Pros: Sennheiser, other than that, we'll have to wait and see.

Cons: not functional out of the box. you must first buy a correct ''quick disconnect'' cable for the intended application. these start at $30.

Other Thoughts: honestly scoured the internet for information about this before buying the item because there is no information whatsoever about connectivity. product listing should state clearly that you need to order the adapter at the same time, or you will receive nothing but a paper weight.

Pros: Seems comfortable. Sennheiser makes excellent products

Cons: Says it's PC compatible without mentioning that it requires an adapter cord that is not included! That's a pretty important point.
