2 out of 5 eggsNO SCROLL WHEEL

Pros: Honestly as trackballs go it's fine, but no scroll wheel? Really?

Cons: -Just wanted to make sure you realized that there's no scroll wheel

Other Thoughts: If you install the software from Kensington you get a workaround - clicking both buttons. Still just unacceptable.

1 out of 5 eggsDead Mouse

Pros: Has been a really good item, until now

Cons: Can anyone help with a 'WORKING DRIVER' for a kensington MO1082/K64327 Orbit trackball, I have already tried...http://accoblobstorageus.blob.core.windows.net/software/4b45aa0c-bd1f-4100-9fa6-b4def5716eb8.exe, USELESS. thelicencee@googlemail.com

Other Thoughts: Now useless as the 'supplied driver' does not work on W10, even a web search gives NO working drivers. So much for W10 latest tech, I knew I should have stayed with XP.

4 out of 5 eggsgood trackball, NO SCROLL

Pros: Good little trackball. Works well and is efficient for large screens or limited space. Inexpensive. Easy to install. Seemingly well built.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the ball sometimes sticks but it is a minor issue. The ball can fall out if the device is tilted. My biggest issue is that there is no scroll. That would have been a deal breaker but I thought that was a basic feature of any pointer device. Like a camera in a cellphone. I feel that was a design oversight, but it was clearly stated in the description.

Other Thoughts: I would buy this again, despite the lack of scroll function. You get used to using the bar on the side of the window, and I think the efficiency of the trackball makes up for this inefficiency in other areas for my personal use.

4 out of 5 eggsGood value for a trackball

Pros: Nice wide footprint, stable on desk. Good sized ball, and comfortable palm rest. Great price too.

Cons: Bearings (small plastic balls in plastic socket) could be better, these require occasional clearing with a micro-fibre rag or similar to get the ball back to rolling smoothly.
Context menu brought up with click of right mouse button could have more options, or even be customizable.
Wish it were wireless!

Other Thoughts: I wish I could still get the expert mouse with the large ball that rode on ball-bearings. But then that would last so long they wouldn't have repeat customers!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse!!

Pros: Works well. Smooth rolling of the ball and accurate tracking.

Cons: No scroll wheel or middle button, but that is stated in the description and obvious in the picture.

The only con really worth commenting on is that the Marble(Trackball) will fall out if the mouse tilted sideways of up-side-down. This isn't a problem during use, but be wary when carrying the mouse lest you drop the ball(excuse the bad pun)

Other Thoughts: This is a simple and well designed mouse that any trackball user will love.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for a basic TrackBall

Pros: Easy to clean. Accurate. First trackball I have owned so it took getting used to, but I like it because it doesn't need space like a mouse.

Cons: The feet don't grip great, so it slides around a bit.

Other Thoughts: It is great for what it is. Basic so requires use of side scrollbars on the screen, but small effort since not needing space required for moving a mouse around.

5 out of 5 eggsBEst trackball

Pros: This isn't my first one. I have one on every computer I have, and a floater for my laptop. These are a quality product that lasts for ever. My oldest one is over 6 years old! I love that they are perfect for tight spaces compared to a mouse. Trackballs allow you to get around a large display so much quicker the a mouse. There are a great productivity tool! The scroll wheel works perfectly as well.

Cons: I don't have any. I'm very satisfied with it!!

Other Thoughts: Kensington make the best trackballs on the market!!

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Trackball

Cons: Price

Other Thoughts: The price is quite high, considering that you could probably get a "better" mouse at that range. I did buy this for the trackball feature so I'm very pleased. If you are considering something with this feature, I heavily suggest you try it out before buying.

5 out of 5 eggsamazing budget trackball

Pros: Smooth, quick tracking. Good fit. Durable construction. If you like trackballs, this is probably the best mouse for $25. You can find them for less than that if you're willing to look.

Cons: Some people cant handle using the scroll bar on-screen, but after a while it becomes quick and natural. I never really want for a scroll wheel.

Other Thoughts: This trackball has been my main device for more than a year. Would buy again. Over and over again.

5 out of 5 eggsSo easy, precise

Pros: I've used nothing else on my Mac mini for decades. I'm glad they still make this one. Your finger has much more control and range than thumb-based trackballs (or mice).

Cons: None. The paint might wear off in spots eventually, and if you turn it upside down the ball will escape, but no big deal.

Other Thoughts: If I ever needed another mouse, I'd buy another one of these - but mine keeps on ticking.
