2 out of 5 eggsTracking gets progressively worse

Pros: Perfect hand fit, nice feel to the scroll wheel.

Cons: Sensor works great at first. Any surface. After a few months it wouldn't work on my black mouse pad, so I used a sheet of paper. A few months after that it would start tracking poorly until I "reset" it by putting it on the black mouse pad, then back to the paper and it would work fine for a while. Within a week it started to jiggle the cursor while the mouse was stationary. Cleaned the sensor and tried a new computer. It will work for a little while then either not move at all or jiggle the cursor. Could be some "auto-adjusting" feature failing rather than the sensor, but either way it is unusable.

Other Thoughts: It's jiggling right now so I cant click the "I have read..." box to submit this review. I think it has become self-aware. The machines are rising.

2 out of 5 eggsLike the rest stopped working

Pros: Great for gaming while it worked. I loved being able to adjust the sensitivity on the fly. It feels good and fits the hand well

Cons: Stopped working after 4 months or so like others the paper thing worked a while now, nothing. This is a real shame would not purchase again

Other Thoughts: If you want a good gaming mouse for a month or so this is the mouse for you. If you want it to last a little longer you might want to look elsewhere.

3 out of 5 eggsA year and a few months

Pros: The mouse was flawless when it actually worked. It was pretty comfortable. It fit perfectly in my big hands.

Cons: After a while the mouse sensor goes really bad. As others have said, it stopped working on mouse pads and doesn't react to movement at all. It would start stuttering and even stop moving. I had a nice time using it on a piece of paper for a while till it barely worked there.

Other Thoughts: I was hesitant when I was buying this mouse because I read the reviews and heard that the sensor goes bad quick. I guess I was kind of lucky to use it for a year and a few months.

1 out of 5 eggsFantastic--Until it stopped working

Pros: The design and ergonomics are very well executed. it feels good in the hand and is larger than other mice, which I like
Being able to change the mouse sensitivity on the fly is amazing, I got more use out of that feature than I expected
While it worked, it was one of the coolest mice I had ever owned.

Cons: After working for me for about 4 months on my black and yellow mousepad, it eventually stopped working on the black portion of it and it was really annoying. The only solution I found was to use a piece of paper over my mouse pad but a litle less than a month later that isn't even working anymore, as I have been experiencing terrible input lag that I would expect from a wireless mouse, not at all from a wired one. If any of the reviews for this product are any indication, the sensor WILL DIE on you eventually. I wish I had known this, as now I am stuck with this terrible laggy mouse and no way to fix it.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy this mouse and waste your money. It looks shiny and awesome and it is for a couple months until it plain stops working.

1 out of 5 eggsPiece of ****

Pros: Worked well the first couple months.

Cons: Sensor started to die on me, my original black mouse pad stopped working for it, so I got a red pad, that stopped working too. Now I'm using a bright orange pad, and the tracking is yet again fading away. This mouse has a terrible sensor that WILL die on you.

Essentially, after a couple months, you'll notice the cursor jittering now and then, eventually the tracking will become really choppy, you can compensate by getting a brighter mouse pad, but alas, the failing sensor will eventually degrade to the point where the mouse only works on a piece of paper, and then... poof, it's dead.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this ****ty mouse. It will die on you. IT WILL.

I want a refund.

2 out of 5 eggsBad sensor, good ergonomics

Pros: - Feels comfortable in my hands
- On the fly DPI adjustment
- I like the black/blue color scheme

Cons: - Sensor only works on rough, light colored surfaces like paper. Black mouse pads create "skipping"
- Performance degrades over time (see above con)
- DPI adjuster is in an awkward position

Other Thoughts: If it continued to work fine, I'd have given it 4 eggs, but the fact that it only works when used on a piece of paper is ridiculous.

2 out of 5 eggsGood Mouse But Doesn't Last

Pros: The mouse fits comfortably in hand, the buttons are spaced/placed well. It feels solid and well made. Adjustable DPI at the tap of a button if very convenient

Cons: The only con is that the sensor started going bad less than a year since I purchased the mouse. It started with the cursor not moving or jittering when trying to move it across the screen. At first I thought it was my mouse pad, so I replaced that. From there it just got worse and worse

Other Thoughts: The mouse was great while it worked, which was less than a year. If not for that, it would be an all 5 rating

2 out of 5 eggsLoved this mouse! ...when it worked.

Pros: A fantastic mouse! Fits the hand very well, and had very smooth movement. The ability to switch sensitivities on the fly was nice, and the back/forward buttons were great, too. I like that they're both situated on the same side as opposed to some other mice which have the forward button stupidly on the right side of the mouse. The buttons are great - minimal effort to depress and has a solid action, and the wheel works phenomenally, which was what died on my old mouse. In short, it was a pleasure to use this mouse when it worked.

Cons: So lightweight that it feels a little fragile and/or cheap, and although it IS inexpensive, I haven't had any issues with durability of physical materials.
The big one: it died. The sensor does not reliably track movement, and given that this is a primary function of a mouse, it is now unusable.

Other Thoughts: It worked great for almost 3 months, but it seemed the sensor in it started dying - the cursor on the screen would jitter or stutter as the mouse moved. Using a mouse pad helped for about a week, but it's simply unusable now. There is such a disorienting cognitive disconnection between what you expect the cursor to do based on your movement of the mouse vs. what the cursor actually does, which occasionally is just sitting there not moving at all.
