The Razer Naga is the ultimate Massively Multiplayer Online Gaming mouse that shifts the balance between keyboard and mouse by putting an unprecedented number of in-game commands in one place. A multi-button thumb grid and Razer’s MMO game interface add-on combine to place every command you need in the palm of your hand. An ergonomic form shaped to maximize ease of use lets you game in comfort for hours on end. With the Razer Naga, you will Get Imba.
Pros: this is a well designed and well made mouse. the driver is very nice and so is the addon for WoW. Its not too heavy, and not too light either. And it tracks well on black surfaces. its also quite a bit smaller than the pictures make it look. which for me is a good thing but its something to consider if you ave big hands. (specifically your thumb) the side buttons are small but not too small and the edges of the number keys have little notches in them so its easy to feel for the keys you want to press.
Cons: Oddly enough it generates a fair amount of heat. not enough to be considered hot by any means but is is enough to make your hand a bit sweaty after an hour or two of game play.
Other Thoughts: Its a great mouse overall but there is a bit of a learning curve to it. You will get used to it rather quickly but you have to be kinda patient. I was effectively using the side buttons after 30 minutes. Whats awesome is you can have the numbers represent your guns in some shooters as well. I set up Borderlands to make numbers 1-4 on the mouse the four weapons you can have equipped at a time rather than using the wheel to select them. This also works on Call of Duty 4. Ive used this mouse on WoW, Aion, COD4, Borderlands, Fallout 3, Starcraft, and Resident Evil 5 with no complaints. Promise the numbers are good for more than just MMO's and after playing around with it for a bit you'll start to get creative.

Pretty Awesome Mouse

Pros: Glides Smoothly even without a Mouse Pad. Very customizable. Light Weight. Buttons are easily pressed. Sexy looking Blue.
Cons: It's not as big as I would of liked, mainly just needs a bit of width added to it and I think it would've been much better fit for the hand.
Buttons to the left of the Left Click are kind of odd, I never remember they are there. So it seems to me a waste of buttons, they could have put them somewhere else IMO.
Possible learning curve henderance.
Sort of small.
Other Thoughts: I've been playing with the mouse since I got it and it hasn't failed me yet, it's acted very responsive.
I think the reason Razer decided to go with a smaller bodied mouse for MMO Gaming is mainly due to the fact that FPS and MMOs are totally different in how a mouse is controlled.
You don't need extreme speed when targeting a player in MMOs, you need fast button response time. To me, this takes the cake for that priority.
On another note I'm not a woman, but I do know that most females have smaller hands and this would fit theirs perfectly. Though for someone with bigger hands it's still pretty easy to operate.
Overall I think it's a well rounded mouse for just about anybody. Unless you want a heavy mouse, because this one is far from heavy.
I gave this 5 eggs despite the cons, because I believe Razer had good intentions.

Cons: * to small * buttons to small * the front and back buttons are in a very bad location * the 12 buttons need to be bigger and moved forward * needs a software update I still can't click things on my interface or desktop randomly from time to time * cost is a bit pricey for a mouse that works 93% of the time
Other Thoughts: * needs more LED color options * seems to run hot for some reason * Waite for the next generation MMO mouse from Razer maybe by then they will have all the kinks worked out * I give this mouse a 4.8 - 10

Great for WOW

Pros: If newegg would let me give 41/2 stars that would be the score id give this mouse. but its a great mouse for MMO's, I play worldof warcraft and so far it works i love it, also goes hand and hand with some of your addon's such as grid and healbot. comfort 5/5 response 5/5 Size 4/5 looks 5/5 buttonlayout 4/5
Cons: So far the only things id complain about is the size it could be a little bigger. but its not a problem at all. and the side 12 buttons could be a little further up on the mouse.
Other Thoughts: overall id like to say its a great mouse and i love the fact that i can bind every single one of the spells that i use ( and even a few that i dont) to the mouse alone. the only thing i use my keyboard for is to walk and type.

Pros: Incredible mouse for MMOs! I am an avid WoW player and this mouse has completely changed the way I play the game, especially in pvp.
I love the backlighting and the overall feel of the mouse! You can bind just about every command/ability to this guy, especially if you use modifier keys like shift, ctrl, and alt.
Contrary to other reviewers, I had no problem at all hitting the 12 side buttons. Maybe I just have a perfect sized hand for the mouse, I don't know.
The software allows you to easily customize everything from the backlighting to the polling rate.
Really long braided cord.
Best mouse for MMOs in my opinion.
Cons: Pretty steep learning curve, at least for me. I have played WoW since vanilla so completely moving all of my binds from my keyboard over to my mouse was a pretty big change and took several frustrating hours to get down.
The trainer stickies are helpful, but mine started to slide off after a couple of days. This may have been due to the backlighting heating up the sticky part, however. By that time I had learned the buttons anyway so no biggie.
The two side buttons near the front are really hard to learn, even after several hours. I ended up just binding both to the same ability because I could never hit the right one.
Pretty pricey.
Other Thoughts: Although it is slightly expensive and has a rather steep learning curve, this mouse is definitely worth it if you enjoy MMOs. If you have the patience to master the buttons it can definitely improve your game.
Oh yeah and I forgot to mention - this thing is smaller than I expected. My friend has a Razer mouse (not really sure which model it is, maybe a copperhead or something like that, but it just has the two side buttons) and it is actually bigger than the Naga. I figured that this mouse would be pretty big considering that it has 17 buttons, but I was very surprised by its smaller build.
