5 out of 5 eggsSimply Amazing.

Pros: I absolutely loved them. The sound quality was incredibly and the bass was amazing. Putting on a Sixx AM album sounded the best, for some reason. For me, the price was $35 which was worth every cent (I'd pay $100 for a pair of these if I heard them elsewhere).

Cons: MSRP is $200
They can hurt your ears after a few hours.

Other Thoughts: Sennheiser is by far the best audio brand that I know of.

4 out of 5 eggsGood sound

Pros: Good sound, 90 degree jack (may be a con for some). They stay on your ears securely.

Cons: Inline volume adjustment is quite bulky.

Other Thoughts: Only get these if you're going to be using them during activities (working out, sports, running, etc.). If you're not doing that sort of thing I'd spring for a different Sennheiser model, perhaps a CX 495.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Earbuds Bought Yet!

Pros: I decided to invest in these headphones while they were on sale. I have to admit they were worth every penny! I say invest, because I listen to a lot of instructional videos, audio blogs and audio books to improve my skills, so a good pair of headphones really is an investment!

1. They sound great! Nice bass, mids and highs. When the highs are too hissy, I tend to fault the recording since I've heard highs that were clean and precise in other recordings.

2. They stay in and sealed pretty good. Minor readjustments needed occasionally, but not a big deal.

3. Comfortable for long periods of time. I have worn these for hours with no ear pain

4. Over the ear design keeps them secure, and is not a nuisance. I have never had them 'pop' out or fall out.

5. Cord noise transmission is minimal to non-existent. I say that because in all the hours I've listened with these earbuds, I can't ever recall thinking to myself 'stupid cord noise!'. That's impressive!

Cons: 2 cons, one with the volume ontroller and the other doesn't even have to do with the earbuds, but the case that came with it!
It's true, the case is pretty worthless. I tried to be diligent and put them in the case each time I was done using them. The problem is that the case wasn't designed specifically for this earbud model.
This model has a volume control on the cord, and there's not a specific place for it in the case. I don't even know where mine is anymore since I carefully wrap it around my Zune now.
The volume control is not as well made as the earbuds. It works mostly, but the transition from low to full volume is not smooth and does not distribute the volume evenly between right and left.
You can get what you want if you fiddle with it, but I have my reservations as to whether or not it will last the test of time.
This is by NO means a deal breaker! I would buy these headphones again if I lost them.

Other Thoughts: While there are most certainly better headphones and earbuds out there, you will pay for that increase in quality! I personally do not want to spend an arm and a leg for earbuds, and when these are on sale they are a tremendous value for the money.
I believe I would have to look at earbuds costing 2 - 3 times as much if not more to get better sound.
I wholeheartedly recommend getting these when they are on sale!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: nice price ($40), im happy with the sound it produces.

Cons: the only minor issue is the controller, it has some weight so it pulls the earphones down a lil.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I found these to be very comfortable, for the most part. I have an issue with getting headphones that fit right, and do not hurt my ears/piercings. These fit rather well for me, the tips were snug and blocked out outside sounds rather well.

Sound is great, imo. I'm not a serious audiophile, but I can tell the difference between these and "cheap" headphones easily. I paid 34$ for them, and they're much much better than other headphones around that price that I've owned (apple standard headphones, some sony headphones, etc).

You don't have to worry about having the volume up real high to hear really well. When I used them on my phone the volume was normally low. Compared to.. say the apple headphones, this is a big difference. I had to have the volume up at more than half way to hear, in quieter settings..

Cons: They have little diaphragm guards (common in sennheiser) that muffle the sounds a bit... But they're easily removed. If you're having problems, or the sound is a bit off, try removing them.

Other Thoughts: I read up about them on head fi before I bought them, so I knew what I was getting.

Burned them in and they sounded a bit better.

Not really worth the asking price of 200$, however they're great at 60 or less!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat purchase

Pros: These in-monitors have really impressed me. The sound is very robust across all frequencies and doesn't overpower on either end. The bass is tight, accurate, and extends super low. The highs are bright without being overwhelming. These monitors are opening up as I burn them in a little bit and the sound seems like it's in the room instead of just blaring against my eardrum. I'm listening to tracks I've heard dozens of times on my mp3 player and I can hear tons of things I missed with lower quality headphones. I struggled with this purchase because I figured $20 headphones sounded good enough, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You will not be disappointed.

Cons: none so far

1 out of 5 eggsNo better than iPhone factory buds

Pros: Decent sound, not uncomfortable.

Cons: Only decent sound, they are no better than the cheap iPhone ear-buds. Static when you use the volume adjustment. Volume level is poor.

Other Thoughts: Returning them to go back to my cheap iPhone factory buds. After reading these reviews and others online I expected much more.
