5 out of 5 eggsMust have for left handers!

Pros: The material used for this mouse is easy to clean and comfortable even after a few hours hammering away in Diablo 3. I like that there is software included that allows you to fine tune the responsiveness of this mouse, which is preferable for mouse heavy games versus normal usage during spreadsheets and similar programs. Being able to save these as different profiles is a plus. After 4 years of hard use it still performs like a champ and looks just as good as the day I opened the box.

Cons: NONE. This left hander mouse is a Godsend and a MUST for anyone who is a 10-key data entry tasker or left handed gamer.

Other Thoughts: I have this same mouse on my older PC that I have used for the last 4 years and recommended to a few customers as well. It's still holding up great from constant gaming use as well as normal computer use.

5 out of 5 eggsit FITS!!!

Pros: As a leftie in a right-handed world, I have to say that there is NO SUCH THING as an ambidexterous mouse. They fit no one comfortably.
This mouse fits. During the summer I've been know to game from 8-10 hours straight and the mouse never give up. My first purchase of this particular mouse was in 2011, and I have replaced it once, but that was because a rightie tossed it across the room in fury that it "didn't work right". (Now he knows how I felt with his stupid mouse).

Anyway, if you're a left-handed gamer, the mouse has good response and handling, and it fits my hand comfortably. I like it so much that I've purchased 2 more as backup, so when it dies I'm not stuck with another mouse that doesn't fit. (I just wish I'd done that with my favorite keyboard and sneakers.)

Cons: The top surface of the mouse has a leathery texture, probably to prevent slipping, but it shows wear and develops a weird "build-up" that doesn't clean well.

4 out of 5 eggsThe only option

Pros: The only option for gamers. The logitech lefty is OK, but this mouse is better.

Cons: I did have my first one fail after almost 2 years. I was about a week from the warranty so they DID replace it for free. My main button would double click sporadically.

Other Thoughts: I have recommended this mouse to every lefty I know and none have had failures. I probably put a billion clicks on the thing before it failed, as I am an extremely heavy user not only for gaming but for my job as a designer 40+ hours a week as well. The replacement is older than 2 years now and works fine, it has a slightly heavier click so i suspect they corrected the issue with a new component.

5 out of 5 eggsHave one everywhere

Pros: * Made for a lefty
* Great rubber texture
* Nifty glowing snake and wheel
* No fatigue after years of use

Cons: Absolutely none

Other Thoughts: I've been using this mouse for like 5 years. Bought two for home and one for work. It's been going strong after 4 years of use and I've almost worn through the rubber coating on the index finger button. Bought an extra for backup.

4 out of 5 eggsHeavenly Left Handed Feeling

Pros: Feels great in your hand ... your left hand! Thumb buttons in prefect location. Response Time is great. Style is slick.

Cons: Interesting enough, small Cons is it takes getting use to having a right button function as left click.

3 out of 5 eggsFantastic mouse with one big flaw

Pros: Smooth glide, comfortable shape and surface texture, cool looking, long USB cable, good customer support for replacements (see Cons).

Cons: Wheels fail far too often. I have been buying lots of these mice for years for our office and far too often in less than a year the wheel fails, becoming either jerky or unresponsive, or for the heavy-handed users the main button fails.

Other Thoughts: At $50-$60 I expect them to last longer but it's such a great mouse that I put up with the high failure rate.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's left handed, comfy, has a nice weight to it, feels sturdy enough, and has some nifty driver features. It works fine and feels good and accurate.

Cons: Having to switch the buttons around for the left/right click is a short-lived pain in the bum. Not all lefty mouse users switch the buttons around- in fact, I've yet to meet one who hasn't adapted to the right handed style. It's not enough to take an egg off, but it's definitely something to take note.

The profile-switch button is on the bottom of the mouse. Thus, it sees no use by me.

Other Thoughts: It'd be nice if there were an on-the-fly DPI adjustment set of buttons somewhere on the mouse, but it's a nice, accurate mouse that has really improved my game. It's definitely the best lefty mouse that I've purchased.

2 out of 5 eggsRazer Deathadder

Pros: Looks nice!
Feels good while in use!

Cons: When the mouse is dead still, the curser jiggles all over my screen, makes it very tough to shoot when playing a game..Razer was no help at all, they said get a better mouse pad,I went through 5t different mouse pads and non made it better!

Other Thoughts: Took it apart, needed cleaning badly but still has same problems..Updating firmware and drivers made it even worse!

5 out of 5 eggsButtons reversed by default... YAY!

Pros: - I've had mine for 2 years, at least 2000 hours of use, and it's working great.
- The buttons are hard-wired in reverse. When you press the right mouse button, the computer receives a left click. I've ALWAYS reversed buttons on right-handed mice, it never works for menus in games, so IMO, this is a godsend. I've been dealing with wrong-fingered game menus since the dawn of the 2-button mouse, and this the ONLY mouse to solve the problem.
- Ergonomics are great for a lefty.

Cons: - Many of the bad reviews here are from lefties who have adapted to right-handed mice and want the right-handed button configuration. To them I say quit your whining, go use any of the 5000 symmetrical ambidextrous mice on the market, and leave the only real left-handed mouse to the REAL lefties. :-)

Other Thoughts: - A reviewer below suggested Razer have a physical switch to reverse the left/right button signals. I've had this same thought - it would solve the problem for everyone.
- Until then, Razer, PLEASE don't change the wiring!

2 out of 5 eggsDeathadder left hand mouse

Pros: The looks are nice. Worked good while it lasted. Despite what people say I like razer synapse which is required if you wanna use the macro buttons. Lefthandedness which is awesome. 5 stars if the scroll wheel stayed functional.

Cons: Scroll wheel has been on the decline for some time now. It is now getting to the point where when I scroll up or down a page it will go in the opposite direction then go up. So it kinda just stays in the same spot.

Other Thoughts: The scroll wheel started going out after the 2 year limited warranty ended. Sure I've had it for around 2 1/2 years but I feel like it should last longer than that.

Before this mouse I had a copperhead and that mouse was solid as well till the right click stopped working.

Also had a lycosa keyboard that went out....

and finally my blackwidow keyboard has a key that only works about one in every 5-10 clicks.

really getting tough to stay a razer fan
