Pros: I've had this mouse for two years now and never had a problem. DPI switch works well. Scroll wheel along all buttons have worked flawlessly. Tracks perfectly.

Cons: Took me a while to get used to the shape/size.

Other Thoughts: I had one for roughly two to three years then finally killed it by spilling beer allover it... At first I thought it was after it dried but left-click was sticking so I had to get a new one!

Pros: After getting use to the feel of it, I thought this mouse was great. Very ergonomic, and I love all of its features. When they work.

Cons: After about 6 months this mouse started failing terribly on me. It wouldn't respond at random times and I've never abused it. It has never taken damage of any sort. The hiccups have become more frequent, and last longer. Can't replace, Newegg says its past the replacement period. Most expensive junk I've purchased off this site.

Other Thoughts: I'm obviously in the minority, but I've noticed said minority has the same issues that I do. If you're going to buy this mouse, just know you risk joining our ranks, but for the most part it's a decent product.

Pros: - DPI switch is great for on-the-fly adjustment during games
- Good size for my big 'ol hands
- Very comfortable even after long periods of use

Cons: - Sometimes I hit the DPI switch accidentally and my mouse goes crazy

Other Thoughts: I needed a good mouse for my gaming use. I had used Logitech for ages but the lower-end Logitech mice were always sold out. I had bought other Gigabyte products in the past and I figured I'd give this one a shot. I have not regretted my purchase!

Pros: Works ok when it wants to. Thats after you spend about 15 - 45 minutes wiggling it around until the usb pins make contact.

Cons: Those of you having stuttering problems, try wiggling your USB plug around and see if anything changes. The DPI lights may be on, but the mouse isnt functional until you are able to change it to 1-2 LEDs lit instead of all 3. If all 3 LEDs are lit, from just being plugged in, the mouse is useless and wont read any movement. Day 1 of ownership I contacted GIGABYTE to let them know of the issue with USB pins. They said its normal that i have to only plug my mouse's usb plug halfway in to get it to work. I said ok, I need a mouse, it's good when its useable, I'll put up with it. It was a backup mouse, for a backup computer. No heavy use or constant removing/plugging back in.


Now, unplugging/plugging it back into my computer no more than 5x in the last year, the pins are completely useless and the mouse is a paperweight as of today.

Pros: I am very happy with this purchase. It doesn't feel cheap like a lot of other products in its price range.

Cons: button clicks on the M7 feel a little softer than on some higher end products like the Logitech G series

Other Thoughts: While owning this Mouse I purchased a Logitech g400 and G500 which were both more expensive than the M7 and have both already broken after much lighter use

Pros: Great feel even with large hands

Pros: Great priced, simple to use and I was able to just plug and play in windows XP, 7 and 8. I got this mouse as a backup for my G500s which I got to replace a broken G500. While the G500s has an extra button, which I do miss when using the Thor it still can basically match performance with it.

Cons: The shape of the mouse is a bit odd, and takes a while to get used to, especially for me as I have relatively small hands. Nothing worth docking an egg, just something to keep in mind.

Other Thoughts: Were my G500s to fail I would not replace it and I would just use the Thor, while the G500s can do a bit more I don't think it's quite worth the excess in price

Pros: Nice mouse for $21.99. I have a larger hand, so the size feels much better than most other mice.

Cons: DPI switch is easy to nudge. (It sits right on top of the mouse.) I haven't hit it that often, but it can be a little annoying if you forget to double check the level if the speed feels off.

Pros: - Great for my large hands; got used to the ergonomics within days
- Excellent tracking (used as a gaming mouse, including competitive FPS games)
- No-nonsense design, with great tactile feel
- Bang for the buck even at the $30 msrp

Cons: Just a minor one (at least to me):

The "Thor" sticker on the body starts rubbing off rather quickly - in my case it was within the week from first day of use. It leaves a slightly sticky residue until all of it comes off, which I find unpleasant a bit (when it actually registers).

Not a big deal, but I could personally do without the sticker altogether instead - not a big fan of bells and whistles.

Other Thoughts: Like one of the reviewers below, I was looking for a replacement for my old Logitech G500. Since it was the third time a Logitech mouse died in our house within two months of the warranty expiration (and all died with the same symptoms), it was difficult to find a decent large wired mouse for gaming.

I actually thought the UTechSmart US-D8200-GM mouse I also bought during the Memorial Weekend sale would be my primary mouse, but the M7 greatly surprised me in a very pleasant way.

I hope the internal quality matches the outside finish, and won't have to replace this one soon - it works great, it feels great, and the price makes it a real steal.
