Pros: These are definitely the best headphones I've ever used. I always listen to music with headphones (in-ear, over-ear, etc.) and these headphones help you discover sound cues you've never heard before. Whether it's the cowbell in BOC's "Don't Fear the Reaper" or the hmmmms from the acoustic in Zeppelin's "Going to California," these headphones broke new ground for me. Even distortion sounds better in music from The Stooges. Incredible headphones, and I'd recommend them to ANYONE, regardless of your price range. You'll be happy you spent the extra cash.
Cons: Um... you look like a dork wearing them in class, down the halls in college, in the weight room, at the mall... Everywhere. It's hard to look cool and wear these, I'll be honest. But don't mind the looks they give; they don't know what they're missing.
Oh, and the 64ohm resistance definitely kills battery life. My 14 hours of music from my Vision becomes about 10 with these.

Pros: Accurate sound across the entire spectrum; durable and comfortable; bargain price; up to 32 dB of noise attenuation (depending upon the frequency of the incoming sound); and once again, the accuracy of the sound is incredible.
Cons: Developed a crack on the outer headband wall (I believe this occured when I tried to fold them up without fully extending the headphones first - the manual tells you to do this, but who really reads manuals anymore?). The crack is minor and does not alter the sound quality at all.
Other Thoughts: I've always been an audiophile, ever since I can remember. Music and accurate reproduction of it are incredibly important to me, so when I got these headphones I was just ecstatic. To be able to listen to everything from Chopin and Mahler to Emperor and Katatonia with one headphone set under one setting is really just wonderful. You really pick up every little nuance in the music - things you would have never heard otherwise. These headphones gives listeners a greater appreciation for the talent that musicians have to offer. Symphonies, piano pieces, and metal without speaker distortion - a wonderful thing, to say the least.

Pros: Great sound quality, sturdy build. These are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours at a time. Extremely happy with the purchase.
Cons: You look pretty silly when you're wearing them.
Other Thoughts: I was a little worried about how comfortable these would be after reading some of the reviews. However, I've had no problems with them so far. They fit snug (but not too tight) and I can wear them for hours at a time without any issues.

Pros: First, the sound quality of these are excellent! I've owned and used many pairs of headphones and headsets over the years (though I'm certainly not an audio engineer or other professional), and these are the best I've ever used. They also do an excellent job of keeping outside sounds out -- if I have my game/music fully cranked with these on, one can ONLY get my attention visually or physically. They're also quite durable -- regrettably, they've taken a few drops, but they still work just as well!
Cons: The sound is noticeably quiet to me, though it's nothing that turning up the volume doesn't solve. They also get uncomfortable after being worn for a while. I've also observed that battery-powered devices which are connected to these (such as my laptop, Nintendo DS Lite, or MP3 player) have a noticeably shorter battery life than if other headphones or sound devices are plugged in. Truly minor complaints, though.
Other Thoughts: I've owned these headphones for just over two years now, and doing an inspection of them right now shows no signs of wear & tear. Comparably, my last few USB headsets have cracked or broken just outside of the first year of use -- one of the earpods would wear and bend until it snapped off completely. Here's hoping these'll last for many more years!
