they are a bit tight on a larger noggin, but I consider this more of an FYI than a con
Other Thoughts: There are several gaming machines in our house and we allow the friends of my two teenagers to join them in rounds of gaming. So, headphones are an expendable item around here. I like the $15-25 range because they last a reasonable amount of time and it isn't too painful to replace them when they eventually break. These are similar to Altec Lansing's AHP-512s, which I still have a few of, and are better than the steelseries 3H headphones I bought last year, both comparably priced at the time of their purchase. The tight fit was actually a pro for my needs because they need to fit smaller heads. The 3Hs are now all in the main gaming room and the Sennheisers are in the "occasional use" gaming room, where they will last longer. Microphones aren't needed most of the time, so these are a welcome addition.

Great headphones at an even better price!

Pros: These headphones are great. The sound is very clear and unbeatable at the price. The bass also sound crisp without distorting the sound. I mainly use with my laptop and ipod. Greatly improves the quality and volume from normal ipod headphones
Cons: These headphones do start to become a bit uncomfortable after extended wear because the cups are somewhat small and the padding gets hot around your ears. However, at this price ($25 w/ free shipping) it's hard to pass up on a cheap, quality pair of headphones. You can also position them in certain ways on your head to lessen some of the discomfort.

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: cheap; long wire; very solid;
Cons: hurts ears really bad, and everyone around you can hear what is being played -- a good headphone should not have this behavior. it supposed to deliver sound to your ears, not to the room.
Other Thoughts: I'd say DO NOT BUY this, instead spend 30 more bucks or something to get something better.
