4 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse

Pros: - Great, solid mouse (not a liquid)

- Very accurate feeling in games

- Smooth feeling scroll wheel (plus it lights up)

- very cool, toggleable razer logo light than can turn off when your display does (great for leaving your pc on overnight and not having bright lights from your mouse, but having them on otherwise)

- Excellent software, you can adjust the DPI in 100-dpi notches (to get exactly to the speed you need), the lights, x-y sensitivity, acceleration; you can have profiles (plus specific game/exe profiles), and have your profiles anywhere thanks to the cloud sync

Cons: - Don't expect this to last more than 6-12 months.
I bought this in Nov 2011 and it still works, but it has the double click problem (which I got around 12 months). You may be able to help it some with contact cleaner on the button itself.
It also has a weird scroll wheel issue where you can scroll in a direction and there's a chance, on each scroll-notch, for it to scroll one notch in the other direction; quite annoying when you're trying to scroll down and it keeps scrolling up every now and then.

- The plastic is a tiny bit slippery, but that's most likely only a problem because I somewhat claw-grip it. If you use 100% palm-grip, you're fine.

- A bit pricy now. It was 60 when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: Great mouse all around. Don't think I'd pay $100 for it, though.

5 out of 5 eggsA Very Pleasant Surprise

Pros: Very sturdy design, visually appealing, feels normal and natural in my hand, very customizable when it comes to macros (using Razer Synapse), changing the mouse speed/DPI, and games recognized the thumb buttons (I was able to easily macro the VOIP and crouch buttons in every single FPS game I played, my interrupt spells in MMOs, etc...)

Cons: After HEAVY (and to my embarrassment, very forceful) use, the lower thumb-button became loose but works about 95% of the time (although I have only noticed the thumb button not working in one single game, so that could be an issue in the game.)
Also, after the 2 and a half year mark, the middle click isn't as good as it used to be, sometimes the middle click doesn't exactly click. (The click happens on the mouse, but not on the computer.)

Other Thoughts: I purchased this during the first week of January 2012. I'm still using it to this day and have had no problems that weren't my fault (referring to pressing the thumb button very hard, causing it to become loose... Oops...)

I will be picking up another as soon as the thumb button dies out.

If you're looking for a sturdy, well responsive mouse that will hold out in the long run (provide you don't slam it against the desk, angrily push the buttons in, etc...) this mouse will do it for you.

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but didn't last

Pros: Weight of it is nice. It slides nicely on the mouse pad and the fabric covered cord is a plus. The cable length is more than adequate for all but the largest of desks.

Cons: The mouse wheel has always been a trouble spot on this mouse. I found it hard to spin, and hard to click from day one. Eventually, after roughly 8 months, it now clicks far, far too easily. Simply scrolling the wheel will usually (but not always) cause it to click. Very annoying.
I have never had a mouse break on me before this one. I've always just gotten tired of what I had and wanted to make a change. Maybe I got a dud, but I'll think twice before going for another RAZER mouse.

Other Thoughts: The blue light is pretty. It matches my saitek light up keyboard. But functionally it does very little.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fits well into your hand
Looks nice... for a gaming mouse
Amazing precision

Cons: Feels cheap
Kind of expensive?
Not build to last

Other Thoughts: I've owned this mouse and have used it intensively for nearly three years. The only reason I am giving it a 4 starts is that the two main buttons are wearing off and are either becoming slowly unresponsive or double-clicking on everything.

Now it's up to you if you think that 3 years is a good enough life for a 70$ precision mouse.

5 out of 5 eggsStill Fully Functional!

Pros: +Comfortable.
+Led lit to easily find mouse at night.
+2 programmable keys where the thumb rests.
+ Build quality.

Cons: -Grime collects in the spaces between the top plastic shell and the bottom one. In the cracks essentially.
-Glossy sides.

These things are usually a given with most mice, but, I had to mention the glossy sides.

5 out of 5 eggsGameing?

Pros: I love this mouse. I use it for design work instead of gaming. The extra buttons allow me to program functions rather than search for them in tool and edit bars. not to mention it a little to my cool level in class and studio.

Cons: One color? I wish I was able to get the mouse in a red or blue to match the rest of my computer parts.

5 out of 5 eggsLike a glove!

Pros: -Fits very nice in the hands, I have medium size hands.
-5 button (counting scroll-wheel click) mouse that does not have you searching for the side buttons.
-It glows!
-Wiring is beautiful and durable!
-Price tag is not bad for this beautiful piece.

Cons: None. :)

Other Thoughts: I am very pleased with this product I even bought one for my girlfriend's new rig (Mine was blue hers was green both colors were nice and vibrant.) for her birthday for how much we use it and it still works like we purchased it. You know it's a good mouse if that is the case.

5 out of 5 eggsRAZER DeathAdder 3.5G

Pros: All pros on this mouse, only my second review after 3 systems built and I must say RAZOR makes the best mice. sleek, simple and reliable. I have the old version of this which is blue, I have owned for 4 years now no problems at all.

Cons: none at all

Other Thoughts: I will be carrying this over to my new system most definitely

5 out of 5 eggsAlmost Flawless

Pros: Well, there isn't much I can say for the Deathadder other than it is a solid mouse for the price. Sweet build quality and the sensor is pretty darn sweet, even the one with the 3.5G one that I have. Looks sexy, performs good, lasts long, what else could a person ask for. I have had this mouse for a good 3 and a half years, taken it across the planet plenty of times, and put it through nothing short of hell and it still shows pretty low signs of wear and tear. The sensor is gorgeous and fulfills my needs, No one really needs at 8200 dpi unless I guess they would have 3 4K Monitors, but that's just my opinion. The performance and basically every other aspect of this mouse is pretty much perfect. It tracks really well and glides over my Goliathus like nothing else. I love it.

Cons: But there are some things I would like to see changed. I wish it would be a little easier to clean and/or take apart. It seems like a pain when food or dust gets stuck in the ridges or behind the scroll wheel. Also, I would appreciate if it would be easier to swap out and replace the feet on the bottom.

Other Thoughts: This isn't really a con, but multi-colored LEDs wouldn't hurt. Overall, I love this mouse and I can see myself using it for another 2 years, easy
