Gear up with the right items and dive into combat fearlessly with the Razer Naga Hex MOBA and action-RPG gaming mouse. Instead of the award-winning 12-button thumb grid MMO gamers have come to love with the Razer Naga, the Razer Naga Hex features 6 large thumb buttons optimized specifically for MOBA and action-RPG user interfaces. Spells, abilities, and items from these games can be mapped directly onto the 6 thumb buttons for extraordinary game control.

Validated with some of the top MOBA pro-gamers in the world, the Razer Naga Hex’s 6 thumb buttons are designed in a mechanical key infrastructure to provide faster key actuation. This gives you the edge to attack quicker than enemies can react, necessary to winning in high-pressure battle arenas.

Harass the enemy, farm end-bosses, and hack n’slash for longer in comfort with the ergonomic curved design of the Razer Naga Hex, as designed by some of the world’s top ergonomic engineers. This gaming mouse has proven to minimize fatigue during extended periods of play whether at home or at competitive tournaments.

The Razer Naga Hex is powered by the revolutionary Razer Synapse 2.0 service, a cloud based software pioneered by Razer, designed to store your personal mouse settings and preferences on remote servers so that they are accessible to you anytime, anywhere*.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this mouse!

Pros: I bought this because i was able to get it combo'd with a Naga keyboard. The mouse exceeds my expectations. It fits my hand really well, and has plenty of buttons to set for macros.

Cons: none

1 out of 5 eggs4/4 on failed Razer products.

Pros: I'd adore this mouse if it managed to stay working. Just enough buttons, but not to to many. Great feel, very responsive.

Cons: This is the second of exactly this same mouse that I've owned, and the second mouse that seems to now be failing in the same way, the 4 button intermittently doesn't work. After two failed Razer keyboards and the first failed mouse, I swore I'd never buy another Razer product again. But here I am. Well, I've learned my lesson now.

1 out of 5 eggsPretty... useless

Pros: Pretty colors.

Cons: If you are even a mild gamer, the mouse will develop a double click where you press once and it clicks twice. There is no resolution to this and they will simply send you another that will develop the same issue.

After your warranty ends, your mouse will develop an issue where it fails to initialize at boot. You will have to constantly crawl under your desk and unplug the USB and reconnect it three or more times before it will connect and, if you're lucky, it will bring up a pointer, but most likely not.

Other Thoughts: Razer has the worst track record with customer service I have ever encountered. It literally took a full week to get the first replacement mouse and three times as long for the second. They continually blame everything else in the PC for their defective hardware despite the FACT that the issues are on every device the mouse is connected to.

Do not buy this mouse. Do not buy Razer. Stick with the other brands who make better mice for half the price and honor their warranty and have excellent customer service.

5 out of 5 eggsLOVE Newegg and Razer!4

Pros: Easy to use, makes gaming a lot more fun and simple. I love the interchangeable thumb rest. Razer is always sure to include everything you need to know about their products and how to use them.

Cons: Can't really think of any!

Other Thoughts: My husband and I have been ordering our Razer products through NEwegg for years, and will continue to do so. At first, I ordered a BRAND NEW mouse and received the WRONG mouse in the WRONG box, but Newegg was extremely quick to remedy the issue. Great customer service and fast problem solving, you can bet that I will continue to shop through Newegg!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Great for MOBA's. I would suggest putting your health potion at 2 so that you can easily press down quickly. Comfortable, and the customisable buttons are great.

Cons: Wire gets in the way, and sometimes I accidentally press the side buttons.

Other Thoughts: Really great mouse, and worth the eighty dollars.

1 out of 5 eggsFailed after 4 months, terrible recovery experience

Pros: I purchased this mouse because the button layout was great for a few of the games that I play. While the mouse was working, it performed well.

Cons: However, this product has caused me undue headaches and my customer service experience with Razer left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Problem 1 -- Power Surge Flaw:
After about 4 months, I started to receive a "power surge on USB hub" error whenever I tried to plug the mouse into my laptop. The mouse was completely unresponsive. To ensure that it wasn't a flaw in my laptop, I tried the mouse on several other computers and received the same error each time. The mouse was dead.

Problem 2 -- Warranty Claim Handling:
Since the mouse was under warranty, I applied for a replacement. It took nearly a month for Razer to replace the mouse, despite the fact that I responded to each of their requests within 24 hours. This process was fraught with lots of unnecessary or unexplained steps and poor communication from Razer. For instance, when I sent them my proof of purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation that they had received the attached files. So I had to wait for a week without knowing whether or not they were processing my claim.

Problem 3 -- The Replacement Mouse:
Finally, I received confirmation that they were shipping me a replacement mouse. In the shipping statement, Razer described the replacement product as: "Naga Hex Wraith Red-NASA-REFB." I'm not certain, but I think REFB stands for "refurbished." Note that the product I purchased was brand new, not refurbished, so the product I should receive when the original fails should also be brand new. Anyway, the refurbished replacement arrived wrapped in a single sheet of bubble-wrap, unsecured within its box. The mouse was sliding around loosely inside.

As if this wasn't enough, the product does not work as well as the original. I experience regular 'hitching' where the cursor becomes unresponsive for about a second, and then tries to catch up. While gaming, this causes all sorts of unpreventable misplays because I simply can't move my cursor into position.

In sum, my experience with this product and with Razer's support team was bad enough that I will avoid their brand entirely for the foreseeable future.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse For MMORPG's

Pros: Comfort: Ive got big hands and this mouse actually fits me nicely. i can play for hours and not have any issues

Its very well built and the cord is long and is also wrapped in a heavy thread instead of just rubber. mines been rubbing over my desk for years now.

It looks really cool. smooth sleak design.

The buttons are easy to program and the 6 on the side are great to have for MMO's

Cons: Raser Synapse is a pain cause it has an update like every 2 weeks. but its cool that you can save presets for different games

Other Thoughts: This is labeled as a MOBA mouse but i use It for MMO's. Primarily Guild wars 2. I can set almost my entire skill bar on my mouse and all i do on my keyboard is my directionals and any menus i need. this mouse makes it easier to cast skills without having to stop movement to go somewhere else on my keyboard

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome Mouse, Weird Size

Pros: Top
Beautiful look
sensitive buttons
great scroll wheel feel
Lights all functional, not too bright

Side (Left)
Buttons are well spaced
They aren't too sensitive
Swappable rubber center rubber rest for your thumb
Numbers light up, just in case you forget what you're pressing in the dark

Side (Right)
A nice little resting spot for your third finger

Cons: Top
Oddly placed forward/back buttons for your browser - not really found any other use for them
Light brightness can't be adjusted, only on/off
The finish is easily smudged with fingerprints/natural oil from your skin

Side (left)
Wish the buttons were shifted around the center rest by about 45 degrees, #2 button can be hard to reach
Button layout is confusing for the first few days
The matte finish is can be is even more easily dirtied than the top glossy one

Side (Right)
The finger rest is weirdly placed, and is better suited to smaller hands. Would've liked a rounded side much more than an awkward bump halfwayup the side.

Other Thoughts: Upgrading to this mouse from a G1 Gaming mouse with only 2400 DPi, still relatively new to PC, so I found it hard to learn how to memorize what buttons do what.

Also bought it as a Refurb on an alternate tech site, but the mouse is mint, last person who RMA'd it probably just had a faulty lazer. It's working wonderfully on my Steelseries mat. Just veto that "optimized for razer mats" junk. It's working wonderfully.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: As someone who has only one working hand this mouse allows me to play games I otherwise wouldn't be able to play. The side buttons work well remapped for movement in fps type games. As an adaptive piece of hardware it works great.

Cons: The Synapse software leaves something to be desired. It sometimes forgets my profiles. Also the mouse itself picks up a lot of desk grime. Occasionally a small hair will get lodged in the laser sensor and throw the accuracy out the window.
