5 out of 5 eggsCX150

Pros: I've had these headphones for over 3 years and the only damage to them is slight volume difference between ears but that happened on my own fault, even with this slight difference these are the best earphones I've ever own.

Cons: There is nothing bad to say about these earbuds

5 out of 5 eggsDecent for the price, amazing when on sale.

Pros: The first time I bought these was actually at a used record/video store. They were marked for clearance for about $15. I was a little leery of in-ear buds, but I thought the price was decent. I was absolutely blown away by how good these sounded. Granted, I'm not an audiophile. I was used to dealing with $15-$20 Sony earbuds that, while better than stock Apple buds, are not exactly amazing quality. After my first set died, described below, I bought another pair on here for another $15.

The first thing that hit me with the CX150's is how well they block out noise. With nothing playing, they block most local background noise almost as well as earplugs I've used. I wouldn't use these as ear protection at a gun range, but I've used them to block out snoring people on the other side of a cabin. With music playing at a decent level, I am cut off from everything around me.

The audio quality of these buds, especially when combined with the environmental noise reduction, is pretty amazing. These are the first earbuds I've used that actually have a measurable level of bass. It's not overwhelming, but I can feel my ear drums buzzing when playing some blues. The highs and mids are pretty clear as well.

As for their durability, I have to admit that I've abused the current set I'm using and they still sounds just as good as when I bought them more than a year ago. These things have survived multiple trips through the washer, a week in my girlfriend's driveway and a trip through the dryer that mangled the rubber outside of the cord. Seriously, there is about an inch of exposed metal and they still sound great. My first set was doing really well for about a year when the cord caught on something and severed it. I know that these will die eventually, but the next time I see them on sale, I'm going to pick up another set.

Cons: Not a huge con, but I would really suggest that once you figure out the size of the rubber tips your ears take, order some more. I've found that the tips have a tendency to wander. Fortunately, I've almost always found the missing tips in my pockets or the floor of my car. I think I've seen packs of them go for just a few dollars. Again, this is balanced out by the price I paid. If I had paid $50 for these, I would have docked an egg.

5 out of 5 eggsGood headphones

Pros: Much better than headphones that come with brand name phones. Even the Apple branded ones.

It doesn't fall out as much and the bass and mids sound fuller and clearer. Actually using these as in ear monitors. They block out almost all the sound and lets me focus on what I want

Cons: Did not come with a nice case, but I guess you need to spend more for that

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a decent pair of headphones.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: - Amazing lows (bass, sub-bass)
- Decent mids
- Decent highs

Cons: A tad on the "muddy" side

Other Thoughts: I think I've always been used to my headphones being a tad on the "muddy" side when they've had killer bass. Never have I used IEMs that have this much low-end though. I've since bought several pairs to compare with, and have come back to these as my go-to.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good bass and trebles
Great look
Flexible cable

Cons: Headphones died in about 2 months of normal use in an office setting. I always put them in a case after I got done with my work day. The left ear bud gradually started to get quieter and quieter till it no longer produced any noise. The left speaker followed the same suit not long after.

Other Thoughts: Quite disappointing these died in 2 months. Waste of money and threw them in the trash...

5 out of 5 eggsGreat earbuds

Pros: Lasted over a year (Originally purchased in 11/24/2012
Good sound isolation
At the price I got them for ($19.99), these are a great value.

Cons: You kind of are unable to use them if you lose the ear tip pieces.

Other Thoughts: Depending on your taste of sound, these have pretty good bass, which may or may not be for everyone's taste.

It does have a 90 degree connector on the end, which again, may or may not be for everyone.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: Great sounding, so much bass, yet so much balance. They are comfortable and actually stay in my ears. I can wear these for hours and forget they are there. Also, my ears are very waxy, so I love that they are so easy to clean.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I would wear one earpiece and twirl around the other one. The left one (the one that got twirled mostly) is much quieter now than the right one. So the lesson is "BE NICE TO THESE!"

2 out of 5 eggsGreat while they lasted

Pros: Great sound quality and noise cancellation for ear buds. Excellent punchy bass Senns are known for.

Cons: One side died right around the 1 year mark. Second set of Senn ear buds I've had do this to me (different models). This set was worn exclusively at a stationary desk at my job. Previous set was also used while doing light work around the house.

Other Thoughts: After two sets both failing me around the year mark, I'll be looking to a different brand of ear bud in the future. Its unfortunate because I love the sound quality Senns produce.

I have also purchased full size headphones from Sennheiser that have given me zero issues and have lasted.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Earbuds!

Pros: I've owned all sorts of headphones over the years that i've paid between 20 and 200 bucks for. I've owned a fair amount of Sennheisers too. These are great headphones! Esp for the 15 bucks a piece i paid for them! Would i spend more on them? YES I've had a few Monsters and Beats by Dre, and i still use these as much as my Beats. The 2 pairs of Monsters i had both had one side go out, granted i'm rough with headphones. These though, sound great, and have been going strong since i got them. The difference between these and 10 dollar or even 20 dollar normal headsets is WELL WORTH and extra 20 for. Now to i believe anyone should be dropping 200 for earbuds? NO.. If someone laid out 5 sets of earbuds priced from 40 to 200 bucks, i'd be surprised if the greatest audiophile could distinguish them qualitywise by their price.

Cons: Doesn't have no style cables that prevent tangling, but they have lasted fine, even when i throw them in my Beats case in half a second, so they are durable.

Other Thoughts: Don't be buying 100 dollar ear buds, these will do just fine!

5 out of 5 eggsVery good for the price

Pros: Work well, don't fall out of ears. I got them for 20 something when on discount and price to quality ratio is an all around win. good bass and very clear highs and mids.

Cons: not really a con, more of a wish. I use them with my phone and I would have really liked for it to be able to change/stop tracks with some kind of control buttons on the wire.
