5 out of 5 eggsSent to my friend as a gift

Pros: Fast Delivery, Looks good, work well for its intended purpose. (WoW) My friend enjoys it alot.

Cons: Not really a con but small learning curve with the excess number of the average buttons.

Other Thoughts: Sure beats the heck out of using a touchpad in an mmo!

3 out of 5 eggsNice mouse but...

Pros: Feels great, fits good. The mechanical buttons are nice.

Cons: Laser died after exactly 1 year. Working with Razer on warranty. Will see how they hold up to its 2 year warranty. Mouse was never abused or dinged or dropped. Just in mid game the laser stopped tracking from left to right.

Other Thoughts: If they hold true to the warranty than this mouse is worth it. It is a pain to have to answer 100+ questions an emails just to RMA something defective.

4 out of 5 eggsRazer Naga Hex

Pros: I feel the absolute best thing about the mouse is it's button placement. Not only that but I feel this mouse is like a "more accessible" version of the original naga, the massive amount of buttons from the original would likely overwhelm someone who didn't consider themselves a big-time gamer.

Cons: I have rather large hands and the overall size and shape, leaves a bit to be desired sadly. Also I don't necessarily consider this a "con" but when it says optimized for moba, it means it. I figured any mouse with a high enough DPI laser will be a fine choice for a shooter game, how wrong I was, something about the way my pinky ends up sitting, I can almost ONLY play mobas effectively on this thing.

Other Thoughts: Looks awesome and has impeccable build quality, of course it is a Razer product.

2 out of 5 eggsWobbly Mouse

Pros: - High and adjustable DPI
- Extra gaming buttons

Cons: - Quality of product
- Small size
- Awkward button layout

The mouse I received had an inherent defect to click and drag the cursor to the upper-left when left-clicking, even though the glides beneath the mouse all appeared to be in correct positions. Razer support staff suggested an RMA replacement of the product, but declined to fund the shipping costs of the return.

Other Thoughts: I have owned previous Razer mice products (Salmosa and Mamba) and had shied away from the brand due to the quality of product I had previously received. I decided to give the company another chance and found the same disappointing quality of product, and now, customer support.

In the end, I was left with the return shipping costs to be reminded of the lesson: do not buy Razer products.

5 out of 5 eggsNice mouse.

Pros: Easy to use buttons, simple setup. Easy customization, perfect for mobas or mmos.

Cons: none to speak of.

Other Thoughts: I havent actually recieved the mouse i ordered, however i own the same design from Naga. Perfect for those who want to have buttons on the side but dont like the smal twelve buttoned mice.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth It

Pros: Excellent location of the buttons, I can react while gaming quickly, very good for MOBA's, everything I pretty much need can be set to a button on the mouse. For me it is also very comfortable. Some reviews say its not very good for First-person shooters, but I disagree. I think it works well for any game.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsIt's pretty good..

Pros: It looks pretty. The green LED's are cool. They are somewhat bright but you can turn off the LED's in the options menu if it is annoying you at night. Unfortunately there is no dimming option for the LED's. It has a good weight to it. Not too light not too heavy. You can customize the response and feel of mouse movement in the options menu. The 6 Hex buttons on the side are nice once you get used to using them, but can also be annoying when picking up the mouse, see cons.

Cons: There is definitely a learning curve for this mouse. It has a very awkward feel when you try to pick up the mouse and move it. It is very easy to accidentally press the hex buttons on the side when picking up the mouse. There are several size options for the thumb rest in the middle of the hex buttons included with the mouse, changing it to the large thumb rest helped a little with reducing accidental clicking of hex buttons when picking up the mouse.

The left and right click buttons are very sensitive, just resting your finger on them can cause them to click. It took some time to get used to not resting the full weight of my fingers on the buttons.

The two extra buttons behind the mouse wheel are somewhat hard to press because they are almost perfectly flush with the shell of the mouse. The button closest to the mouse wheel is fairly easy to press but the button farther back is very hard to press without putting thought into it.

The LED's are not dim-able, but there is an option to turn the LED's off, but its all or none, you cannot select what buttons you want to be lighted. There is no way to adjust or stop the razor logo from pulsing without turning all the LED's off. Sometimes the LED's stay on when the PC is powered off.

No adjustable weights.

Other Thoughts: I was using a Razor Salmosa mouse before this. I liked the feel of the Salmosa better then the Hex. If I could redo my purchase I would go with a Razor Death Adder and just skip the hex buttons.

However, now that I have been using this mouse for 6months+ I am growing fond of it. I still find myself rarely using more then 2-3 of the hex buttons. I got this mouse on sale for $50, if I would have spent more then that I would have felt ripped off.

It is a good mouse, but you need to be prepared to take the time to get used to it to avoid accidentally pressing buttons.

2 out of 5 eggsMissing Thumb Pads

Pros: for a $80 mouse this is average, nothing more,I have no other pros

Cons: I was missing the thumb pad replacements also and after dealing w/ NewEgg they said go to Razar. When I did it was as if I was asking for keys to the buisness, after all, all I wanted was what I paid for, some rubber plugs that can't be worth more than a buck or two, after all I did pay for them. All the mice on the market this is average. The software sucks compared to Logitech, I will not buy another Razer product ! They suc

2 out of 5 eggsToo Small

Pros: Programming

Cons: Size
Grip

Other Thoughts: This mouse is intended for much smaller hands than my own (5'3" female). It also has an aggressive claw grip to it. I was excited to try this mouse, but I will be going back to Logitech.
