5 out of 5 eggsKOSS KSC75 3.5mm Gold-Plated Connector Supra-aural SportClip Stereophone

Pros: Light on ears, if you wear glasses theses are great. Sound is awesome I paired them with the Fiio E6 Headphone Amplifier, lets just say they sound great and if you like it loud then your hooked up with these two together. But even with out the amp they sound great.

Cons: Are they the best ...But for $16-$17 I dare say yes!

Other Thoughts: I am listening to them right now as I write this. :) Nice rich full sound.

3 out of 5 eggsNot recommended for long term, regular use.

Pros: Price: It's hard to beat the price. I've managed to get two pairs for 20 bucks, each for the price it performed well. Sort of.

Sound quality: Clear sound and great quality for the price.

Comfort: At first it will seem off, but with adjustment you'll hardly notice that you have them on. Your mileage may vary dependent on ear size and shape.

Portability: Self-explanatory.

Cons: I would not recommend this for regular, long term use. I've gone through two units in less than 6 months, with the second pair failing less than 2 months after the purchase. One of the headphones would fail to produce any sound, with no sign of damage. I guess it's just the build quality.

The clips pop off without much resistance. They're not extremely easy to pop off, but if the cord gets caught on something unexpectedly, don't expect for the clips not to go flying off.

The actual cord is 4 feet long. That could be seen as too short for some. Seeing as to how I mostly used it with a portable player and sitting at a desk, it was okay with me.

Again, the build quality doesn't seem too solid. One might be better off with a 20 dollar (or 40+ dollar, in my case) pair of over head headphones. Those aren't quite as prone to failing.

Other Thoughts: For 20 bucks, it's not bad, but the quality is shaky. It'll easily rack up in price if you find yourself buying multiple pairs as a result of one failing. If this is the case, you'd be better off just buying a different pair of head/earphones altogether. Both of my pairs have failed, and as of now, I think it's time I start looking elsewhere. I don't regret my purchase, but I can't say I'd recommend this product without knowing that it's actually going to last(which is pretty much impossible to know). 2 pairs in less than 6 months is not good.

2 out of 5 eggsCustomer Service not great

Pros: The product was great and it came in a timely manner.

Cons: Hope you don't EVER have a problem with the product from them, because they won't help you. The product didn't fit and I submitted a return request. They said to send it back or request for a return label......STILL waiting 2 weeks or more later. Make sure you get exactly what you need or you will get your money taken with a product that you can't use!

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: They sound pretty nice, and are pretty comfortable for up to a couple of hours.

Cons: The clips pop off rather easily, and they become really loose upon snapping back on. Also, unless you listen at a low volume (as you should, if you like your sense of hearing), other people WILL hear your music as well.

They're also pretty inconvenient to carry around, though that's a more obvious point.

Other Thoughts: Okay for the price

3 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: It sounds ok, considering the price. REALLY considering the price.

Comfort level is that I can wear it for 8 hrs a day through work without any pain, but really it depends on whose head it's on.

Cons: Distorts, can't handle too much bass, so you need better clip ons if you want more bass.

Popping and clipping apparent in sound occasionally.

Doesn't sound very nice if you have many voices in the track.

Other Thoughts: I've listened to $1 headphones thought $300. I wouldn't compare these to pricey $80 cans like other people. They sound like 20-30 range earphones to me without the bass. (It needed some equalization for me). Though they're ok, you're better off paying a little more for something that doesn't cut into the music with its distortions.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Small enough to fit in a pocket
Surprisingly good bass

Cons: These can be somewhat difficult to put on/take off. I wish the part that went around the ear had a swivel sort of thing, so you could swing that part out and adjust them more comfortably onto the ear.

Other Thoughts: I needed some kind of earphones that were small enough to fit in my pocket that aren't ear buds, because I can't use ear buds. These are just what I needed and they work great.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat sound but cheap soldering?

Pros: -Great sound quality.
-Relatively comfortable.
-Easily removable clips and foam covers for cleaning (to remove hairs).
-Best value i've seen for headphones.

Cons: -Cord is not secured well into headphones, if you're one to accidentally pull on the cord these will not last long.

Other Thoughts: I've been buying these for years, both from Koss directly and through other retailers. It seems that either the ones directly from Koss are slightly different (higher build quality in some ways) or the newer models are just built cheaper. Still definitely worth buying a couple pairs.

4 out of 5 eggsFantastic sound at a crazy price

Pros: The sound quality is simply fantastic. Great lows for portable 'phones, and realistic highs. Sound great for listening to everything from electronica to rock to jazz to classical.

Cons: Not in any way durable.
Get tangled like crazy.
Not stylish.
Not sealed -- you'll hear plenty ambient noise.
Bulky compared to earbuds and such.

Other Thoughts: If you care about having fantastic sound and don't want to pay a ton of money, these are a terrific choice, as long as you can live with the cons. For example, they're literally worthless on an airplane or anywhere else with a lot of background noise.

They also wear out or break. The good news is that I like them enough that I've bought several pairs over the years The bad news is that I've had to buy several pairs over the years.

So if the price isn't as big a deal to you, you might be better off going out and getting a more durable set of cans or some really fancy in-ear phones or something, just so you don't have to deal with some of the compromises.

Personally, I tend to lose or damage even fancier headphones sooner or later, so these work out just fine for me. And I keep a pair of in-ear phones tucked in my bag for times when I want something sealed, or just something tiny.

If you're like me, you'll love these things.

3 out of 5 eggsWiring is not durable

Pros: Decent sound, no complaints.

Cons: Occasionally I'll have the cord get caught on something and the speakers yanked off my head. This has caused the wiring in the speakers, always the left one for some reason, to come loose. Resulting in intermittent sound or none at all. I've gone through 3 pairs already in 3 months because of this.
