5 out of 5 eggsVery satisfied

Pros: At first felt a bit cheap since it was lightweight and plastic, but after using it for some time now its really grown on me. Has basic dpi functions and two buttons on the side, but mainly its a comfortable, good looking mouse that gets the job done for only 16 dollars (at the time of buying). Highly recommend this if you want a very good mouse but don't care too much about having lots of extra features or just want to save money.

Cons: for the price- none at all

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome mouse for the money!

Pros: - Great price point
- Buttons have a short actuation that make rapid clicking easy to do without wearing your fingers out.
-Scroll wheel moves smoothly and has a positive bump when it moves to control your scrolling easily
-DPI button up top frees up the side buttons for more important features, and has a nice rubber texture.
-Solid construction and great ergonomics; rubberized sides make for a positive grip.

Cons: -Side buttons are quite slim so it is an adjustment for someone used to larger buttons, but they are pronounced enough to find easily and avoid clicking accidentally.

Other Thoughts: Great mouse; my third Deathadder just literally fell apart in my hands so this was a great find for me. Price was right and it feels amazing in my hands. Noticed improved control in strategy games as well as in shooters, which naturally carries into everyday use. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming mouse, even if you're used to offerings from the more prominent manufacturers.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good mouse, but not perfect

Pros: - Cheap! i got it for about fifteen bucks, and there was not really anything else in this price point that seemed comparable.

- Comfortable. I have large-ish hands, and it fits pretty well. It could be a tad larger, but while that would suit me, it would probably turn more people off.

- Tracks well. Taking it through the paces in a few games, and I was very pleased at how well it tracked.

Cons: - The "back" and "forward" buttons that are near where your thumb rests are not very easy to get to and press. It's a bit of an awkward position, and they require a little more force to press than necessary.

- It's pretty light. I prefer something that has a little more weight to it.

- People have complained about the DPI switching when they didn't want it to. I haven't experienced this yet, but I am aware that it is an issue.

Other Thoughts: This is a really nice mouse. Especially for the price. I like the scroll wheel on it too. It has very faint "clicks" when scrolling. I hate the wheels that just spin freely with no clicking. I haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability.

If you need a decent mouse on a budget, or you are looking for a good backup, this should be at the top of your list.

5 out of 5 eggsJust ordered a third one

Pros: -Fits in hand
-not a $20 design - looks nice
-see other thoughts

Cons: -none

Other Thoughts: I've had this mouse for so long that I don't even remember how long, the buttons and sensor work just great even after years of everyday use, and gaming. I ordered one for my dad about a year after I got mine. I am only buying a new one, because there is a squeek in the trigger button, it was sqeeky for about a week, now it went away, but still.. I think I should buy a new one, since I've had this one for so long .. you get much more then you pay for with this mouse, I can't even think about it going bad.
- It took beating on the desk, multiple coffee and ashtray spills, dirty hands (glossy finish, so it wipes right off) it survived being a cat toy. Survived me playing Starcraft, quake and crysis .. it really is an awesome everyday mouse! you should buy it

5 out of 5 eggsGood basic mouse

Pros: I bought this mostly because it's not too expensive and I need a mouse with the forward/back controls on the side. I use this without a mouse pad and it works great on all surfaces I've used it (wooden desk, fabric, leg, etc). The mouse is ergonomic and comfortable, and the grips feel nice. I'm not a hardcore gamer so I can't really speak to the DPI settings or anything like that, but it really is a nice reliable mouse and you can't beat the quality for the price.

Cons: None, it's a great mouse.

1 out of 5 eggsright mouse button going bad right out of the package

Pros: cheap and comfortable

Cons: right mouse button failing right out of the package

Other Thoughts: i needed a new mouse after the one i was using started failing after 4 years. I saw the good reviews and the decent price and said what the hell ill try it but right out of the box the right click has super low action. the left click feels good and tight but the right feels like its failing even worse than the one i,m replacing this with. I,m trying to rma but apparently i have to pay for return shipping costs so after that im almost buying a new mouse. why do i have to pay so much to return something thats basically broken.

3 out of 5 eggsGood Mouse but Scroll Wheel Problem

Pros: Fast response, comfortable, good button location and options

Cons: Scroll wheel stopped working after a month

Other Thoughts: If the scroll wheel problem was solved this would be a great mouse.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Everyday Mouse

Pros: Got it as a work mouse...needed something more ergonomic than a generic mouse. Does very well at that. Fits in my hand pretty well. Not as well as say my M65, but that's $50 more. Which brings me to mention the excellent price point.

Cons: Deducted an egg for the cable being shorter than standard by about 6 inches. Makes a world of difference when your trying to wire around and it's just short enough to be a bit annoying. Easily solved but annoying.
As a gaming mouse, 3 DPS noncustomizable settings is useless. It goes from just right to way too high. If you need a gaming mouse, go a little spendy for customizable settings. If you need customizable settings, this is a great mouse.

Other Thoughts: As far as gaming mouses are concerned, I don't think there is another mouse at this price that comes close. Go with this even over the cheaper logitech mice. BUT! If gaming matters to you, spend up a little bit. FPS and single player RPG would like the M65 and MMOs are the expertise of the M95. But if you just need it to work, this does beautifully. Again, the USB wire is shorter than most. It's also a bit slick on top but works around with texture rubber padding on the sides. I'll be putting this mouse through the ringer and I'm assuming that padding will fall off sooner or later. Great mouse for sub-$20

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for Price

Pros: - Good price
- Decent quality for sub-$20
- Comfortable
- Tracks well for sub-$20

Cons: - Cord is too short
- Misclicks within 1 month.

So my biggest problem as a gamer is I can't find a mouse that simply won't misclick after a couple months. I play clicky games, but still, I'd expect a 3-6 month lifespan, not less than a month. After a month, this Gigabyte unfortunately misclicks.

The fix is fair simple, but it's a bit time consuming. It's literally cheaper for me to just buy a new $10-15 mouse and run it another couple months than try to fix the ones that break. Price range doesn't seem to matter much -- the innards are likely similar for all manufacturers (at least, the springs seemingly are)

Other Thoughts: Microsoft old school 5 button intelli-mouse (the beige one) lasted longest (2 years-ish), but you can't find them anymore, and the ones I find are usually over $50 bucks...
