5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This is an amazing gaming mouse.
Glides effortlessly across most surfaces so you can use your fingertips for extra precision (great for first person shooters).
The buttons are easily accessible, and placed slightly above where you grip the mouse so you don't accidentally push them.
On the fly sensitivity is easy to change in game and has a lot of settings in between the minimum and maximum, so you can set the perfect level of sensitivity without switching out of game.
The shape is slimmer than most gaming mice and takes less effort to move around. You can move more with your finger tips and less with your palm and wrist.
Software is easy to install and use. I've used it XP and Windows 7 64-bit without any problems.

Cons: The scroll wheel may start to squeak after a while, but not so much that you would notice.

Other Thoughts: The specs say that it's right handed, but it could work if you're left handed too. There's an option in the customizer to switch to a left handed orientation.
This mouse is a little smaller and slimmer than the average gaming mouse. The shape is perfect if you're used to holding the mouse with a claw like grip. If you have large hands, or just prefer a wider surface area to rest your palm and fingers, then this may not be right mouse for you.

4 out of 5 eggsawesome

Pros: Amazing mouse. Supah fast. High accuracy with COD and mirrors edge. light, feels almost like I'm not using a mouse at all, my hand floats on top and its lovely sliding action. You can hear a definitive click when you press, and its easy to "ride the edge" of the trigger.

Cons: Almost too sensitive for regular use. On the fly sensitivity doesn't seem to work in 7, but i could be wrong.

Other Thoughts: buy it for a gaming machine, not necessarily an office machine.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: -Perfect size/shape and simple design
-Rubber Coating feels nice and is very comfortable and does not become as dirty as plastic
-Green Lights are AWESOME
-Software easy to install and use
-Nice long/flexible USB cord
-Great for FPS games
-Side buttons can easily be disabled

Cons: -Sensitivity is default and very high until the software loads at boot which is only slightly annoying if you are using your mouse as it boots but is such a minor problem.

Other Thoughts: I play a ton of Counter-Strike:Source and a bit of L4D.

This mouse made me even more consistent with shots as I upgraded from a cheaper but decent ($10) Microsoft mouse

I also do not use the side buttons only because I do not need them.

Really recommend for gamers that like a simple designed mouse with the needed precision for gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsBest mouse I've used.

Pros: *Perfect shape.
*Very precise, 1800 dpi is a great DPI range.
*Software allows for more in depth settings but is not needed. I like that it is optional.
*Looks great in all the colors (I've had them all).

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I use this mouse primarily for regular desktop use, World of Warcraft and some FPS (Counter Strike) from Steam.

I've tried a lot of mice, and the only one that comes close to this is the G9. I still prefer this one over the G9 though because of its lighter weight, feel and button layout.

5 out of 5 eggsStunning.

Pros: I always buy Razer mice because they're just awesome... The size on this one is just right, it fits my hand very well and my fingers sit comfortably in the grooves of buttons 1+2. Green light on it is cool, not overly bright. High precision. On-The-Fly Sensitivity adjustment is great for changing your sensitivity in-game without Alt-tabbing or if you're into graphic design it's easy to change mouse speed without opening the Razer app. You just hold a programmable button/key, scroll to the desired sensitivity and bam it's changed in seconds.

Cons: Sometimes when I'm gaming and I scroll fast the wheel ends up between 2 clicks and when scrolling is re-initiated this "1/2 click" counts as a scroll. Definitely unimportant to an average user, but in certain games this really does matter. (i.e. FPS like Counter-strike)

Other Thoughts: Scroll wheel makes no audible noise at all. The rest of the buttons however make average sound. Cord length is just right. If you have really small hands you might want to go with the Razer Krait (Orange).

Will be buying more.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: After my original Razorback crapped out, I got this little guy. And I love it. Works flawlessly for me, no mouse squeaking after 7 months of use for me. Buttons programmed fine in XP and 7.

Cons: The bottom 2 side buttons might be a little hard to reach, but I just use the middle part of my thumb and don't really use the other one.

4 out of 5 eggsA great mouse with only a few flaws.

Pros: I am happy with this mouse, it glides across my desk pretty easily. It makes a very audible "click" when the buttons are pressed so there's no question if it actually clicked or not. I like the loud audible feedback although some might become annoyed by the clicking. The mouse has a black snake logo that is hard to see, but looks good. Everything looks like it is pretty good quality and I'm not at all afraid that it could fall apart or break easily.

Cons: I knocked off one egg because the buttons on the side are very hard to use. The two buttons on the left side are somewhat easy to push with your thumb but the two buttons on the right side are hard to try to push with your pinky and are awkward to use with your ring finger. I don't even use the side buttons but I would have used them if they were implemented better. The green led color on this mouse looks great but it would also be nice if the mouse had more glowing areas because right now all that glows is the scroll wheel.

Other Thoughts: Overall I would personally recommend this to anyone who needs a great gaming mouse and doesn't need the extra buttons that are challenging to use. 4/5

1 out of 5 eggsWears out FAST, like all Razer prod.

Pros: The mouse started out as one of my favorites mice, ever...until...9 months of use.

Cons: THe rubberized buttons 1&2 are scrapping off, leaving a very uncomfortable feeling as if there is some form of dried gunk on the buttons that can't be cleaned off. And worst of all...the mouse decides to kick off whenever it feels the desire to...the lights are still on, but it stops responding, buttons, and pointer. It happens at the worst times too. There only the keyboard to move you to safety if you're onlineTHis last for about 30-45 seconds, then it goes back to working. Again, the mouse stays on the laser light is still on, and due to the perfectly timed outages I am aware this is a hardware problem with the mouse circuitry or relays. So to the garbage, I've tried wiggling the cord, tapping the mouse, and sometimes I hear the computer make the usb disconn reconn sounds one right after the other. This one is rare, but the others happen more when I am gaming...and every 5-10 minutes once it starts. Sometimes I can go 30-60 mins with no incident...but as time passes, that dwindles.
