1 out of 5 eggsGarbage after 6 months

Pros: It would have been great had it actually functioned past 6 months.
I didn't have an issue with the thumb grid when use it for my MMO gaming and it was a nice fit for my hands.

Looks nice?

Cons: Pretty much started dieing after 6 months. I have and old Logictech mouse that lasted me for 4 years and still works now. And this mouse lasted no more than 7 months?

You know I did research 6 months ago and a friend of mine reccomended me this mouse. Apparently Razer has a history of very defective products after 5-6 months of use. I thought that it was just a fluke and that those reports happened to be just the bad apple of the bunch......

BUT NO. This is actually a trend with their products and it seems that the common trait that most of their products have is that they die withing a half a years time.

And the Razer Naga I got......was no exception.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH!
Go do yourself a favor and buy a Logitech MMO gaming mouse.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: It's close to my older Naga (that i still use).

Cons: First one was fried after a week of use. RMA wasn't terrible or time consuming, solid support people in my book. I'm coming from the older version, the two buttons on the left mouse click were moved to the center and this boils my blood. The buttons feel clunky and the mouse has different grip feel than the original Naga. If upgrading from old Naga beware.

Other Thoughts: Ended up giving this to my wife and continuing to use my older Naga. After a good cleaning it seems good as new.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Mouse.

Pros: The buttons aren't as sensitive as everyone else made it out to be, and I never had an issue with the whole, "accidentally pressing a button." when picking up the mouse. The software has alot of cool little features for assigning macros to your buttons, and I find it to be equally enjoyable for casual and MMORPG's. Just like any mouse though, it takes awhile to get comfortable with the button placement to use it fluidly, but once you do, you can do anything with the click of a button.

Cons: I don't really feel there are any, other than with so much buttons it takes a little while to get used to, but again, once you do, life is easier.

5 out of 5 eggsAbsolutely Gorgeous

Pros: Black and green, matches the rest of my computer! The build quality is perfect from the layout of the buttons to how your hand matches the design to the cord that is very thick. Everything about this mouse says quality.

Cons: Price?

Other Thoughts: There are 12 buttons positioned right next to my thumb, don"t have to worry about hitting the right numerical keys on my keyboard anymore! One hand for WASD and one hand that stays on the mouse, this is how pc gaming should be!

2 out of 5 eggsNot what it once was :(

Pros: Has a nice cord, The twelve digit thumb pad is good to have in most every game and has a nice look.

Cons: Where to begin, I'll start with the feel and sensitivity of the twelve digit thumb pad and the mouse wheel they feel very cheap you don't get that satisfying click when depressing these buttons and that's probably why the buttons are oversensitive you'll unintentionally press the thumb pad buttons just moving the mouse around often. When clicking the mouse wheel nearly every time the wheel will rotate slightly which is annoying an also feels like cheap quality.

Other Thoughts: I also owned the previous model and after a year with this mouse I must say the older model blows this one away, If there's another company producing a mouse of similar functionality I'll try them out next time seems the quality dropped off sharply with this newer model.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat while it lasted (not long)

Pros: - Absolutely my favorite "type" of mouse to have for games
- Great and comfortable form factor

Cons: - Started to get "stuck" after about six months. Attempts to fix included cleaning the sensor, reinstalling drivers, even buying an official Razer mousepad. None of these had any real effect.
- Razer policy does not allow refund and instead only replacement, which is a fairly long and complicated process that results in a product with the same defect (this is my third mouse that has done this)

Other Thoughts: The reason this purchased was to replace my last Razer mouse which started to exhibit the same symptoms after about a year, which I regarded as an unfortunate fluke.

After all this, I will be moving to the Logitech G600 (as recommended by friends and other internet sources), and sadly not returning to Razer for my peripherals.

1 out of 5 eggsI will never buy a razer product again!

Pros: Great mouse

Cons: worst customer support I've ever had! the mouse clicker stopped working after I had used it much, I called razer to see if I could order a replacement cover for my mouse. first off the guy was very hard to understand, plus it sounded like he has never talked on the phone before. He told me that they don't support my product anymore and basically ended the call. I used to love razer gear/praducts, not anymore. Logitech all the way!

1 out of 5 eggsZero durability

Pros: The mouse feels good in your hand and is a superior alternative for games. Most notably MMO's or games that require alot of buttons.

Cons: This mouse died on me in less than 5 months. I have been in school the entire time and haven't even been using it for much gaming. Basic computer use and internet browsing was enough to do it in. It was never dropped or anything. A few days ago it started randomly freezing for a few seconds while browsing the internet. I was looking up ways to troubleshoot it and fix it when it started to completely disconnect and reconnect. A few hours later it disconnected and powered off for good. I have tried absolutely everything to fix it but nothing works. Upon submitting an RMA request with Razer (which requires a receipt and order invoices do not count!) they informed me that they are out of stock for up to 3 weeks. So i could very easily be without a gaming mouse for a good month or more just in time for summer. I am assuming this is more than a rare problem for Razer to be out of stock to do a simple RMA on a popular product.

Other Thoughts: If you can get a mouse that lasts and you can deal with the software then this mouse is great. Otherwise I would look for alternatives if you are not willing to roll the dice.

4 out of 5 eggsMMO King

Pros: 12 buttons! I play a little bit of everything and this works get with anything i play. Right now i'm into WildStar and this makes using all my skills to easy to use.

Cons: The 12 buttons are kind of small so i can see if you have big hands that it would be hard to use.
