1 out of 5 eggsPlagued by problems

Pros: It looks cool and the concept is cool.

Cons: Execution by Razer sucks. The mouse I bought was barely functioning and limping along for years. The wireless function wasn't great and had problems from a 1ft distance. The battery deformed and expanding to make it nearly impossible to get out of the mouse warping the hard plastic removable cover. The mouse itself stopped working around the 2 year mark and would constantly glitch out causing invisible walls when using it.

Other Thoughts: I have two razer keyboards and another razer Naga, These I love but my experience with this mouse is so bad that I will never buy another Razer product again. Their support is so bad that I'd get more information out of a lobotomized monkey.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse for anything

Pros: This mouse is very stylish and has a lot of customization. With Razer Synapse you can customize it for any game type or preference that you have. The best thing is you can program each button for any action, and for editors like myself, that is a huge plus!

Cons: Razer Synapse constantly updating and sometimes lags.
But that is not the mouses fault its razer software.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesomesauce!!!

Pros: My very first gaming mouse to own and I must say I am very well pleased with it. It fits my big hand perfectly, it doesn't slip around thanks to the rubber sides. The mouse wheel is very gripping to your finger so no slipping there either. Being cordless I was very skeptical about the response time but I havent really noticed any but the mouse is close to the charging base. I like the fact that I can take the wire from the charging base and plug it directly to the mouse to make it wired if I so desired to do so but as of right now I see no need. Beautiful coloration on both the charging base and the mouse.

Cons: The only con I have found with this is the synapse software download. Hence the loss of an egg. I downloaded the program and it said to restart my system so I did and it would not boot back up and said bad and corrupted files. I dont honestly know if this was due to the synapse program or something to do with the computer itself beings how it is an older model hp with windows 7. Dont lose heart though if you are thinking about getting this because you really dont need the download just to use the mouse itself. Only to change colors or color pattern and maybe program the two side buttons but that would be it.

Other Thoughts: I have had a lot of mouses and this is the best mouse I have ever owned. If you buy it I really dont think you will regret it.

4 out of 5 eggsGreatly improved

Pros: Wireless as well as Wired!
Much improved over previous version. I owned the 2012 model and hated it. The stand was hard to seat properly on to charge and the battery would not hold a charge. Also, the surface material pealed.
All this seems to be fixed and I am very happy, so far.

Cons: Random pauses. Still working with different combinations of polling rate and DPI but while moving the mouse it seems to randomly lose connection and reconnect within 2 seconds. This can be inconvenient especially considering this is a high performance mouse.

1 out of 5 eggsAfter 1 week the RGB LED lights are malfunctioning.

Pros: Feels great to use. RGB lighting.

Cons: Malfunctioning LED RGB lights.

Other Thoughts: I've tried everything. Different computer, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, delete Razer Synapse profile. I am currently working with Razer support to no avail :(

4 out of 5 eggsGreat, but no doubt overpriced

Pros: Non-existent wireless lag. Guys I've tried getting some input lag in Battlefield 4 and Bioshock infinite to name a couple, and I was head shotting all day long. Don't worry about it.
Nice lighting effects as I expected they would be.
All buttons and especially the scroll wheel feel extremely tight and high quality.
The charging stand is nice and even lights up as well which I didn't expect.
I can't give you how the battery life was as I haven't had the mouse long enough to test that.
And at last, the mouse has a nice hefty weight to it which I enjoy. Users of super light mice might want to stay away.

Cons: I don't like the texture of this mouse. I'm upgrading to this mouse from a DeathAdder chroma which has a nice smooth texture to it that I love. This mouse on the other hand, has a sandpaperish feel to it. I can definitely see people loving this finish as it does give a firm grip, I personally do not.
The adjustable click force sounds great in theory, but even the lightest setting feels exactly the same and my DeathAdder chrome. It's not that light at all. The heaviest setting is pretty dang heavy and can't see anyone going that high.
And comes my last con, IMO Razer really priced this thing way too high . There are many mice out there in the 60$ range that offer many of the same useful features and the same great performance as this guy. For me personally, yes it was worth it as I hate cords and never had a problem with razer mice.
