5 out of 5 eggsBest Mouse Ever!

Pros: All I can say about this mouse for due diligence is I've been using this mouse for at least 3-4 years. I want another. BRING IT BACK! PLEASE! I can't find another one comparable!

Cons: Clicker started giving out sporadically after 3-4 years of aggressive use.

Other Thoughts: BRING IT BACK!

1 out of 5 eggsNot durable, poor customer service.

Pros: Performed well while it worked. Mouse tracked accurately and required very little hand movement.

Cons: Not durable. Owned two of these mice within two years, both failed. Mouse buttons wore out on first mouse, Razer refused to honor its warranty because I had lost the original receipt. Second mouse caused any computer it was plugged in to to reboot spontaneously. Razer's return process was very slow. Customer support was not very helpful. The replacement mouse they provided was obviously refurbished and completely filthy. The plastics were discolored and covered in greasy particulate. I will not be using the replacement.

Other Thoughts: The worst RMA process I have ever experienced. Will never be buying Razer again.

3 out of 5 eggsNot for small hands!

Pros: Very smooth, glides like silk, very responsive! The LEDs aren't annoyingly bright, and the overall look is very sleek and beautiful. The best thing about this mouse is the scroll button, in my opinion. I may be biased though because I am picky about my scroll buttons, but this one is perfect! Not too easy or hard to scroll "click", very good balance.

Cons: -NOT FOR SMALL HANDS!!!!- I have fairly small hands unfortunately... and when I rest my palm comfortable on the mouse, my middle finger doesn't even reach the scroll button. This makes it awkward overall as I frequently use the scroll button, and I also have major trouble pushing the side buttons as well. Also, the side "grip strips" are really more in the way than anything because they sort of hang slightly over the side buttons. This may seem awkward because I do have small hands, but still my grip on the mouse never ever falters... I cannot see how these are practical.

2 lesser gripes are 1) the CD drivers that came with the mouse did not work and 2) personally I kept accidentally pushing the "on-the-fly" sensitivity button on the bottom of the mouse. I had to disable it, but I never use it anyway.

Other Thoughts: It may have been a better experience for those with average or big hands. It still seems like an awesome mouse.

Also, I have the red version.

5 out of 5 eggsYou looked at the rest now look at the best

Pros: All around adjustability to DPS, Scrolling, etc. replaceable feet, great balance, updateable firmware, excellent stable drivers, great support if you ever need it. The buttons are well placed even for lefties. The design is ergo friendly and works well with both light touchers and heavy hammer mousers.

Cons: I'm trying to think but nothing happens...

It may take an hour to get used to...

Other Thoughts: I have two of these purchased about a year apart. The one I've had the longest I purchased 2 years ago. Used daily to play WoW and EVE. I would venture to guess with a reasonable certainty of over a million mouse clicks. I purchased the 2nd one for my laptop and it's being used now while I wait for my 3rd one to arrive from Newegg! The first one gave up the click ghost this week... (burial at dawn with "Taps", no disrespect to the mil folks). The Copperhead is just like it's namesake: Tough, hard to kill, and when it comes to gaming it's a natural born killer! The slowly blinking blue emblem on top is just a perfect ominous sign when you walk into a dark room. It becons you to play!

5 out of 5 eggsRazer = pro

Pros: Accurate
smooth with razer pad
side buttons are easy to click and easy to not accidentally hit
Sensitive - after using this mouse you should be able to make precise incisions.

As an FPS gamer is all about control and consistency, this mouse delivers.

Cons: its a bit bright in a dark room, but if your using it your covering the lights.

Other Thoughts: buy a razer mouse pad with their mice.
Why? Well i didn't the first time thinking it wasn't a big deal but my mouse teflon pads kept wearing out and it was due to the non razer pad.

1 out of 5 eggsIt Blows Goats

Pros: It had to have something to keep it a year but I can't rewally think of anything great about this rat.

Cons: From the get go it just did not feel right. The buttons are poorly placed and mine had overly sensitive left click action. I would be hovering over it with extreemely light pressure and it would give into the pressure; click! that is a terrible thing as a sniper in FPS. It is going TU after about 1.5 yrs. Disconnect problems like listed with others. I had others that lasted way longer.

Other Thoughts: Only reason it got 1 egg is that it lasted as long as it did.
The disconnect issue seems to be from too short of a strain relief on the cord going into the rat causing comm's interrupt. I trouble shot it down to this and am too lazy to fix it as I really didn't like it to begin with. It costs me abit more when I got it and still would not pay the lower price for this rat.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat until the wheel died

Pros: Very smooth. Easy to move with fingertips for perception movements in games and design apps. On-the-fly DPI adjustment is more useful than I ever realized before having it. The heartbeat like blue glow is beautiful with a match backlit Saitek Eclipse II keyboard.

Cons: The mouse wheel died after about a year. Eventually I took it apart and cleaned everything out and it worked for about another month before giving out again. Tried it again and didn't work.

Other Thoughts: It was a fantastic mouse until the wheel died. Probably wont be buying another RAZER. Going back to Logitech and MS mice.

4 out of 5 eggspretty good mouse

Pros: it's pretty...
has 7 buttons, can adjust the sensitivity on the fly with two of them

Cons: it would lose tracking often...updating the firmware fixed that, the side buttons are recessed and take some effort to reach, takes a while for muscle memory to take over, they are recessed probably to keep you from accidentally hitting them, sometimes I still do

Other Thoughts: i kinda feel dumb for buying such an expensive mouse

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Very Smooth, comes with rubber coating so your hand grips it nicely, has teflon feet and a rubber grips on the side to.

Cons: a little bit small

Other Thoughts: Owned my razer copperhead for 3 years now, the rubber is mostly gone but the teflon feet are still holding up really good, perfect mouse for a gamer

3 out of 5 eggseveryone is right about it breaking after two years.

Pros: while it lasted, it was an excellent gaming mouse, I was originally skeptical about getting a high-end laser mouse thinking it would make no difference. but my kills in bf2 and cod 4 went way up with this mouse, I even got 3rd place and 25 bucks in a cod4 tourney thanks to this mouse.

Cons: as before mentioned this mouse does have somewhat poor button placement, I have found myself sometimes accidently lowering the DPI on the mouse by accidently hitting that button on the side of the mouse because of how poorly it is placed. I had to move dpi control to the side buttons on the other side of the mouse to sop from doing this.

and also, MINE ONLY LASTED 2 YEARS TOO!!! and now I can play a game for 5-10 minutes before it will start constantly disconnecting then reconnecting to USB. which is very bad when gaming because i get killed alot as a result. when i bought the mouse i knew of these issues but thought it was a big farse. but i know now it was true. but it was a good mouse while it lasted.

Other Thoughts: it almost seems like it was designed to break after 2 years, hmm......
